Abstract
一种多叶式卧式智能风力发动机,具有每个叶片各自独立的进行调整迎风角度的变换功能,对狂风、阵风、暴风的忍耐性良好,对风速的自动调节功能灵活敏感。发动机重量轻、拆卸容易,携带方便、功能齐全、操作方便、功率大、小型化等特征。发动机内部结构智能化程度高,工艺技术先进、科技含量高,可调节不同风速条件下输出稳定的电压。它填补了目前风能领域风力发电机体积大、机动性差、风的利用率低、携带难的弊端。采用合页式活动叶片,靠柠黄式弹簧控制叶片角度转换成动力的叶片技术,以0角度到90度活动空间,对风能的利用率高达100%,可会360度自动调整风向运行。特别适合于城市楼顶、别墅、偏远山区、农村民宅、野游、垂钓、地质勘察队、部队边防哨所、边防海岛部队营房的用电、渔船、草原游牧民、远离国家电网环境下的各种用电需求。

本发明属于风力发动机技术领域。
背景技术
目前在风力发动机领域使用的风能动力装置均属于固定式叶片风能装置,缺乏机动性、灵活性、轻便性,无法满足小型、轻微型发电设备的需求。研发《多叶式卧式智能风力发动机》的目的在于风能发电设备达到智能化、技术结构简单精制、操作便利、更加深入到普通家庭和人群。并采用独立式活动叶片技术将把大小风都能利用起来,对风能的利用率可达100%。
发明内容
多叶式卧式智能风力发动机可拆卸可组装;由主机、主机框、主动轮、被动轮、三角皮带、发电机、传动轴、一面梯形独立活动叶片、拧簧式弹簧、弹簧臂、立柱、脚板、拉线紧线器组成。
其特征;一面梯形长方形独立活动多个叶片与拧簧式弹簧和弹簧臂,活动叶片与叶片杆的活动限制角度为0~90度的合页式活动形式,依靠柠黄的缓冲角度受风力叶片的推动力,转换成转动力,由前后轴叶片固定槽与叶片槽内的固定弹簧、由固定叶片杆的固定罩固定,前组叶片小,后组叶片大,16~32个叶片以次排成横卧式,形成侧倒的金字塔形状的大风舵。
16~32片以上的叶片在传动轴上每组3~4片,分到6~8组其保证强劲动力,并横向卧式状态上带动主动轮离地面2~3米上空运行。活动叶片与叶片杆的活动形式是合页式活动形式,依靠柠簧的缓冲力接受风力的推动力转换成转动力,活动角度限制为0~90度角。
多叶式卧式智能风力发动机的前后轴,每组带3~4个叶片的叶片槽,前轴带3~4组叶片槽,后轴带3~4组叶片槽,前后轴的叶片固定槽与叶片槽内的固定弹簧、固定住叶片杆的固定罩和叶片杆的固定销子。发动机的主机框与主机框内的主动轮与主轴套管、两个轴承与轴承的连接销子,主机上的圆形主动轮与半圆形防护盖的两边轴承与防雨盖子成为一体成主机。
发动机由14个部分组成;1)发动机主机;2)皮带框;3)(前)小叶片;4)(后)大叶片;5)前传动轴与叶片槽;6)后传动轴与叶片槽;7)合页式叶片杆与活动叶片;8)合页式叶片杆与柠黄式弹簧;9)发电机;10)三角皮带;11)分解式三节立柱12);脚板;13)固定拉线与紧线器;14)主动轮与被动轮。主动轮以三角皮带带动被动轮使发电机发电。发动机在离地面2~3米空中靠杆式立柱与拉线支撑下360度自动调整风向运行,

具体实施方式
制造发动机主机。a)首先用板制材料制造一面梯形长方形叶片(图1);b)用钢板制造发动机主机(图2);安装发电机(图2-①)安装主动轮(图2-②)、主轴(图2-③)、三角皮带(图2-④)、秤重轴承(图2-⑤)、承向杆(图2-⑥)、轴承(图2-⑦);c)前转动轴上安装小叶片固定在叶片槽内(图1)、***(图4-①)并锁死;d)后转动轴管上安装大叶片固定在叶片槽内***(图1图4)并锁死;e)前叶片安装在发动机主动轮的前迎风面;f)后叶片组装在主动轮的后一方(大叶片最后);g)承向杆(图5)套住承重轴承(图2-⑤)360度自动调整风向;h)承向杆(图5)套住承重轴承(图2-⑤)安装在支撑杆的顶部以脚板座做垫基竖立在地面,用铁棍打桩子固定,并4根钢索用紧线器朝4面拉紧找平衡即可。
本发明的发动机风能利用率高(100%),内部结构科技含量高,生产制造技术工艺先进、智能化程度高,特别适合村庄、民宅、地质勘察队、营房、岗哨、草原游牧民、小型水利灌溉等生活用照明或小动力用电,使用地域广泛,经济效益高,发展前景广。

1.多叶式卧式智能风力发动机,由主机、主机框、主动轮、被动轮、三角皮带、发电机、传动轴、一面梯形叶片、立柱、脚板、拉线紧线器组成,其特征;一面梯形长方形独立活动多个叶片与拧簧式弹簧和弹簧臂,活动叶片与叶片杆的活动限制角度为0~90度的合页式活动形式,依靠柠黄的缓冲角度档受风力叶片的推动力,转换成转动力,由前后轴叶片固定槽与叶片槽内的固定弹簧、由固定叶片杆的固定罩固定,前组叶片小,后组叶片大,多叶片以此排成横卧式。
