Abstract
一种肢体离断术后的专用包扎敷料,其特征在于,包括有一端封闭的套筒;套筒的外侧设有半透膜的贴膜;在套筒的封闭端贴膜外设有一吸附盘,吸附盘与贴膜的对应位置设有通孔,吸附盘上的负压吸管穿过通孔为套筒持续提供负压吸引;将套筒套在截肢的残端,在套筒上裹敷贴膜,通过负压吸管进行持续的负压吸引,筒形的复合纳米银的聚乙烯醇海绵在负压作用下收紧,对肢体残端形成均匀的压迫作用,创伤部位都能接触到敷料,敷料具有强效、广谱抗感染作用,对伤口的愈合具有很好的促进作用,伤口渗出液通过引流管流出,保持了伤口的清洁。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗装备技术领域,具体涉及一种肢体离断术后的专用包扎敷料。
背景技术
肢体离断术是临床常见的一种手术,术后的包扎是非常重要的一个环节。现有的术后包扎通常是在手术切口放置引流片,然后用纱布和绷带加压包扎。但此种包扎方法存在以下缺点:
1)压力分布不均匀。传统的包扎方法沿肢体径向加压,而截肢横断面几乎没有压力。
2)压力大小很难控制。传统的包扎方法很难精确的控制压力,压力太小导致无法加压止血,压力过大易导致组织缺血坏死。
3)伤口渗出多,容易造成感染。术后伤口的渗液沿引流片流出,导致伤口包扎敷料很容易渗透,细菌易侵入或大量繁殖,导致伤口感染。
发明内容
为克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是在于提供一种肢体离断术后的专用包扎敷料,解决了现有术后包扎敷料时压力不均容易造成感染的缺陷,具有结构简单、在伤口及其四周施力均匀、安全卫生的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种肢体离断术后的专用包扎敷料,包括有一端封闭的套筒;套筒的外侧设有半透膜的贴膜;在套筒的封闭端贴膜外设有一吸附盘,吸附盘与贴膜的对应位置设有通孔,吸附盘上的负压吸管穿过通孔为套筒持续提供负压吸引。
所述的套筒采用含纳米银的聚乙烯醇海绵。
所述的吸附盘外设有一吸附盘封口膜。
所述的负压吸管用于吸附聚乙烯醇海绵内的空气;负压吸管上连接有监测压力表;通孔也可用于插接引流管。
所述套筒为U形筒状体。
本发明的有益效果是:
由于本发明将断离的肢体创面端采用一端封闭的聚乙烯醇海绵套筒包裹,负压吸管通过吸附盘上的通孔可以较容易地吸附出套筒内的空气,通过负压装置对聚乙烯醇海绵套筒施加负压,聚乙烯醇敷料在负压作用下收紧,对肢体创面形成均匀的压力;聚乙烯醇海绵敷料中的纳米银离子具有杀菌、广谱抗感染作用;对伤口的愈合具有很好的促进作用;具有结构简单,施力均匀,实用性强和安全卫生的特点。

下面结合附图对本发明的结构原理和工作原理作进一步详细说明。
参见图1,一种肢体离断术后的专用包扎敷料,包括有一端封闭的套筒1;套筒1的外侧设有半透膜的贴膜2;在套筒1的封闭端贴膜外设有一吸附盘3,吸附盘3与贴膜的对应位置设有通孔,吸附盘3上的负压吸管4穿过通孔为套筒持续提供负压吸引。
所述的套筒1采用含纳米银的聚乙烯醇海绵。
所述的吸附盘3外设有一吸附盘封口膜5。
所述的负压吸管4用于吸附聚乙烯醇海绵内的空气;负压吸管4上连接有监测压力表6;通孔也可用于插接引流管。
所述套筒1为U形筒状体。
使用时,将套筒1套在伤残的肢体上,在套筒1上裹敷贴膜2,通过负压吸管吸附套筒1内的空气,给附套筒1增加负压,当负压达到需要的数值时,去掉负压吸管,将吸附盘封口膜封在吸附盘上。通过负压吸管进行持续的负压吸引,筒形的聚乙烯醇敷料在负压作用下收紧,对肢体残端形成均匀的压迫作用,创伤部位都能接触到敷料,敷料具有强效、广谱抗感染作用,对伤口的愈合具有很好的促进作用。渗出液通过引流管流出,保持了伤口的清洁。

1.一种肢体离断术后的专用包扎敷料,其特征在于,包括有一端封闭的套筒(1);套筒(1)的外侧设有半透膜的贴膜(2);在套筒(1)的封闭端贴膜外设有一吸附盘(3),吸附盘(3)与贴膜的对应位置设有通孔,吸附盘(3)上的负压吸管(4)穿过通孔为套筒持续提供负压吸引;所述的套筒(1)采用含纳米银的聚乙烯醇海绵;所述的吸附盘(3)外设有一吸附盘封口膜(5);所述的负压吸管(4)用于吸附聚乙烯醇海绵内的空气;负压吸管(4)上连接有监测压力表(6);所述套筒(1)为U形筒状体;
