Abstract

本发明公开了一种多用脱硫除尘空气净化活性炭颗粒,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:活性炭100-105、硅藻土30-38、棕榈酸异辛酯1-2、山葵3-4、广藿香3-4、珍珠层粉3-4、聚丙烯酸钾2-4、石灰石粉3-5、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-0.8、酵母硒1-2、碘酸钙2-3、吸附助剂4-6、水适量;本发明添加石灰石粉、珍珠层粉等,具有良好的脱硫效果;添加吸附助剂,具有特殊多孔性,延长气体与之接触时间;添加山葵、广藿香等气味性植物,改善废气刺鼻气味的同时具有杀菌效果,本发明活性炭经过处理,具有空间网状结构,能吸附各种溶质和游离气体的能力,脱硫精度高,广泛用于家庭、工业、汽车尾气等净化。

一种多用脱硫除尘空气净化活性炭颗粒及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种脱硫活性炭及其制备方法,特别是一种多用脱硫除尘空气净化活性炭颗粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
燃料中含有硫,燃烧后产生二氧化硫,是大气环境污染的第一大污染物,抑制二氧化硫的排放和酸雨污染已成为全球环境和气候的最大的问题之一,对锅炉和工业炉窑烟气的治理是有效地减轻大气环境污染方法之一。
在脱硫的众多方法中,有一种方法是活性炭吸附法,虽然活性炭能够吸附多种酸性气体,但是活性炭价格较高,脱硫效率低,增加了成本。
本发明将活性炭与具有特殊多孔的硅藻土结合,通过添加多种功能型物质,制成颗粒状物质,使得脱硫剂容易固定,安全无毒,吸附性能强,增强产品的刚性和强度,延长了活性炭的使用时间,降低了干法脱硫的成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种多用脱硫除尘空气净化活性炭颗粒及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种多用脱硫除尘空气净化活性炭颗粒,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:活性炭100-105、硅藻土30-38、棕榈酸异辛酯1-2、山葵3-4、广藿香3-4、珍珠层粉3-4、聚丙烯酸钾2-4、石灰石粉3-5、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-0.8、酵母硒1-2、碘酸钙2-3、吸附助剂4-6、水适量;
所述吸附助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:鹿沼土 1.5-2.5、硫酸铝1.5-2.5、碳酸钠2-3、高岭土12-14、纳米碳2-3、二氧化钛2-3、茶籽壳8-10、莲房13-15;制备方法是将茶籽壳、莲房在100℃-120℃条件下干燥1-1.5小时,粉碎成40-60目粉末,然后加入适量水与除鹿沼土之外的其余剩余成分搅拌均匀,形成泥状物,然后放入400℃-500℃的炭化炉中炭化2-3小时,取出冷却后粉碎成80-100目粉末,用50%-60%的醋酸溶液浸泡1.5-2小时,过滤,取滤渣加鹿沼土、1.5-2倍量的纯水研磨40-50分钟得浆料即可。
本发明所述一种多用脱硫除尘空气净化活性炭颗粒,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将山葵、广藿香在95℃-105℃的条件下烘烤1.5-2.5小时,粉碎成80-100目的干燥粉末与活性炭、硅藻土一同放入球磨机中球磨1.5-2.5小时,球磨后过150-200目筛,得到混合粉末待用;
(2)将珍珠层粉、酵母硒、石灰石粉、碘酸钙中加入适量的水,不断搅拌制成浆料,然后加入除吸附助剂之外的其余剩余成分,搅拌均匀,加热至65℃-80℃,保温研磨1.5-2小时,得混合浆料待用;
(3)将混合粉末、混合浆料、吸附助剂相互搅拌均匀,然后浓缩干燥,送入造粒机中造粒即得。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明添加石灰石粉、珍珠层粉等,具有良好的脱硫效果;添加吸附助剂,具有特殊多孔性,延长气体与之接触时间;添加山葵、广藿香等气味性植物,改善废气刺鼻气味的同时具有杀菌效果,本发明活性炭经过处理,具有空间网状结构,能吸附各种溶质和游离气体的能力,脱硫精度高,广泛用于家庭、工业、汽车尾气等净化。
具体实施方案
下面通过具体实例对本发明进行详细说明。
一种多用脱硫除尘空气净化活性炭颗粒,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制备制成:活性炭100、硅藻土30、棕榈酸异辛酯1、山葵3、广藿香3、珍珠层粉3、聚丙烯酸钾2、石灰石粉3、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5、酵母硒1、碘酸钙2、吸附助剂4、水适量;
所述吸附助剂由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:鹿沼土 1.5、硫酸铝1.5、碳酸钠2、高岭土12、纳米碳2、二氧化钛2、茶籽壳8、莲房13;制备方法是将茶籽壳、莲房在100℃-120℃条件下干燥1-1.5小时,粉碎成40-60目粉末,然后加入适量水与除鹿沼土之外的其余剩余成分搅拌均匀,形成泥状物,然后放入400℃-500℃的炭化炉中炭化2-3小时,取出冷却后粉碎成80-100目粉末,用50%-60%的醋酸溶液浸泡1.5-2小时,过滤,取滤渣加鹿沼土、1.5-2倍量的纯水研磨40-50分钟得浆料即可。

