Abstract

本发明提出一种腹腔镜,包括镜管、设置于所述镜管内的影像传输通道、光源光纤通道和器械通道,所述影像传输通道的前端设有物镜头,其后端设有目镜头,所述光源光纤通道与冷光源接口相连接,所述器械通道的后端连接有密封帽,所述镜管内的器械通道的直径至少为5mm,所述镜管内还设有灌水通道、出水通道,所述灌水通道与灌水接口相连接,所述出水通道通过出水接口与负压器相连接。本发明所涉及的腹腔镜镜管能容纳光源光纤通道、灌水通道、出水通道、器械通道以及影像传输通道,使得手术时,能减少手术通道,减轻患者的痛苦;本发明所涉及的腹腔镜还能在满足照明需求的同时向患者体内灌入生理盐水,使手术在充满生理盐水的环境下进行。

一种腹腔镜
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,尤其涉及一种能够减少手术通道,减轻患者痛苦,并且能够在满足照明需求的同时向患者腹腔内灌注生理盐水,使手术在充满水的环境下进行的腹腔镜。
背景技术
腹腔镜是一种带有***头的医疗器械。腹腔镜1与显示器4、图像处理器3以及冷光源2配合使用以完成手术,如图1所示。其中,所述腹腔镜1中设有***头,用于随腹腔镜1的工作端进入患者体内实施患者体内器官图像拍摄。在进行腹腔镜手术的过程中,医生将腹腔镜1的工作端***患者体内,冷光源2的光通过腹腔镜1内的导光纤维导入患者体内从而为处于患者体内的***头提供摄像照明。***头采集的患者体内的器官图像被转换为电信号后,通过光电导线传至图像处理器3被处理,最终实时显示在显示器4上。医生通过显示器4上所显示的患者器官不同角度的图像,对患者病情分析判断,并运用专用的腹腔镜器械实施手术。
现有技术中腹腔镜的镜管直径较小,使得腹腔镜中器械通道的直径也较小,在手术过程中只允许某些简单的手术器械通过,如果是较为复杂的手术,则需要在患者身上再次开设手术通道,增加患者的痛苦;另外,现在的腹腔镜手术大多以气体作为媒介,在手术开始时,医生将二氧化碳等气体通过腹腔镜的进气通道充入患者的腹腔内,之后在气体的环境下进行手术。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种腹腔镜,以便能够减少手术通道,减轻患者的痛苦;并且能够在满足照明需求的同时向患者体内灌入生理盐水,使手术在充满水的环境下进行。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明提出了一种腹腔镜,包括镜管、设置于所述镜管内的影像传输通道、光源光纤通道和器械通道,所述影像传输通道的前端设置有物镜头,其后端设置有目镜头,所述光源光纤通道与冷光源接口相连接,所述器械通道的后端连接有密封帽,所述镜管内的器械通道的直径至少为5mm,所述镜管内还设有灌水通道、出水通道,所述灌水通道与灌水接口相连接,所述出水通道通过出水接口与负压器相连接。
在具体的手术操作过程中,所述冷光源接口外接冷光源,光束通过光源光纤通道导入患者体内,从而为物镜头提供照明;所述灌水接口外接生理盐水,使得生理盐水通过所述灌水通道进入患者腹腔内,为手术提供媒介,实现水中腹腔手术。当向患者腹腔内灌完生理盐水后,所述物镜头将采集到的患者腹腔内的图像经影像传输通道传输至目镜头,进而可通过图像处理器进行处理,之后在显示器上显示,供医生查看患者体内的情况。在手术开始时,医生根据患者腹腔内的情况,选择相应的手术器械,将其通过所述器械通道置于腹腔内的手术位置处进行手术操作。当手术完毕后,可将患者腹腔内的污水、积血等废液通过出水通道抽出,具体的做法可以通过负压器将上述废液从患者体内抽出。
