Abstract

卷层式糕点五皮酥生产设备中的一种自动延伸装置，由大延伸轮、小延伸轮、中轴、高度调解器、安装孔组成。两个中轴上分别连有大、小延伸轮，大、小延伸轮中点对齐，保证延伸五皮酥时通畅。大延伸轮在前，小延伸轮在后，使五皮酥延伸过渡自然，不会出现断层现象。本发明适用于多层式糕点的延伸成型。

技术领域
本发明涉及卷层式糕点五皮酥生产设备中的一种自动延伸装置。
背景技术
在制作多层五皮酥时，层厚度是入口口感的必要条件，在自动化生产设备中，必须有一个自动延伸成型装置，使五皮酥变得薄脆爽口，而且还要使产品每层薄厚一致。按照以上要求，设计了一种自动延伸装置。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种卷层式糕点生产中用上的自动延伸装置，会使产品卷层均匀、层厚变薄、外形美观。
本发明由大延伸轮、小延伸轮、中轴、高度调解器、安装孔组成。
所述高度调解器设有4个螺钉支架，每两个连着一根中轴，通过调节螺钉可以调节大小延伸轮高度，从而改变延伸性。
所述两个中轴上分别连有大、小延伸轮，大、小延伸轮中点对齐，保证延伸五皮酥时通畅。大延伸轮在前，小延伸轮在后，使五皮酥延伸过渡自然，不会出现断层现象。
本发明不需外加动力，紧靠由绞龙卷出来的五皮酥卷的输送动力来完成，五皮酥卷通过大小延伸轮就可以实现延伸。

具体实施方式
首先安装四个高度调解器4，每两个高度调解器4连一根中轴3、前一根中轴3安装上大延伸轮1、后一根中轴安装上小延伸轮2。

1.一种五皮酥生产成套设备中的自动延伸装置其特征在于由大延伸轮、小延伸轮、中轴、高度调解器、安装孔组成。
2.如权利要求1所述自动延伸装置，其特征在于所述高度调解器设有4个螺钉支架，每两个连着一根中轴。
3.如权利要求1所述自动延伸装置，其特征在于两个中轴上分别连有大、小延伸轮，大、小延伸轮中点对齐，大延伸轮在前，小延伸轮在后。
