Abstract

一种空心三角皮带轮，其包括等距设置的多个圆形轮辐，这些圆形轮辐的外周平均分布垂直于圆形轮辐的多个皮带杆，这些皮带杆上均设有与三角皮带截面相匹配的多个三角皮带槽，且各皮带杆上的三角皮带槽彼此对应呈直线设置。本发明在用于运送细碎料时，细碎料不易粘接于三角皮带槽内，而传统三角皮带轮会因细碎料落入皮带槽内，堆积满皮带槽而影响运行。

技术领域
本发明涉及三角皮带轮，特别是一种空心三角皮带轮。
背景技术
在有色冶炼行业，当鼓风炉料用机械压块成型时，会产生出大量碎料，碎料进入鼓风炉炉腔一起冶炼，会影响鼓风炉料柱的透气性，进而影响有色金属冶炼效率，致使许多工厂采用人工手工加料，以尽量减少细碎料入炉，这样，劳动程度大，生产效率低。
物料一般通过三角皮带传送，由于传统的三角皮带轮（如图1所示）的三角皮带槽C为环绕三角皮带轮的连续半封闭槽体，且该三角皮带槽较浅，当装上三角皮带运送细碎料时，细碎料易掉入三角皮带槽中，并粘接在三角皮带槽中，从而影响三角皮带的正常运行。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是，针对现有技术不足，提供一种能及时自动清除掉落的细碎料，不影响传动的空心三角皮带轮。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明所采用的技术方案是：一种空心三角皮带轮，其包括等距设置的多个圆形轮辐，这些圆形轮辐的外周平均分布垂直于圆形轮辐的多个皮带杆，这些皮带杆上均设有与三角皮带截面相匹配的多个三角皮带槽，且各皮带杆上的三角皮带槽彼此对应呈直线设置。
上述方案的进一步改进为，该多个圆形轮辐的内孔焊接于同一圆筒体上，该圆筒体的内径与该三角皮带轮的传动轴相匹配。

本发明在用于输送细碎料时，落入三角皮带槽的细碎料会随着三角皮带轮的转动而进一步从三角皮带槽滑落，不会因细碎料落入三角皮带槽中累积满槽，而影响三角皮带轮的运行。

具体实施方式
如图1-图5所示，本发明空心三角皮带轮3包括直接等距设于传动轴1的多个圆形轮辐31，这些圆形轮辐31的外周平均分布垂直于圆形轮辐31的多个皮带杆32，这些皮带杆32上均设有与三角皮带4截面相匹配的多个三角皮带槽321，且各皮带杆32上的三角皮带槽321彼此对应呈直线设置。
在另一具体实施例中，该多个圆形轮辐31的内孔焊接于同一圆筒体上，该圆筒体连接于该传动轴1，使圆形轮辐31随传动轴1转动的同时，将落下的细碎料带走。

1.一种空心三角皮带轮，其特征在于包括等距设置的多个圆形轮辐，这些圆形轮辐的外周平均分布垂直于圆形轮辐的多个皮带杆，这些皮带杆上均设有与三角皮带截面相匹配的多个三角皮带槽，且各皮带杆上的三角皮带槽彼此对应呈直线设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种空心三角皮带轮，其特征在于，该多个圆形轮辐的内孔焊接于同一圆筒体上，该圆筒体的内径与该三角皮带轮的传动轴相匹配。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种空心三角皮带轮，其特征在于，该多个圆形轮辐的内孔直接焊接于该三角皮带轮的传动轴上。
