本发明提供一种水面溢油污染处理轻质围油栏,包括筒体和封头,所诉筒体和封头均使用透明聚乙烯材料制成,所述筒体内设置有隔板,将筒体分为下部的空气仓和上部的滤油分解仓,在筒体空气仓的外侧镜面设置有浮力板,在筒体滤油分解仓上设置有多个通孔,滤油分解仓的内壁上涂覆有AgX光催化剂层,封头上设置有挂钩。各个水面溢油污染处理轻质围油栏使用链条挂接挂钩,使溢油污染处理轻质围油栏连接起来,漂浮的溢油污染处理轻质围油栏可以阻挡水面油污的继续扩散。本发明设计有空气仓和浮力板,可以保证整体的漂浮能力,可有效阻挡石油烃的扩散,而内部设置的AgX光催化剂层则可以有效地使用太阳光进行石油烃分解。

本发明涉及一种围油栏,尤其是涉及一种水面溢油污染处理轻质围油栏。
背景技术
围油栏主要用于海域、内河、工矿企业水处理等情况下的溢油及其它化学品溢漏的事后处理及预防处理。标准《JT/T465围油栏》规定了固体浮子式围油栏、栅栏式围油栏、外张力式围油栏、外张力式围油栏、充气式围油栏、岸滩围油栏等,这些类型的围油栏由于体积大、重量大,体格高,主要用于海事领域,限制了其在内河及小面积的污染水域的应用。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种水面溢油污染处理轻质围油栏。
具体解决方案为:一种水面溢油污染处理轻质围油栏,包括筒体和封头,所诉筒体和封头均使用透明聚乙烯材料制成,所述筒体内设置有隔板,将筒体分为下部的空气仓和上部的滤油分解仓,在筒体空气仓的外侧镜面设置有浮力板,在筒体滤油分解仓上设置有多个通孔,滤油分解仓的内壁上涂覆有AgX光催化剂层,在太阳光照射下AgX可以起到良好的石油烃分解作用,将筒体滤油分解仓内的进行分解。
进一步,封头上设置有挂钩。各个水面溢油污染处理轻质围油栏使用链条挂接挂钩,使溢油污染处理轻质围油栏连接起来,漂浮的溢油污染处理轻质围油栏可以阻挡水面油污的继续扩散。
进一步,所述筒体和封头使用热压工艺相结合。
本发明设计有空气仓和浮力板,可以保证整体的漂浮能力,而内部设置的AgX光催化剂层则可以有效地使用太阳光进行石油烃分解,本发明体积小、重量轻,价格低,同时兼具分解功能,因此它的使用更为方便。

如图1-图3所示,一种水面溢油污染处理轻质围油栏,包括筒体1和封头2,所诉筒体1和封头2均使用透明聚乙烯材料制成,所述筒体1内设置有隔板5,将筒体1分为下部的空气仓7和上部的滤油分解仓6,在空气仓7的外侧镜面设置有浮力板3,在滤油分解仓6上设置有多个通孔,滤油分解仓6的内壁上涂覆有AgX光催化剂层,在太阳光照射下AgX可以起到良好的石油烃分解作用,将筒体滤油分解仓内的进行分解。
封头2上设置有挂钩。各个水面溢油污染处理轻质围油栏使用链条挂接挂钩4,使溢油污染处理轻质围油栏连接起来,漂浮的溢油污染处理轻质围油栏可以阻挡水面油污的继续扩散。
本发明设计有空气仓7和浮力板3,可以保证整体的漂浮能力,而内部设置的AgX光催化剂层则可以有效地使用太阳光进行石油烃分解,本发明体积小、重量轻,价格低,同时兼具分解功能,因此它的使用更为方便。

1.一种水面溢油污染处理轻质围油栏,其特征在于:包括筒体和封头,所诉筒体和封头均使用透明聚乙烯材料制成,所述筒体内设置有隔板,将筒体分为下部的空气仓和上部的滤油分解仓,在筒体空气仓的外侧镜面设置有浮力板,在筒体滤油分解仓上设置有多个通孔,滤油分解仓的内壁上涂覆有AgX光催化剂层。
