本发明公开一种沥青路铺设方法，包括以下步骤：a.清扫基层；b.洒布沥青；c.撒矿料小石子；d.碾压撒矿料小石子；e.清扫没有有效铺设的矿料小石子；f.撒橡胶颗粒；g.加热路面；h.二次碾压路面；i.清扫没有有效铺设的矿料小石子和橡胶颗粒。矿料小石子构成路面主体，夹杂在矿料小石子中间的橡胶颗粒经加热后与下层的沥青层有效融合，矿料小石子不易从沥青层脱落，从而加固路面主体的牢固性，延长了道路修复的周期，节约了修复成本。

本发明涉及一种沥青路铺设方法，属于道路建设技术领域。
背景技术
沥青道路铺设一般是底面铺沥青，表面再铺设矿料石子，以此类推，重复铺设几层，但是最终表面都是矿料石子，由于矿料石子大小不一，形状不规则，因此，有很多矿料小石子无法紧密牢固的与沥青层接触，路面经风吹日晒，风霜雨露，车辆碾压，时间一久，矿料小石子会从沥青层上脱落，矿料小石子脱落就会影响道路的平整性，需要重新修复。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题，本发明提供一种沥青路铺设方法，道路主体矿料小石子不易脱落，道路修复周期变长
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种沥青路铺设方法，包括以下步骤：
a.清扫基层；
b.洒布沥青；
c.撒矿料小石子；
d.碾压撒矿料小石子；
e.清扫没有有效铺设的矿料小石子；
f.撒橡胶颗粒；
g.加热路面；
h.二次碾压路面；
i.清扫没有有效铺设的矿料小石子和橡胶颗粒。
本发明的有益效果是：矿料小石子构成路面主体，夹杂在矿料小石子中间的橡胶颗粒经加热后与下层的沥青层有效融合，矿料小石子不易从沥青层脱落，从而加固路面主体的牢固性，延长了道路修复的周期，节约了修复成本。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步说明。
本沥青路铺设方法，包括以下步骤：
清扫基层；洒布沥青；撒矿料小石子；碾压撒矿料小石子；清扫没有有效铺设的矿料小石子；撒橡胶颗粒；加热路面；二次碾压路面；清扫没有有效铺设的矿料小石子和橡胶颗粒。
首先，清扫基层，然后在基层上洒布沥青，再在沥青上撒上矿料小石子，用压路机碾压矿料小石子，使得矿料小石子均匀平整的铺设在沥青层上，碾压过后，清扫没有有效铺设的矿料小石子，再在矿料小石子层上撒上橡胶颗粒，撒好后加热路面，使得沥青层和橡胶颗粒融合，加热完毕再碾压路面，是的撒上橡胶后的路面平整且使得橡胶颗粒和沥青层更加有效的融合，二次碾压后再清扫一遍路面，最终路面铺设完毕。
矿料小石子构成路面主体，夹杂在矿料小石子中间的橡胶颗粒经加热后与下层的沥青层有效融合，矿料小石子不易从沥青层脱落，从而加固路面主体的牢固性，延长了道路修复的周期，节约了修复成本。

1.一种沥青路铺设方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
a.清扫基层；
b.洒布沥青；
c.撒矿料小石子；
d.碾压撒矿料小石子；
e.清扫没有有效铺设的矿料小石子；
f.撒橡胶颗粒；
g.加热路面；
h.二次碾压路面；
i.清扫没有有效铺设的矿料小石子和橡胶颗粒。