本发明的该方案的有益效果在于上述腹腔镜的镜管内能够同时容纳光源光纤通道、灌水通道、出水通道、器械通道以及连接所述物镜头与目镜头的影像传输通道,并且所述器械通道的尺寸允许复杂的手术器械通过,使得手术时,能够减少手术通道,减轻患者的痛苦;本发明所涉及的腹腔镜还能够在满足照明需求的同时向患者体内灌入生理盐水,使手术在充满生理盐水的环境下进行,相较于在气体媒介中,在生理盐水媒介中所述物镜头能够更加清晰的采集患者体内的图像信息,并且在具体的手术操作过程中可以减少手术器械对患者的伤害。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的说明。
如图2~4所示,本发明所涉及的腹腔镜1包括镜管11,设置于所述镜管11内部的影像传输通道121,所述影像传输通道121的前端设置有物镜头12,其后端设置有目镜头13;所述镜管11内部还设有光源光纤通道141、器械通道171、灌水通道151和出水通道161,其中所述光源光纤通道141与冷光源接口14相连接,所述灌水通道151与灌水接口15相连接,所述出水通道161通过出水接口16与负压器相连接,所述器械通道171的后端接有密封帽17。
所述冷光源接口14用于外接照明用冷光源2;所述灌水接口15用于外接手术中所用到的液体,例如生理盐水;所述出水接口16用于外接负压器,将患者体内的污水、积血等废液通过所述出水通道161排出。
本发明所涉及的镜管11的直径设置在10~15mm,所述器械通道171的直径设置在5~10mm,使得所述镜管11内能同时容纳光源光纤通道141、灌水通道151、出水通道161、器械通道171以及连接所述物镜头12与目镜头13的影像传输通道121,并且所述器械通道171能够允许复杂的手术器械通过。
在具体的手术操作过程中,所述冷光源接口14外接冷光源2,光束通过光源光纤通道141导入患者体内,从而为物镜头12提供照明;并且在所述腹腔镜1进入患者体内时,将所述密封帽17拔出,将闭孔器***所述器械通道171中,当所述腹腔镜1到达需要手术的位置时,将闭孔器抽出;所述灌水接口15外接生理盐水,使得生理盐水通过所述灌水通道151进入患者腹腔内,为手术提供媒介,实现水中腹腔手术。
当向患者腹腔内灌完生理盐水后,所述物镜头12将采集到的患者腹腔内的图像经影像传输通道121传输至目镜头13,进而可通过图像处理器3进行处理,之后在显示器4上显示,供医生查看患者体内的情况。
在手术开始时,医生根据患者腹腔内的情况,选择相应的手术器械,将其通过所述器械通道171置于腹腔内的手术位置处进行手术操作。
当手术完毕后,可将患者腹腔内的污水、积血等废液通过出水通道161抽出,具体的做法可以通过负压器将上述废液从患者体内抽出。
本发明所涉及的腹腔镜1的镜管11内能够同时容纳光源光纤通道141、灌水通道151、出水通道161、器械通道171以及连接所述物镜头12与目镜头13的影像传输通道121,并且所述器械通道171允许复杂的手术器械通过,使得手术时,能够减少手术通道,减轻患者的痛苦;本发明所涉及的腹腔镜还能够在满足照明需求的同时向患者体内灌入生理盐水,使手术在充满生理盐水的环境下进行,相较于在气体媒介中,在生理盐水媒介中所述物镜头12能够更加清晰的采集患者腹腔内的图像信息,并且在具体的手术操作过程中可以减少手术器械对患者的伤害。

1.一种腹腔镜,包括镜管、设置于所述镜管内的影像传输通道、光源光纤通道和器械通道,所述影像传输通道的前端设置有物镜头,其后端设置有目镜头,所述光源光纤通道与冷光源接口相连接,所述器械通道的后端连接有密封帽,其特征在于:所述镜管内的器械通道的直径至少为5mm,所述镜管内还设有灌水通道、出水通道,所述灌水通道与灌水接口相连接,所述出水通道通过出水接口与负压器相连接。
