Abstract
本发明涉及一种低胆固醇、富胡萝卜素、富DHA鸡蛋的生产方法,该方法中应用的该饲料包括中草药饲料和营养饲料,所述中草药饲料用于连续饲喂60日-125日龄的蛋鸡,所述营养饲料用于连续饲喂125日龄以后以及产蛋期全过程的蛋鸡,该中草药饲料由中草药组合物和蛋鸡全价料按照重量份数比0.5-1份:50份复配而成,该营养饲料由营养组合物与蛋鸡全价料按照重量份数比0.5-1份:50份复配而成,食用本发明鸡蛋能同时补充胡萝卜素、DHA等。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种鸡蛋的生产方法,特别涉及一种低胆固醇、富胡萝卜素、富DHA鸡蛋的生产方法。
背景技术
2000年开始胡萝卜素受到医学界空前的关注,原因是很多流行病学的调查说明:在膳食中经常摄取丰富胡萝卜素的人群,患动脉硬化、某些癌肿以及退行性眼疾等疾病的机会都明显低于摄取较少胡萝卜素的人群,胡萝卜素,摄入人体消化器官后,可以转化成维生素A,是目前最安全补充维生素A的产品。它可以维持眼睛和皮肤的健康,改善夜盲症、皮肤粗糙的状况,有助于身体免受自由基的伤害。目前大量的研究资料表明,成人每日胡萝卜素的标准推荐量为400微克。胡萝卜素有维生素A源之称,是一种重要的人体生理功能活性物质。大量研究证实,β-胡萝卜素的许多生物功能与人类健康有密切关系,其在抗氧化、解毒、抗癌、预防心血管疾病,防治白内障和保护肝脏方面的生理作用已被越来越多地证实并应用于疾病的预防和治疗。
DHA,二十二碳六烯酸,俗称脑黄金,是一种对人体非常重要的多不饱和脂肪酸,属于Omega-3不饱和脂肪酸家族中的重要成员。DHA是神经***细胞生长及维持的一种主要元素,是大脑和视网膜的重要构成成分,在人体大脑皮层中含量高达20%,在眼睛视网膜中所占比例最大,约占50%。DHA可以影响胎儿大脑发育、促进视网膜光感细胞的成熟、增进大脑细胞发育、减少产后抑郁、癌症治疗、抑制发炎、改善老人痴呆、抑制流感病毒复制、延长妊娠期预防早产、促进PS(磷脂酰丝氨酸)的吸收、抗衰老、保湿作用。
胆固醇是动物体内最重要的固醇,大量存在于脑、神经组织、皮脂和胆汁中,脂肪是生物体的重要储能物质,胆固醇和脂肪虽然在人体中各有其重要作用,但如果摄入量过多则会引起一系列的副反应,胆固醇代谢失调能引起动脉粥样硬化、高血压和胆石症,脂肪储存过多引起肥胖、冠心病。
随着人们生活水平的提高,对身体保健及预防疾病的意识也随之增强,现有的禽蛋营养已不能满足人们对营养保健的需求,因此本发明的目的是提供一种低胆固醇、富胡萝卜素、富DHA的禽蛋食品。鸡蛋是最普通的日常食品,通过食用鸡蛋来补充胡萝卜素,DHA,经济、方便、有效,本发明低胆固醇、富胡萝卜素、富DHA鸡蛋,满足人们对营养保健的要求,具有巨大的经济效益和社会效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种用于生产低胆固醇、富胡萝卜素、富DHA鸡蛋的饲料以及该鸡蛋的生产方法。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种用于生产低胆固醇、富胡萝卜素、富DHA鸡蛋的饲料,该饲料包括中草药饲料和营养饲料,所述中草药饲料用于连续饲喂60日-125日龄的蛋鸡,所述营养饲料用于连续饲喂125日龄以后以及产蛋期全过程的蛋鸡,该中草药饲料由中草药组合物和蛋鸡全价料按照重量份数比0.5-1份:50份复配而成,所述中草药组合物,包括9味中药,各组分为:红花、桃仁、芦根、苦参、赤芍、白术、土茯苓、黄芪和艾叶,共研为末,40目过筛;该营养饲料由营养组合物与蛋鸡全价料按照重量份数比0.5-1份:50份复配而成,所述营养组合物包括如下组分:乳酸菌、蛋氨酸、硫酸锌、葡萄糖、维生素B6、维生素K、维生素C、脂肪、黄粉虫粉、山楂粉、乳酸钙、亚麻籽粕、油茶籽粕、大豆粕和巴西鱼粉。
优选地,所述中草药组合物,包括9味中药,各组分及按照重量份数配比为:红花20-40份,桃仁20-40份,芦根15-30份,苦参10-20份,赤芍10-20份,白术10-20份,土茯苓10-20份,黄芪10-20份,艾叶10-15份;共研为末,40目过筛。
