中成药喉疾灵片（原部颁标准第十四册中WS3-B-2797-97喉疾灵片剂型）及喉疾灵胶囊（原部颁标准第五册中WS3-B-1039-91喉疾灵胶囊剂型）具有清热解毒，散肿止痛之功效，可用于治疗热毒内蕴所致的两腮肿痛、咽部红肿、咽痛、腮腺炎、扁桃体炎、急性咽炎、慢性咽炎急性发作及一般喉痛。但片剂及胶囊剂剂型单一，服用不便，且采用传统制药工艺制成，存在不良气味重、崩解易超限及含量不均匀等缺点。
发明内容
本发明目的旨在弥补上述现有技术的不足，提供一种喉疾灵口服液的制备方法及该方法制备的喉疾灵口服液，本发明通过包合技术掩盖冰片的不良气味，添加矫味剂改良口感，制成一种生物利用度高，疗效迅速的易被患者接受的口服液。

一种喉疾灵口服液的制备方法，所述喉疾灵口服液的原辅料由以下重量份的组分组成：
人工牛黄6~12份      板蓝根120~180份       诃子肉95~155份
桔梗 120~180份          猪牙皂15~35份            连翘95~155份 
天花粉200~300份     珍珠层粉6~12份             广东土牛膝120~180份
冰片6~12份               山豆根200~300份           了哥王200~300份   
环糊精40~80份       矫味剂3~7份；
所述喉疾灵口服液的制备方法包括以下步骤：
S1. 诃子肉单独采用水溶液提取浓缩并滤过得澄清液A；
S2. 人工牛黄与珍珠层粉采用水溶液提取浓缩并滤过得澄清液B；
S3. 板蓝根、桔梗、猪牙皂、连翘、天花粉、广东土牛膝、山豆根及了哥王共八味中药加10~12倍量水，煎煮两次，每次1~2小时，滤过，合并滤液，滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.15~1.18的稠膏，加乙醇使含醇量达65~70%，搅匀，静置12~24h，滤过，滤渣用75%乙醇洗涤，滤过，合并滤液，回收乙醇并浓缩成稠膏，稠膏加纯化水并滤过得澄清液C；
S4. 冰片研细并用环糊精包合并过120目筛，加纯化水制成澄明液体D；
S5. 合并上述澄清液A、B、C和D，加入矫味剂，滤过制成口服液。
进一步的，所述S2步骤中，人工牛黄与珍珠层粉的水溶液提取工艺为：取人工牛黄与珍珠层粉，加5~20倍量的纯化水，搅匀，煮沸0.5~2小时，提取2~5次；合并提取液，浓缩，滤过，保温12~36小时，放冷，滤过得澄清液B。

一种喉疾灵口服液，其原辅料为：
人工牛黄6份       板蓝根120份       诃子肉95份
桔梗120份         猪牙皂15份        连翘95份 
天花粉200份       珍珠层粉6份       广东土牛膝120份
冰片6份           山豆根200份       了哥王200份
环糊精40份        阿斯巴甜3份。
该喉疾灵口服液的制备方法为：
诃子肉加10倍量的水浸泡1小时，煮沸1小时，煎煮液滤过；药渣加8倍量水煎煮30分钟，煎煮液滤过；药渣加8倍量水煎煮30分钟，煎煮液滤过，合并滤过提取液，浓缩并滤过得澄清液A；
人工牛黄与珍珠层粉加15倍量的纯化水，搅匀，煮沸1.5小时，得提取液；药渣再提取2次，每次加入10倍量的纯化水，煮沸30分钟；合并提取液，浓缩，滤过，保温12小时，放冷，滤过得澄清液B；
板蓝根、桔梗、猪牙皂、连翘、天花粉、广东土牛膝、山豆根及了哥王共八味中药加10倍量水，煎煮两次，每次1.5小时，滤过，合并滤液，滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.15（95℃）的稠膏，加乙醇使含醇量达65%，搅匀，静置24小时，滤过，滤渣用75%乙醇洗涤，滤过，合并滤液，回收乙醇并浓缩成稠膏，稠膏加纯化水并滤过成澄清液C；
冰片研细并用环糊精包合并过120目筛，加纯化水制成澄明液体D；
将澄清液A、B、C和D以质量比11：2.5：8：1.0混合均匀，加入阿斯巴甜，滤过制成口服液。

Claims (8)

1.一种喉疾灵口服液的制备方法，其特征在于，所述喉疾灵口服液的原辅料由以下重量份的组分组成：
人工牛黄6~12份        板蓝根120~180份        诃子肉95~155份
桔梗 120~180份         猪牙皂15~35份          连翘95~155份 
天花粉200~300份       珍珠层粉6~12份         广东土牛膝120~180份
冰片6~12份            山豆根200~300份        了哥王200~300份
环糊精40~80份             矫味剂3~7份；
所述喉疾灵口服液的制备方法包括以下步骤：
S1. 诃子肉单独采用水溶液提取浓缩并滤过得澄清液A；
S2. 人工牛黄与珍珠层粉采用水溶液提取浓缩并滤过得澄清液B；
S3. 板蓝根、桔梗、猪牙皂、连翘、天花粉、广东土牛膝、山豆根及了哥王共八味中药加10~12倍量水，煎煮两次，每次1~2小时，滤过，合并滤液，滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.15~1.18的稠膏，加乙醇使含醇量达65~70%，搅匀，静置12~24h，滤过，滤渣用75%乙醇洗涤，滤过，合并滤液，回收乙醇并浓缩成稠膏，稠膏加纯化水并滤过得澄清液C；
S4. 冰片研细并用环糊精包合并过120目筛，加纯化水制成澄明液体D；
S5. 合并上述澄清液A、B、C和D，加入矫味剂，滤过制成口服液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的喉疾灵口服液的制备方法，其特征在于：S2步骤中，人工牛黄与珍珠层粉的水溶液提取工艺为：取人工牛黄与珍珠层粉，加5~20倍量的纯化水，搅匀，煮沸0.5~2小时，提取2~5次；合并提取液，浓缩，滤过，保温12~36小时，放冷，滤过得澄清液B。
3.根据权利要求2所述的喉疾灵口服液的制备方法，其特征在于：S2步骤中，人工牛黄与珍珠层粉的水溶液提取工艺为：取人工牛黄与珍珠层粉，加15倍量的纯化水，搅匀，煮沸1.5小时，得提取液；药渣再提取2次，每次加入10倍量的纯化水，煮沸1小时；合并提取液，浓缩，滤过，保温24小时，放冷，滤过得澄清液B。
4.根据权利要求1所述的喉疾灵口服液的制备方法，其特征在于：S5步骤中，澄清液A、B、C、D和矫味剂的质量比分别为：11~16：1~4：5~15：0.5~1.5。
5.根据权利要求4所述的喉疾灵口服液的制备方法，其特征在于：S5步骤中，澄清液A、B、C、D和矫味剂的质量比分别为：14：2：10：1。
6.根据权利要求1所述的喉疾灵口服液的制备方法，其特征在于：矫味剂为氯化蔗糖、或甜菊苷、或单糖浆、或阿斯巴甜。
7.一种权利要求1~6任意一项喉疾灵口服液的制备方法所制备得到的喉疾灵口服液。
8.根据权利要求7所述的喉疾灵口服液，其特征在于，原辅料重量份为：
人工牛黄9份       板蓝根150份       诃子肉125份
桔梗150份         猪牙皂25份        连翘125份 
天花粉250份       珍珠层粉9份       广东土牛膝150份
冰片9份           山豆根250份       了哥王250份
环糊精60份        矫味剂5份。
