Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装纸罐壁板加工方法的技术领域，具体的说是一种PIB胶的包装纸罐壁板制作工艺。
背景技术
包装纸罐是我国包装材料行业在近期发展起来的代替马口铁、塑料等包装材料的一种包装物，其具有绿色、环保、易回收、制作成本低、包装容量可大可小等的优点，被广泛应用于工业、民用各个领域各种产品的包装，如：盛装食品(茶叶、干果、鸡精、薯片)的纸罐；盛装化工产品(粉剂状、液体状、粒体状、块体状等)的纸罐。目前，包装纸罐是一种发展前景十分良好，为众多的厂家所青睐的包装材料。
PIB胶是一种粘性很强的粘合剂，是一种化工产品，它成品包装的时候，是液体状的，并且有40-80℃的温度，进入包装纸罐后，冷却成固体状，可以方便储存和运输。当PIB胶使用时，通过特制的工具和特殊的加工工艺，加热成液体状再进行应用。如果使用普通工艺和技术生产的纸罐来包装液体状并且具有40-80℃的PIB胶时，由于其难以承受40-80℃的温度而容易损坏。另外，液体状的PIB胶与普通纸罐内部接触时容易与之牢牢粘结在一起，导致使用时难以撕开包装，从而影响PIB胶的加工使用工艺质量，费时、费力、费钱。PIB胶的包装纸罐是由纸罐壁板加工而成的，因此作为PIB胶的包装纸罐最主要的组成材料-纸罐壁板的制作工艺，是整个PIB胶的包装纸罐制作工艺的不可或缺的部分。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种PIB胶的包装纸罐壁板制作工艺，该方法生产出来的纸罐壁板具有防水、耐温和不粘连等优点，且加工模具温度可控，加工工艺简单方便，产品质量稳定。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种PIB胶的包装纸罐壁板制作工艺，包括以下步骤：
将基底纸和PET膜进行裁切；
将包装纸罐基底纸、PET膜和粘合剂在可控温的纸罐壁板模具作用下，进行一次性粘接、压延、滚制成型；
所述模具包括外管，外管包括一密封端和一开口端，外管内设置有电阻丝和热敏电阻，所述电阻丝设置于外管密封端的内侧，并向外管的开口端延伸，热敏电阻设置于电阻丝的延伸端端部。
优选地，所述可控温的纸罐壁板模具控温范围为65℃-70℃。
优选地，所述粘合剂为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物乳液加助剂。
优选地，所述基底纸为纱管纸、牛皮纸或纸管纸。
本发明的有益效果：本发明解决了塑料薄膜和纸质难以紧密粘合、常温下粘合易起泡、包装时壁板会分开等问题，生产出来的纸罐壁板具有防水、耐温和不粘连等优点，且加工模具温度可控，加工工艺简单方便，产品质量稳定。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
本发明一种PIB胶的包装纸罐壁板制作工艺，包括以下步骤：首先将基底纸和PET膜等原材料进行裁切，然后再把包装纸罐基底纸和PET膜，用乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物乳液加助剂作为粘合剂，在可控温的纸罐壁板模具作用下，同时进行一次性粘接、压延、滚制成型的工艺，生产出防水、耐温和不粘连的纸罐壁板，可控温的纸罐壁板模具设置有电阻丝3和热敏电阻4；基底纸为纱管纸、牛皮纸或纸管纸；可控温的纸罐壁板模具控温范围为65-70℃。
图1为本发明可控温纸罐壁板模具的结构示意图，可控温纸罐壁板模具包括外管1，外管1内设置有电阻丝3和热敏电阻4，根据工艺的要求，设定好温度，此时电阻丝3发热，产生热量并对外管1进行加热，同时热敏电阻4对其相应的温度进行监测，当温度达到设定的温度时，电阻丝3停止加热；此后，当热敏电阻4监测的温度低于设定值时，电阻丝3又开始加热，从而保证温度维持在设定的温度。
本发明解决了塑料薄膜和纸质难以紧密粘合、常温下粘合易起泡、包装时壁板会分开等问题，生产出来的纸罐壁板具有防水、耐温和不粘连等优点，且加工模具温度可控，加工工艺简单方便，产品质量稳定。

1.一种PIB胶的包装纸罐壁板制作工艺，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
将基底纸和PET膜进行裁切；
将包装纸罐基底纸、PET膜和粘合剂在可控温的纸罐壁板模具作用下，进行一次性粘接、压延、滚制成型；
所述模具包括外管，外管包括一密封端和一开口端，外管内设置有电阻丝和热敏电阻，所述电阻丝设置于外管密封端的内侧，并向外管的开口端延伸，热敏电阻设置于电阻丝的延伸端端部；
所述可控温的纸罐壁板模具控温范围为65℃-70℃；
所述粘合剂为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物乳液加助剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的PIB胶的包装纸罐壁板制作工艺，其特征在于，所述基底纸为纱管纸、牛皮纸或纸管纸。
