本发明的作业面顶置移动式灰浆制备浇注装置涉及到建筑材料制备领域，是由原料混配罐、水箱和灰浆调制罐构成，在机架的下层立式固定了灰浆调制罐，在机架的上层固定了原料混配罐和水箱，原料混配罐的混配灰料排料口管路连接灰浆调制罐的上入口，水箱的下水出口管路连接于灰浆调制罐的顶部；在机架的底脚的滑轮座于轨道上。本发明的作业面顶置移动式灰浆制备浇注装置，结构设计合理，整体的灰浆制备装置都安装在轨道车上，可以在作业面之上随意移动，满足不同施工现场的需求，也减轻了工人的劳动强度，节约了成本，本装置还可以根据所需的配方进行对灰浆的精确配置。

技术领域
本发明涉及到建筑材料制备领域，尤其涉及到一种作业面顶置移动式灰浆制备浇注装置。
背景技术
灰浆是一种重要的建筑材料，当前灰浆的制备通常都是使用简单的搅拌机，在使用组料配置灰浆的过程中需要人来计算不同组料的用量，一来是非常繁琐，用料有固体和液体，进行计量时需要用到不同的工具，二来是在需要大量的灰浆时，人力有所不及，需要分成多次来进行配置，不仅工作量大，而且导致配置灰浆的品质不均。特别是在建筑建设过程中，灰浆制备装置无法移动、不能实现就地施工，都是将灰浆配置好后，通过各种工具将灰浆送到施工处，不仅浪费人力，而且也损失原料。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服现有技术的不足，提供了一种可高空作业，自由自动、拆卸组装方便的作业面顶置移动式灰浆制备浇注装置。
本发明的作业面顶置移动式灰浆制备浇注装置，是由机架、原料混配罐、水箱和灰浆调制罐构成，在机架的下层固定了立式灰浆调制罐，在机架的上层固定了原料混配罐和水箱，原料混配罐的混配灰料排料口管路连接灰浆调制罐的上入口，水箱的下水出口管路连接于灰浆调制罐的顶部；机架的底脚的滑轮座于轨道上。
作为本发明的进一步改进，所述的灰浆调制罐内设有调浆搅拌器、该罐顶还设有发泡剂入口和放空口。
作为本发明的进一步改进，所述的原料混配罐内设有配料混合搅拌器、该罐顶设有灰料加入漏斗，原料混配罐的底部设有至少一个混配灰料排料口。
作为本发明的进一步改进，所述的水箱上部设有进水管、箱内设有水温调控器。
作为本发明的进一步改进，所述的轨道架设于建筑墙体的作业面上。
本发明的作业面顶置移动式灰浆制备浇注装置，结构设计合理，整体的灰浆制备装置都安装在轨道车上，可以在作业面之上随意移动，满足不同施工现场的需求，也减轻了工人的劳动强度，节约了成本，本装置还可以根据所需的配方进行对灰浆的精确配置。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的作业面顶置移动式灰浆制备浇注装置，作进一步说明：
本发明的作业面顶置移动式灰浆制备浇注装置，是由机架1、原料混配罐2、水箱3和灰浆调制罐4构成。所述的机架1为立式多层机架，在机架1的底脚8上设有滑轮9，滑轮9座于轨道10上，轨道10架设于建筑墙体的作业面上。
在机架1的下层固定了立式灰浆调制罐4，灰浆调制罐4内设有调浆搅拌器11、该罐顶还设有发泡剂入口12和放空口13。
在机架1的上层一侧固定了原料混配罐2，原料混配罐2内设有配料混合搅拌器14、该罐顶设有灰料加入漏斗15，原料混配罐2的底部设有至少一个混配灰料排料口5。原料混配罐2的混配灰料排料口5管路连接灰浆调制罐4的上入口6，每一个混配灰料排料口5都连接有一个灰浆调制罐4。
在机架1的上层固定了水箱3，水箱3上部设有进水管16、箱内设有水温调控器17。水箱3的下水出口7管路连接于灰浆调制罐4的顶部。
本发明的作业面顶置移动式灰浆制备浇注装置具体工作方式如下：
首先将灰料按照所需的比例从灰料加入漏斗15处加入到原料混配罐2中，在配料混合搅拌器14的搅拌下混合均匀，再利用混配灰料排料口5定量地输送至灰浆调制罐4中，此处可以在灰料排料口5处安装计量装置用来精确计量所需输送。将混配灰料添加入灰浆调制罐4后，再根据所述灰浆配料从发泡剂入口12处加入成比例的发泡剂以及从水箱3中将定量的水加入到灰浆调制罐4中，利用调浆搅拌器14进行搅拌，得到灰浆，然后将灰浆从灰浆调制罐4的下方的出料口18引出，进行现场浇注。
为了便于工作和使用，各个阀门、计量装置和其他电器设备都可以同一有控制芯片来调度控制。
原料混配罐2的混配灰料排料口5至少有一个，每个灰料排料口5都可以连接到一个灰浆调制罐4上，一个原料混配罐2可以给多个灰浆调制罐4供料。
为了保证所需的各种配料的比例准确，各个设备的配料出口和入口处都根据需要安装有计量装置和阀门。

Claims (5)

1.作业面顶置移动式灰浆制备浇注装置，是由机架（1）、原料混配罐（2）、水箱（3）和灰浆调制罐（4）构成，其特征在于在机架（1）的下层固定了立式灰浆调制罐（4），在机架（1）的上层固定了原料混配罐（2）和水箱（3），原料混配罐（2）的混配灰料排料口（5）管路连接灰浆调制罐（4）的上入口（6），水箱（3）的下水出口（7）管路连接于灰浆调制罐（4）的顶部；机架（1）的底脚（8）的滑轮（9）座于轨道（10）上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的作业面顶置移动式灰浆制备浇注装置，其特征在于所述的灰浆调制罐（4）内设有调浆搅拌器（11）、该罐顶还设有发泡剂入口（12）和放空口（13）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的作业面顶置移动式灰浆制备浇注装置，其特征在于所述的原料混配罐（2）内设有配料混合搅拌器（14）、该罐顶设有灰料加入漏斗（15），原料混配罐（2）的底部设有至少一个混配灰料排料口（5）。
4.根据权利要求1所述的作业面顶置移动式灰浆制备浇注装置，其特征在于所述的水箱（3）上部设有进水管（16）、箱内设有水温调控器（17）。
5.根据权利要求1所述的作业面顶置移动式灰浆制备浇注装置，其特征在于所述的轨道（10）架设于建筑墙体的作业面上。
