技术领域
本发明涉及一种人造革，尤其涉及一种防水保暖阻燃人造革。
背景技术
 人造革是一种仿造天然皮革的塑料制品。通常以织布为基材，将聚氨酯或聚氯乙烯发泡层设于基材上，在发泡层上设有聚氨酯或聚氯乙烯表层，经压轮压平或压花，即得产品。随着人造革技术的发展，凭借其具有接近天然皮革的各种性能材质等特点，已经在生活中的大部分领域用于取代天然皮革。普通的人造革由基材和面层构成，基材为普通的织物，面层为PVC 塑料层，这样的人造革做的服装，保暖性，不能满足人们在冬天穿着的需要，此外由于人造革制品在使用过程中难免会沾碰到水，若是被水浸泡则会影响到人造革的使用寿命。另外，现有的人造革的阻燃性主要是通过加入阻燃助剂，这种人造革在经过数次洗涤后阻燃性会慢慢消失。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种防水保暖阻燃人造革，提高人造革的保暖性能和防水性能，延长人造革的使用寿命。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种防水保暖阻燃人造革，包括相互粘合在一起的基材、发泡层和表层，所述表层外表面设有塑料膜层，在所述基材的内表面设置有绒面，所述基材由面料制成，所述面料由经纱和纬纱交织而成，所述经纱由棉纱线构成，纬纱由阻燃涤纶长丝纱线构成。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、本发明其基材表面呈绒面状，因此能够起到保暖的效果，还
能够增加人造革的饱满度，同时通过塑料膜层将人造革其它材料层与外界隔开，水无法浸入人造革其它材料层，延长了产品的使用寿命，同时扩大了产品的使用范围。
2、本发明基材柔软舒适、透气透湿、无刺激性气味，具有很好的阻燃性。

参见图1，本发明涉及一种防水保暖阻燃人造革，包括相互粘合在一起的基材1、聚氨酯发泡层2 和聚氨酯表层3 ，所述表层3 外表面设有塑料膜层4，起防水作用，在所述基材1的内表面设置有绒面5，起到保暖作用。
所述基材由面料制成，所述面料由经纱和纬纱交织而成，所述经纱由棉纱线构成，纬纱由阻燃涤纶长丝纱线构成。
