Abstract

本发明提供了一种减少乘客站立的公交车,包括车厢、底仓,车厢内设有活动座椅,活动座椅包括电动伸缩椅腿、椅面和椅背,椅面和椅背通过转动机构相连,椅背为车厢底板的一部分,底仓内设置有活动座椅控制电路,活动座椅控制电路包括MCU控制器以及分别与MCU控制器电连接的椅腿伸缩机构、椅腿升降机构、椅背转动机构、太阳能供电装置和开关按钮;椅腿伸缩机构、椅腿升降机构的输出端分别与电动伸缩椅腿相连,椅背转动机构的输出端与转动机构相连;车厢的顶部设有开关面板,开关面板上设有对应于每个活动座椅的开关按钮;椅面上设有压力感应装置。本发明通过设置活动座椅,增加乘客的舒适度,并且不使用时不占用公交车的车厢空间。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种减少乘客站立的公交车。
背景技术
为了缓解城市交通的压力,政府鼓励大家最好选择以公共交通工具的方式出行,公共交通工具中包括公共汽车和地铁,人们能够响应政府号召选择公交车出行的理由主要就是公交车的准点和相对低价,但是乘坐公交车时的舒适度又成为其顾虑。
其中公交车乘坐舒适度不佳的一个重要原因是公交车上只设置了数量有限的固定座椅,有大部分的乘客都必须站立,这对于路途较远、年老、体弱等乘客来说,是很大的痛苦;而若在公交车整个车厢内设满固定座椅,则对乘客的走动、上下车会造成不便。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种减少乘客站立的公交车,既能增加座椅的数量,又能在座椅不使用时将座椅收纳起来,不占用公交车车厢空间。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种减少乘客站立的公交车,包括车厢,车厢底部设有底仓,车厢内设有活动座椅,所述活动座椅包括电动伸缩椅腿、椅面和椅背,所述椅面和椅背通过转动机构相连,所述椅背为车厢底板的一部分,所述底仓内设置有活动座椅控制电路,所述活动座椅控制电路包括MCU控制器以及分别与所述MCU控制器电连接的椅腿伸缩机构、椅腿升降机构、椅背转动机构、太阳能供电装置和开关按钮;椅腿伸缩机构、椅腿升降机构的输出端分别与电动伸缩椅腿相连,椅背转动机构的输出端与转动机构相连;所述车厢的顶部与所述活动座椅相对应的位置设有开关面板,开关面板上设有对应于每个活动座椅的开关按钮;所述椅面上设有压力感应装置,所述压力感应装置与所述MCU控制器相连。
进一步地,所述公交车上设有固定座椅。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、活动座椅的设置,在使用时,增加了座椅的数量,减少站立乘客的数量,增加乘客的舒适度;在不使用时,活动座椅可以收纳于公交车底仓内,不占用公交车的车厢空间,方便乘客的走动;
2、当乘客离开活动座椅一定时间后,活动座椅能够自动收纳于底仓内,不占用公交车的车厢空间,方便乘客的走动。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
图1示出了本发明减少乘客站立的公交车的一种实施方式的结构示意图。如图1所示,一种减少乘客站立的公交车,包括车厢1,车厢1底部设有底仓2,车厢1内设有活动座椅3,所述活动座椅3包括电动伸缩椅腿31、椅面32和椅背33,所述椅面32和椅背33通过转动机构34相连,所述椅背33为车厢底板的一部分,所述底仓2内设置有活动座椅控制电路35,所述活动座椅控制电路35包括MCU控制器351以及分别与所述MCU控制器351电连接的椅腿伸缩机构352、椅腿升降机构353、椅背转动机构354、太阳能供电装置355和开关按钮356;椅腿伸缩机构352、椅腿升降机构353的输出端分别与电动伸缩椅腿31相连,椅背转动机构354的输出端与转动机构34相连,所述车厢1的顶部与所述活动座椅3相对应的位置设有开关面板4,开关面板4上设有对应于每个活动座椅3的开关按钮356。
在未使用活动座椅3时,电动伸缩椅腿31和椅面32位于底仓2内,椅背33与车厢1底板平行,构成车厢1底板的一部分。不愿意乘坐活动座椅3的乘客可以站在椅背33上,如现有的公交车一样,活动座椅3不占用车厢空间。
车厢1内可以根据实际情况需要设置一定数量的固定座椅,固定座椅可采用现有技术中的任何方式。当乘客将所有的固定座椅都使用时,没有固定座椅使用的乘客可通过控制开关面板4上的开关按钮356,从而启动活动座椅3。具体地,开关按钮356将触发信号发送至MCU控制器351,MCU控制器351依次启动椅腿升降机构353、椅腿伸缩机构352和椅背转动机构354,从而依次完成电动伸缩椅腿31从底仓2升至车厢1底板上面、电动伸缩椅腿31进行伸展至一定高度、椅背33向上翻转至竖直位置的过程,乘客便可乘坐在椅面32上,背靠椅背33上。由于椅背33向上翻转的过程中,被踩踏的一面将背对乘客的背部,乘客的背部所倚靠的是椅背33的另一面,这样将保证乘客自身的清洁。
作为改进,还可以在椅面上设置压力感应装置357,压力感应装置357与MCU控制器351电连接。当乘客起身下车时,压力感应装置357将检测不到人体压力,此时MCU控制器351开始计时,当乘客离开时间为设定时间时,MCU控制器351将自动依次启动椅背转动机构354、椅腿伸缩机构352和椅腿升降机构353,从而依次完成椅背33从竖直位置向下翻转盖合在椅面32上、电动伸缩椅腿31进行收缩使其高度降到最低、电动伸缩椅腿31从车厢1底板上面下降至底仓2内,使得椅背33与车厢1底板相平的过程,这样便收起了活动座椅3,腾出了车厢1的空间,方便车上乘客的行走及上下车。

1.一种减少乘客站立的公交车,包括车厢(1),车厢(1)底部设有底仓(2),其特征在于:车厢(1)内设有活动座椅(3),所述活动座椅(3)包括电动伸缩椅腿(31)、椅面(32)和椅背(33),所述椅面(32)和椅背(33)通过转动机构(34)相连,所述椅背(33)为车厢底板的一部分,所述底仓(2)内设置有活动座椅控制电路(35),所述活动座椅控制电路(35)包括MCU控制器(351)以及分别与所述MCU控制器(351)电连接的椅腿伸缩机构(352)、椅腿升降机构(353)、椅背转动机构(354)、太阳能供电装置(355)和开关按钮(356);椅腿伸缩机构(352)的输出端与电动伸缩椅腿(31)相连,且椅腿升降机构(353)的输出端与电动伸缩椅腿(31)相连,椅背转动机构(354)的输出端与转动机构(34)相连;所述车厢(1)的顶部与所述活动座椅(3)相对应的位置设有开关面板(4),开关面板(4)上设有对应于每个活动座椅(3)的开关按钮(356);所述椅面(32)上设有压力感应装置(357),所述压力感应装置(357)与所述MCU控制器(351)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减少乘客站立的公交车,其特征在于:所述公交车上设有固定座椅。