(2)将珍珠层粉、酵母硒、石灰石粉、碘酸钙中加入适量的水,不断搅拌制成浆料,然后加入除吸附助剂之外的其余剩余成分,搅拌均匀,加热至65℃-80℃,保温研磨1.5-2小时,得混合浆料待用;
(3)将混合粉末、混合浆料、吸附助剂相互搅拌均匀,然后浓缩干燥,送入造粒机中造粒即得。
本发明样品主要技术参数为:硫容(wt%):≥18%,脱硫精度(ppm):≤0.8;利用本发明样品进行废气处理,捕集微尘效率≥99%。

1.一种多用脱硫除尘空气净化活性炭颗粒,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:活性炭100-105、硅藻土30-38、棕榈酸异辛酯1-2、山葵3-4、广藿香3-4、珍珠层粉3-4、聚丙烯酸钾2-4、石灰石粉3-5、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-0.8、酵母硒1-2、碘酸钙2-3、吸附助剂4-6、水适量;
所述吸附助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:鹿沼土 1.5-2.5、硫酸铝1.5-2.5、碳酸钠2-3、高岭土12-14、纳米碳2-3、二氧化钛2-3、茶籽壳8-10、莲房13-15;制备方法是将茶籽壳、莲房在100℃-120℃条件下干燥1-1.5小时,粉碎成40-60目粉末,然后加入适量水与除鹿沼土之外的其余剩余成分搅拌均匀,形成泥状物,然后放入400℃-500℃的炭化炉中炭化2-3小时,取出冷却后粉碎成80-100目粉末,用50%-60%的醋酸溶液浸泡1.5-2小时,过滤,取滤渣加鹿沼土、1.5-2倍量的纯水研磨40-50分钟得浆料即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种多用脱硫除尘空气净化活性炭颗粒,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将山葵、广藿香在95℃-105℃的条件下烘烤1.5-2.5小时,粉碎成80-100目的干燥粉末与活性炭、硅藻土一同放入球磨机中球磨1.5-2.5小时,球磨后过150-200目筛,得到混合粉末待用;
(2)将珍珠层粉、酵母硒、石灰石粉、碘酸钙中加入适量的水,不断搅拌制成浆料,然后加入除吸附助剂之外的其余剩余成分,搅拌均匀,加热至65℃-80℃,保温研磨1.5-2小时,得混合浆料待用;
(3)将混合粉末、混合浆料、吸附助剂相互搅拌均匀,然后浓缩干燥,送入造粒机中造粒即得。
