一种汽车内饰板。涉及对汽车内饰板的改进。提供了一种结构简单，便于加工、环保的汽车内饰板。包括表层、第二层、第三层和底层，所述表层为真皮层，所述真皮层上设有若干透气孔，所述第二层包括麻纤维层，所述第三层为活性碳纤维层，所述底层包括涤纶纤维层。本发明中的内饰板采用活性碳纤维层进行吸附异味，净化室内空气，提高了空气的质量；采用麻纤维和涤纶纤维无毒、环保，成本低，能够适应市场的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及对汽车内饰板的改进。
背景技术
随着汽车工业的迅猛发展，市场对汽车的要求越来越高，对汽车内饰件的质量和环保要求也越来越严格。车内的装饰材料化学成分多，造成车内空气质量差，影响了人们的健康；内饰板正在逐步采用天然纤维复合材料取代有毒、污染环境的现有PU板和PP木粉板。
发明内容
本发明针对以上问题，提供了一种结构简单，便于加工、环保的汽车内饰板。
    本发明的技术方案是：包括表层、第二层、第三层和底层，所述表层为真皮层，所述真皮层上设有若干透气孔，所述第二层包括麻纤维层，所述第三层为活性碳纤维层，所述底层包括涤纶纤维层。
所述第二层还包括棉纤维层。
所述底层还包括锦纶纤维层。
本发明中的内饰板采用活性碳纤维层进行吸附异味，净化室内空气，提高了空气的质量；采用麻纤维和涤纶纤维无毒、环保，成本低，能够适应市场的需求。

具体实施方式
本发明如图1所示，包括表层1、第二层2、第三层3和底层4，所述表层1为真皮层，所述真皮层上设有若干透气孔10，所述第二层2包括麻纤维层，所述第三层3为活性碳纤维层，所述底层4包括涤纶纤维层。本发明中活性碳纤维层是一种新型多孔材料，质地柔软，透气轻盈，可以高效吸附周边的有毒气体，其吸附性能远高于竹炭、粒状活性碳。
所述第二层2还包括棉纤维层，与麻纤维层形成混合层，吸湿性强。
所述底层4还包括锦纶纤维层，与涤纶纤维层形成混合层；锦纶具有吸湿、耐磨的性能。
本发明的加工过程为各纤维层按顺序放置，然后进行热压成型。

1.一种汽车内饰板，其特征在于，包括表层、第二层、第三层和底层，所述表层为真皮层，所述真皮层上设有若干透气孔，所述第二层包括麻纤维层，所述第三层为活性碳纤维层，所述底层包括涤纶纤维层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车内饰板，其特征在于，所述第二层还包括棉纤维层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种汽车内饰板，其特征在于，所述底层还包括锦纶纤维层。
