本发明涉及一种改进的电动自行车锂电池,包括锂电池和电池保护壳,所述锂电池设于电池保护壳内,所述锂电池上部设有通向电池保护壳外部的充电装置,所述所述锂电池下部设有通向电池保护壳外部的放电装置,所述充电装置和放电装置与锂电池结合部位均设有电流保护装置,所述锂电池上部设有输出电源线,所述输出电源线和锂电池的结合部设有电流输出平衡装置,所述锂电池上部还设有通向电池保护壳外部的电量显示器,所述电量显示器上还设有警报灯,所述电量显示器一侧还设有温度显示器,经过上述改进,本发明充电和放电都能得到较好地控制,延长电池使用寿命,电流输入稳定,不会发生漏电问题,可随时监控电池温度和电量情况。

技术领域
本发明涉及用于电动自行车的锂电池,具体涉及一种改进的电动自行车锂电池。
背景技术
锂离子电池电动自行车相对于传统的铅酸电池更高效、安全、环保,最重要的是,锂电电池轻巧耐用,使得电动自行车不会笨重,也更加美观,很适合老年人和女性,现有的锂离子电池在使用一段时间后都需要充电和放电,为达到迅速充电和放电的目的,都会使用快速充电和快速放电,这就会出现应快速充放电电导致大量电流短时间进入和放出电池,造成电池电路板温度升高,从而减少电池的使用寿命,甚至引发电池***,造成人身和财产的损失。
发明内容
本发明针对现有锂离子电池在充电过程中存在的问题进行改进,提供一种充放电安全,电流运行稳定以及内部温度恒定和外部结构坚固的电动自行车锂电池。
本发明提供的技术方案是:一种改进的电动自行车锂电池,包括锂电池和电池保护壳,所述锂电池设于电池保护壳内,所述锂电池上部设有通向电池保护壳外部的充电装置,所述充电装置上设有充电孔,所述所述锂电池下部设有通向电池保护壳外部的放电装置,所述放电装置上设有放电开关,所述充电装置和放电装置与锂电池结合部位均设有电流保护装置,所述锂电池上部设有输出电源线,所述输出电源线外部设有保护套管,所述输出电源线和锂电池的结合部设有电流输出平衡装置,所述输出电源线端部外部还设有绝缘保护头,所述电池保护壳内侧边缘设有绝缘保护条,所述锂电池上部还设有通向电池保护壳外部的电量显示器,所述电量显示器上还设有警报灯,所述电量显示器一侧还设有温度显示器。
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述充电装置的充电孔和放电装置的外部均设有保护罩,所述保护罩上设有弹簧小门。
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述保护套管采用高韧性防腐阻燃结构。
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述电池保护壳为高强度隔热绝缘结构。
本发明的有益效果在于:1.充电和放电都能得到较好地控制,不会因充放电给电池的电路板造成过大的负担,延长电池使用寿命。2.电流输入稳定,不会发生漏电问题,使用安全。3.可随时监控电池温度和电量情况,使用更加便利。

本发明如图1所示:一种改进的电动自行车锂电池,包括锂电池1和电池保护壳2,所述锂电池1设于电池保护壳2内,所述锂电池1上部设有通向电池保护壳2外部的充电装置3,所述充电装置3上设有充电孔4,所述锂电池1下部设有通向电池保护壳2外部的放电装置5,所述放电装置5上设有放电开关6,所述充电装置3和放电装置5与锂电池1结合部位均设有电流保护装置7,通过电流保护装置7可使充电电流和放电电流不会在短时间内大量积聚对锂电池1的电路板造成损坏,所述锂电池1上部设有输出电源线8,所述输出电源线8外部设有保护套管9,所述保护套管9采用高韧性防腐阻燃结构,保护输出电源线8不受损坏,所述输出电源线8和锂电池1的结合部设有电流输出平衡装置10,稳定电流输出,所述输出电源线8端部外部还设有绝缘保护头11,具有防止漏电的作用,所述电池保护壳2内侧边缘设有绝缘保护条12,起到防止电量流失和保证使用安全的作用,所述锂电池1上部还设有通向电池保护壳2外部的电量显示器13,所述电量显示器13上还设有警报灯14,通过电量显示器13随时显示电量,并在电量较低时通过警报灯14提醒使用者充电,所述电量显示器13一侧还设有温度显示器15,可随时监控锂电池1温度,便于对锂电池1进行维护,所述充电装置3的充电孔4和放电装置5的外部均设有保护罩16,所述保护罩16上设有弹簧小门17,防止外部污物和虫类进入造成电路损坏,所述电池保护壳2为高强度隔热绝缘结构,可防止外部温度过高对锂电池1造成影响。

1.一种改进的电动自行车锂电池,包括锂电池和电池保护壳,其特征在于:所述锂电池(1)设于电池保护壳(2)内,所述锂电池(1)上部设有通向电池保护壳(2)外部的充电装置(3),所述充电装置(3)上设有充电孔(4),所述所述锂电池(1)下部设有通向电池保护壳(2)外部的放电装置(5),所述放电装置(5)上设有放电开关(6),所述充电装置(3)和放电装置(5)与锂电池(1)结合部位均设有电流保护装置(7),所述锂电池(1)上部设有输出电源线(8),所述输出电源线(8)外部设有保护套管(9),所述输出电源线(8)和锂电池(1)的结合部设有电流输出平衡装置(10),所述输出电源线(8)端部外部还设有绝缘保护头(11),所述电池保护壳(2)内侧边缘设有绝缘保护条(12),所述锂电池(1)上部还设有通向电池保护壳(2)外部的电量显示器(13),所述电量显示器(13)上还设有警报灯(14),所述电量显示器(13)一侧还设有温度显示器(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进的电动自行车锂电池,其特征在于:所述充电装置(3)的充电孔(4)和放电装置(5)的外部均设有保护罩(16),所述保护罩(16)上设有弹簧小门(17)。