优选地,所述营养组合物包括如下重量份数组分,乳酸菌取0.5-1.5份、蛋氨酸取1-2份、硫酸锌取1-2.5份、亚麻籽粕取15-25份、油茶籽粕取10-20份、大豆粕取5-15份、巴西鱼粉取5-10份、葡萄糖取1-4份、维生素B6取0.5-1.5份、维生素K取0.5-1.5份、维生素C取0.5-1.5份、脂肪取1-2.5份、黄粉虫粉取1-2份、山楂粉取1-5份、乳酸钙取15-25份。
本发明还提供了一种低胆固醇、富胡萝卜素、富DHA鸡蛋的生产方法,包括如下步骤:用上述中草药饲料饲喂60日龄的蛋鸡,连续喂食,直至蛋鸡到125日龄;用上述营养饲料饲喂125日龄后的蛋鸡,并持续产蛋期的全过程。
按照本发明方法喂食蛋鸡的过程中,鸡的精神、食欲不受影响,产蛋率、蛋重与同龄普通鸡无差异。从实施例1、2或3结果来看,用营养饲料喂食15天后直至产蛋期的全过程(此阶段生产的鸡蛋中的蛋白质、脂肪、胆固醇、胡萝卜素、DHA等营养物质含量稳定),生产的鸡蛋与普通鸡蛋的各物质平均含量区别如下表所示:

从上述数据可以看出,本发明生产出的低胆固醇、富胡萝卜素、富DHA鸡蛋不仅增大了胡萝卜素的含量(以每公斤16枚鸡蛋计算,每枚鸡蛋含胡萝卜素31.25μg)而DHA的含量(以每公斤16枚鸡蛋计算,每枚鸡蛋含DHA81.25mg),蛋白质含量比普通鸡蛋增加了约19%,脂肪含量比普通鸡蛋减少了约19%,胆固醇含量比普通鸡蛋降低了约67%。
本发明胡萝卜素的检测标准是按照GB-T5009.83-2003《食品中胡萝卜素的测定》进行检测。DHA的检测是按照GB-T5009.168-2003《食品中二十碳五烯酸和二十二碳六烯酸》进行检测,蛋白质、脂肪、胆固醇含量由农业部乳品质量监督检验测试中心检测。
本发明所具有的有益效果为:
1、食用本发明鸡蛋能同时补充胡萝卜素、DHA等,胆固醇低于普通鸡蛋的含量,制得的鸡蛋中,胡萝卜素含量的含量为50μg/100g,DHA的含量约为130mg/100g,蛋白质的含量约为14.50%,脂肪的含量约为8.50%,胆固醇的含量约为190mg/100g,其所含40多种人体必需营养素比例均衡、含量充分,具有现有的普通鸡蛋所无法实现的营养价值。
2、鸡蛋中的氨基酸比例与人体需要的比例非常近似,最容易被人体吸收。蛋黄中的卵磷脂是一种优良的乳化剂,可作为血管中清道夫。鸡蛋是全营养模式,鸡蛋被人体吸收率的生物价是95%,是已知食品中最理想的全营养。非常适于人体吸收利用。
3、本发明鸡蛋的相对于市场上的普通鸡蛋,胆固醇含量降低了67%,从而降低了高脂血症人群因害怕胆固醇而不敢摄入鸡蛋的蛋黄的风险,是一种安全食用的全营养鸡蛋。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种低胆固醇、富胡萝卜素、富DHA鸡蛋的生产方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
配制中草药组合物,包括9味中药,各组分及按照重量份数配比为:红花20份,桃仁20份,芦根15份,苦参10份,赤芍10份,白术10份,土茯苓10份,黄芪10份,艾叶10份,共研为末,40目过筛;
配制营养组合物,各组分及按照重量份数配比为:乳酸菌取0.5份、蛋氨酸取1份、硫酸锌取1份、亚麻籽粕取25份、油茶籽粕取10份、大豆粕取15份、巴西鱼粉取5份、葡萄糖取1份、维生素B6取0.5份、维生素K取0.5份、维生素C取0.5份、脂肪取1份、黄粉虫粉取1份、山楂粉取2份、乳酸钙取15份;混合均匀;
按照重量配比取蛋鸡全价料50份,中草药组合物0.5份,混合均匀后,制得中草药饲料,用中草药饲料饲喂60日龄的蛋鸡,连续喂食,直至蛋鸡到125日龄;
按照重量配比取蛋鸡全价料50份,营养组合物0.5份,混合均匀后,制得营养饲料,用营养饲料饲喂125日龄后的蛋鸡,并持续产蛋期的全过程。
实施例2
一种低胆固醇、富胡萝卜素、富DHA鸡蛋的生产方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
