本发明公开了一种环保型防霉涂料,包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯乳液、丙烯酸酯乳液、混合防霉剂、杀菌剂、颜料、填料、增稠剂、抗氧剂、渗透剂、表面活性剂、分散剂、去离子水组成,所述各成分的重量百分比为乙烯-醋酸乙烯乳液15~25%、丙烯酸酯乳液10~15%、混合防霉剂0.5~0.8%、杀菌剂0.05~0.1%、颜料5~10%、填料25~40%、增稠剂0.5~3%、抗氧剂0.3~1.5%、渗透剂0.5~1.3%、表面活性剂5~7%、分散剂1.5~2.5%,其余为去离子水。通过上述方式,本发明一种环保型防霉涂料,有较强的杀菌防霉作用及较强的防水性。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工产品,特别是涉及一种环保型防霉涂料。
背景技术
涂料作为家庭装修的主材之一,在装饰装修中占的比例较大,由于建筑乳胶涂料的涂膜没有溶剂型建筑涂料致密,容易受到细菌及微生物的侵蚀而出现霉斑,影响建筑物的美观。提高建筑乳胶涂料抗菌防霉性的最有效的途径是加入具有抗菌防霉功能并能在涂膜中稳定存在的物质。同时涂料的环保与否直接影响到整体装修效果和居室的环境,有时甚至会对人体的健康产生极大的危害。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种环保型防霉涂料,有较强的杀菌防霉作用及较强的防水性,同时具有绿色健康环保的功能,对人体的毒害作用微乎其微。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种环保型防霉涂料,包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯乳液、丙烯酸酯乳液、混合防霉剂、杀菌剂、颜料、填料、增稠剂、抗氧剂、渗透剂、表面活性剂、分散剂、去离子水组成,所述各成分的重量百分比为乙烯-醋酸乙烯乳液15~25%、丙烯酸酯乳液10~15%、混合防霉剂0.5~0.8%、杀菌剂0.05~0.1%、颜料5~10%、填料25~40%、增稠剂0.5~3%、抗氧剂0.3~1.5%、渗透剂0.5~1.3%、表面活性剂5~7%、分散剂1.5~2.5%,其余为去离子水。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述各成分的重量百分比为乙烯-醋酸乙烯乳液18%、丙烯酸酯乳液12.5%、混合防霉剂0.68%、杀菌剂0.085%、颜料8%、填料35%、增稠剂1.5 %、抗氧剂0.8%、渗透剂0.9%、表面活性剂6%、分散剂2%,其余为去离子水。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述各成分的重量百分比为乙烯-醋酸乙烯乳液22.5%、丙烯酸酯乳液13%、混合防霉剂0.8%、杀菌剂0.1%、颜料10%、填料40%、增稠剂2 %、抗氧剂1%、渗透剂1.2%、表面活性剂7%、分散剂2.5%,其余为去离子水。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述混合防霉剂包括四甲基硫化秋兰姆、苯并米唑氨基甲酸甲酯、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述填料为钛白粉。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述增稠剂为羟乙基纤维素。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种环保型防霉涂料,有较强的杀菌防霉作用及较强的防水性,同时具有绿色健康环保的功能,对人体的毒害作用微乎其微。

一种环保型防霉涂料,包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯乳液、丙烯酸酯乳液、混合防霉剂、杀菌剂、颜料、填料、增稠剂、抗氧剂、渗透剂、表面活性剂、分散剂、去离子水组成,所述各成分的重量百分比为乙烯-醋酸乙烯乳液15~25%、丙烯酸酯乳液10~15%、混合防霉剂0.5~0.8%、杀菌剂0.05~0.1%、颜料5~10%、填料25~40%、增稠剂0.5~3%、抗氧剂0.3~1.5%、渗透剂0.5~1.3%、表面活性剂5~7%、分散剂1.5~2.5%,其余为去离子水。
进一步,所述各成分的重量百分比为乙烯-醋酸乙烯乳液18%、丙烯酸酯乳液12.5%、混合防霉剂0.68%、杀菌剂0.085%、颜料8%、填料35%、增稠剂1.5 %、抗氧剂0.8%、渗透剂0.9%、表面活性剂6%、分散剂2%,其余为去离子水。

1.一种环保型防霉涂料,其特征在于,包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯乳液、丙烯酸酯乳液、混合防霉剂、杀菌剂、颜料、填料、增稠剂、抗氧剂、渗透剂、表面活性剂、分散剂、去离子水组成,所述各成分的重量百分比为乙烯-醋酸乙烯乳液15~25%、丙烯酸酯乳液10~15%、混合防霉剂0.5~0.8%、杀菌剂0.05~0.1%、颜料5~10%、填料25~40%、增稠剂0.5~3%、抗氧剂0.3~1.5%、渗透剂0.5~1.3%、表面活性剂5~7%、分散剂1.5~2.5%,其余为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型防霉涂料,其特征在于,所述各成分的重量百分比为乙烯-醋酸乙烯乳液18%、丙烯酸酯乳液12.5%、混合防霉剂0.68%、杀菌剂0.085%、颜料8%、填料35%、增稠剂1.5 %、抗氧剂0.8%、渗透剂0.9%、表面活性剂6%、分散剂2%,其余为去离子水。
