Abstract
一种水性漆,按照质量百分数包含以下组分原料:40~50%的环氧树脂,9~14%的***,18~22%的水,15~20%的乙醇,0.3~0.8%的流平剂,0.3~0.8%的消泡剂,0.3~0.8%的防腐剂,1~5%的染色剂,其制备方法为:称取所需各组分原料,将环氧树脂,***,水,乙醇、染色剂混合,搅拌15~25min,静置9~13min后加入流平剂、消泡剂、防腐剂混合打磨,过滤即得产品。本发明利用简单的原料,加入少量的***,使制备所得水性漆具有更稳定的特性,漆料的表面张力相对一般水性漆更好,用在木质器材上时间更长久、稳定;进一步的,本发明制备方法简单易操作,成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种漆料及其制备方法,特别涉及一种水性漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
现今,人们对生活质量水平要求越来越高,追求完美的生活无助等,对生活中的木质家具也有较高的要求。目前,市场上大多利用含有甲醇等有毒有害的物质漆料作为美化家具的材料,从而使得新的家具对人体产生极大的伤害。
水性漆就是以水为稀释剂、不含有机溶剂的涂料,不含苯、甲苯、二甲苯、甲醛、游离TDI有毒重金属,无毒无刺激气味,对人体无害,不污染环境,漆膜丰满、晶莹透亮、柔韧性好并且具有耐水、耐磨、耐老化、耐黄变、干燥快、使用方便等特点。可使用在:木器、金属、塑料、玻璃、建筑表面等多种材质上。
因此,急需一种环保、健康的家具涂漆,达到美化家具的同时对人体伤害降到最大。
发明内容
本发明为解决上市技术问题,发明一种水性漆,旨在制备出一种环保、健康的家具涂漆,极大限度的降低喷上涂漆的对人力造成的影响或伤害。
为解决上市技术问题,本发明技术方案如下:
一种水性漆,按照质量百分数包含以下组分原料:40~50%的环氧树脂,9~14%的***,18~22%的水,15~20%的乙醇,0.3~0.8%的流平剂,0.3~0.8%的消泡剂,0.3~0.8%的防腐剂,1~5%的染色剂。
一种水性漆的制备方法,包含以下操作步骤:称取所需各组分原料,将环氧树脂,***混合,静置25~35min,加入水,乙醇、染色剂继续混合,搅拌15~25min,静置9~13min后加入流平剂、消泡剂、防腐剂混合打磨,过滤即得产品。
其中,所述的染色剂为群青。
其中,所述的水为去离子水或蒸馏水。
本发明有益效果:
环氧树脂中有不饱和键,加入少量含有不稳定氢氧键的黄体相互融合后,使得环氧树脂跟易于被水包裹,进而使得所制得水性漆具有更稳定的特性,漆料的表面张力相对一般水性漆更好,用在木质器材上时间更长久、稳定;进一步的,本发明制备方法简单易操作,成本低。
具体实施方式
以下参照具体实施方式来进一步描述本发明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施,本发明保护范围并不受制于本发明的实施方式。实施例1
称取4.04kg的环氧树脂,1.3kg的***混合均匀后,静置25min,然后加入2kg的去离子水,2kg的乙醇,0.03kg的流平剂,0.05kg的消泡剂,0.08kg的防腐剂,0.5kg的群青,然后将将环氧树脂,***,去离子水,乙醇、染色剂混合,搅拌15min,静置10min后加入流平剂、消泡剂、防腐剂混合打磨,过滤取滤液即得产品。
实施例2
称取5.3kg的环氧树脂,0.95kg的***混合均匀后,静置30min,然后加入1.8kg的蒸馏水,1.7kg的乙醇,0.05kg的流平剂,0.08kg的消泡剂,0.03kg的防腐剂,0.39kg的群青,然后将将环氧树脂,***,蒸馏水,乙醇、染色剂混合,搅拌20min,静置9min后加入流平剂、消泡剂、防腐剂混合打磨,过滤取滤液即得产品。
实施例3
称取4.5kg的环氧树脂,1.365kg的***混合均匀后,静置35min,然后加入2.2kg的去离子水,1.5kg的乙醇,0.05kg的流平剂,0.03kg的消泡剂,0.05kg的防腐剂,0.32kg的群青,然后将将环氧树脂,***,去离子水,乙醇、染色剂混合,搅拌25min,静置13min后加入流平剂、消泡剂、防腐剂混合打磨,过滤取滤液即得产品。

1.一种水性漆,其特征在于,按照质量百分数包含以下组分原料:40~50%的环氧树脂,9~14%的***,18~22%的水,15~20%的乙醇,0.3~0.8%的流平剂,0.3~0.8%的消泡剂,0.3~0.8%的防腐剂,1~5%的染色剂。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的水性漆的制备方法,其特征在于,包含以下操作步骤:称取所需各组分原料,将环氧树脂,***混合,静置25~35min,加入水,乙醇、染色剂混合,搅拌15~25min,静置9~13min后加入流平剂、消泡剂、防腐剂混合打磨,过滤即得产品。
3.根据权利要求1所述水性漆,其特征在于:所述的染色剂为群青。
4.根据权利要求1所述水性漆,其特征在于:所述的水为去离子水或蒸馏水。
