一种防冰导线,其特殊之处是:包括内层的钢芯、中间层的梯形软铝线和外层的圆铝线和低居里点铁磁材料丝,最外层的圆铝线和低居里点铁磁材料丝交替布置,所述低居里点铁磁材料丝是由低居里点铁磁材料内层和包覆在低居里点铁磁材料内层的铝外层构成。有益效果是:通过低居里点铁磁材料覆铝,增加导流界面面积,耐腐蚀,导游界面为全铝,无电化学腐蚀现象;由于采用梯形软铝线缠绕,同层软铝线之间无间隙,提高铝的填充率,抵销因外层采用覆铝低居里点铁磁材料丝造成的导电能力下降的影响,使整体导电能力不受影响;制作时同步缠绕而成,不增加施工难度和作业成本,并且可以起到较好的防冰效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防冰导线。
背景技术
结冰舞动一直是电网输电线路急需解决的问题,采用低居里点铁磁材料,利用导线在低温状态下的电磁感应原理可有效解决导线结冰问题。但目前国外已有采用螺旋缠绕技术,即在线路上将外包铝箔的低居里点铁磁材料丝螺旋缠绕,由于是在现场作业,施工难度大,作业成本高,在线路上只能进行局部缠绕,防冰效果差;并且铝箔不能均匀分布,容易裂开,影响导电性能。
发明内容
本发明要解决现有技术存在的上述问题,提供一种不增加施工难度和作业成本,可以起到较好的防冰效果的防冰导线。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种防冰导线,其特殊之处是:包括内层的钢芯、中间层的梯形软铝线和外层的圆铝线和低居里点铁磁材料丝,最外层的圆铝线和低居里点铁磁材料丝交替布置,所述低居里点铁磁材料丝是由低居里点铁磁材料内层和包覆在低居里点铁磁材料内层的铝外层构成。
本发明的有益效果是:将低居里点铁磁材料覆铝,并与导线同心绞合,通过低居里点铁磁材料覆铝,增加导流界面面积,耐腐蚀,导游界面为全铝,无电化学腐蚀现象;由于采用梯形软铝线缠绕,同层软铝线之间无间隙,提高铝的填充率,抵销因外层采用覆铝低居里点铁磁材料丝造成的导电能力下降的影响,使整体导电能力不受影响;制作时同步缠绕而成,不增加施工难度和作业成本,并且可以起到较好的防冰效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种防冰导线,包括内层的钢芯1、中间层的梯形软铝线2和外层的圆铝线3和低居里点铁磁材料丝4,最外层的圆铝线3和低居里点铁磁材料丝4交替布置,所述低居里点铁磁材料丝4是由低居里点铁磁材料内层401和包覆在低居里点铁磁材料内层401的铝外层402构成。本实施例中梯形软铝线2分内外两层布置。

1.一种防冰导线,其特征是:包括内层的钢芯、中间层的梯形软铝线和外层的圆铝线和低居里点铁磁材料丝,最外层的圆铝线和低居里点铁磁材料丝交替布置,所述低居里点铁磁材料丝是由低居里点铁磁材料内层和包覆在低居里点铁磁材料内层的铝外层构成。