配制中草药组合物,包括9味中药,各组分及按照重量份数配比为:红花25份,桃仁20份,芦根20份,苦参15份,赤芍10份,白术20份,土茯苓10份,黄芪10份,艾叶10份,共研为末,40目过筛;
配制营养组合物,各组分及按照重量份数配比为:乳酸菌取1.5份、蛋氨酸取2份、硫酸锌取1.5份、亚麻籽粕取15份、油茶籽粕取20份、大豆粕取5份、巴西鱼粉取5份、葡萄糖取3份、维生素B6取1份、维生素K取1份、维生素C取1份、脂肪1.5份、黄粉虫粉取1.5份、山楂粉取2份、乳酸钙取20份;混合均匀;
按照重量配比取蛋鸡全价料50份,中草药组合物0.6份,混合均匀后,制得中草药饲料,用中草药饲料饲喂60日龄的蛋鸡,连续喂食,直至蛋鸡到125日龄;
按照重量配比取蛋鸡全价料50份,营养组合物0.6份,混合均匀后,制得营养饲料,用营养饲料饲喂125日龄后的蛋鸡,并持续产蛋期的全过程。
实施例3
一种低胆固醇、富胡萝卜素、富DHA鸡蛋的生产方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
配制中草药组合物,包括9味中药,各组分及按照重量份数配比为:红花25份,桃仁25份,芦根20份,苦参15份,赤芍10份,白术15份,土茯苓15份,黄芪20份,艾叶15份,共研为末,40目过筛;
配制营养组合物,各组分及按照重量份数配比为:乳酸菌取1份、蛋氨酸取2份、硫酸锌取2份、亚麻籽粕取20份、油茶籽粕取15份、大豆粕取10份、巴西鱼粉取10份、葡萄糖4份、维生素B6取1.5份、维生素K取1.5份、维生素C取1.5份、脂肪取2.5份、黄粉虫粉取2份、山楂粉取4份、乳酸钙取18份;混合均匀;
按照重量配比取蛋鸡全价料50份,中草药组合物0.5份,混合均匀后,制得中草药饲料,用中草药饲料饲喂60日龄的蛋鸡,连续喂食,直至蛋鸡到125日龄;
按照重量配比取蛋鸡全价料50份,营养组合物0.5份,混合均匀后,制得营养饲料,用营养饲料饲喂125日龄后的蛋鸡,并持续产蛋期的全过程。

1.一种用于生产低胆固醇、富胡萝卜素、富DHA鸡蛋的饲料,其特征在于:该饲料包括中草药饲料和营养饲料,所述中草药饲料用于连续饲喂60日-125日龄的蛋鸡,所述营养饲料用于连续饲喂125日龄以后以及产蛋期全过程的蛋鸡,该中草药饲料由中草药组合物和蛋鸡全价料按照重量份数比0.5-1份:50份复配而成,所述中草药组合物,包括9味中药,各组分为:红花、桃仁、芦根、苦参、赤芍、白术、土茯苓、黄芪和艾叶,共研为末,40目过筛;该营养饲料由营养组合物与蛋鸡全价料按照重量份数比0.5-1份:50份复配而成,所述营养组合物包括如下组分:乳酸菌、蛋氨酸、硫酸锌、葡萄糖、维生素B6、维生素K、维生素C、脂肪、黄粉虫粉、山楂粉、乳酸钙、亚麻籽粕、油茶籽粕、大豆粕和巴西鱼粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的饲料,其特征在于:所述中草药组合物,包括9味中药,各组分及按照重量份数配比为:红花20-40份,桃仁20-40份,芦根15-30份,苦参10-20份,赤芍10-20份,白术10-20份,土茯苓10-20份,黄芪10-20份,艾叶10-15份;共研为末,40目过筛。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的饲料,其特征在于:所述营养组合物包括如下重量份数组分,乳酸菌取0.5-1.5份、蛋氨酸取1-2份、硫酸锌取1-2.5份、亚麻籽粕取15-25份、油茶籽粕取10-20份、大豆粕取5-15份、巴西鱼粉取5-10份、葡萄糖取1-4份、维生素B6取0.5-1.5份、维生素K取0.5-1.5份、维生素C取0.5-1.5份、脂肪取1-2.5份、黄粉虫粉取1-2份、山楂粉取1-5份、乳酸钙取15-25份。
4.一种低胆固醇、富胡萝卜素、富DHA鸡蛋的生产方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:用权利要求1-3任一项所述中草药饲料饲喂60日龄的蛋鸡,连续喂食,直至蛋鸡到125日龄;用权利要求1-3任一项所述营养饲料饲喂125日龄后的蛋鸡,并持续产蛋期的全过程。
