Abstract

本发明公开了一种儿科用舌压板的设计方法,该种儿科用舌压板活动式压板、和电控转动装置、电控转动装置控制开关、充电部位、一个LED灯、一个手柄组成的;其设计方法是:手柄开模成底部可安装充电部位、上端可安装电控转动装置控制开关和LED灯、前端可安装电控转动装置、活动式压板的结构,然后依次在底部安装充电部位,再在上端安装电控转动装置控制开关和LED灯,接着在前端安装电控转动装置,在电控转动装置前端连接活动式压板;本发明材质较软、使用方便、安装简单,适合儿童使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种舌压板的设计方法,尤其涉及一种儿科用舌压板的设计方法。
背景技术
舌压板主要用于舌头和口腔部位的检查,目前医院里常见的舌压板都是采用一体式硬性材料制成,在按压舌头部位时需要通过医生的手部来掌握力度,同时要辅助以手电来照明,但儿童的舌头比较嫩,不易采用硬质材料接触,而且由于儿童的口部相对尺寸较小,用手电辅助照明也显得比较麻烦。
发明内容
本发明就是针对上述问题,提出一种材质较软、使用方便、安装简单的儿科用舌压板的设计方法。
为达到上述技术目的,本发明采用了一种儿科用舌压板的设计方法,该种儿科用舌压板三块或四块活动式压板、和三块或四块活动式舌压板相配套的三个或四个电控转动装置、电控转动装置控制开关、充电部位、一个LED灯、一个手柄组成的;其设计方法是:手柄开模成底部可安装充电部位、上端可安装电控转动装置控制开关和LED灯、前端可安装电控转动装置、活动式压板的结构,然后依次在底部安装充电部位,再在上端安装电控转动装置控制开关和LED灯,接着在前端安装电控转动装置,在电控转动装置前端连接活动式压板。
作为本发明之优选,所述活动式压板采用软性无毒高分子材料制成。
本发明采用组合式结构,安装比较方便,舌压板通过按键控制可自动转动,代替医生手动按压舌头,LED灯安装于手柄上课根据需要随时打开使用;同时活动式压板采用软性无毒高分子材料制成,更适合儿童使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细地说明。
由图1可知,一种儿科用舌压板的设计方法,该种儿科用舌压板三块或四块活动式压板1、和三块或四块活动式舌压板1相配套的三个或四个电控转动装置2、电控转动装置控制开关3、充电部位4、一个LED灯5、一个手柄6组成的;其设计方法是:手柄6开模成底部可安装充电部位4、上端可安装电控转动装置控制开关3和LED灯5、前端可安装电控转动装置2、活动式压板1的结构,通过模具制作出手柄6以后,然后依次在手柄6的底部安装充电部位4,再在手柄6的上端安装电控转动装置控制开关3和LED灯5,接着在前手柄6的前端安装电控转动装置2,在电控转动装置2前端连接活动式压板1,该活动式压板1宜采用软性无毒高分子材料制成。
在实际制作过程中,各连接部位可采用卡接或者螺栓固定的方式进行固定。图1中所示的箭头位置为各部件连接的方向。

1.一种儿科用舌压板的设计方法,其特征在于,该种儿科用舌压板由三块或四块活动式压板、和三块或四块活动式舌压板相配套的三个或四个电控转动装置、电控转动装置控制开关、充电部位、一个LED灯、一个手柄组成的;其设计方法是:手柄开模成底部可安装充电部位、上端可安装电控转动装置控制开关和LED灯、前端可安装电控转动装置、活动式压板的结构,然后依次在底部安装充电部位,再在上端安装电控转动装置控制开关和LED灯,接着在前端安装电控转动装置,在电控转动装置前端连接活动式压板。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种儿科用舌压板的设计方法,其特征在于,所述活动式压板采用软性无毒高分子材料制成。
