Abstract

本发明公开一种汽轮机转子用合金,合金元素及百分含量如下:Ni 5‑8,Mo 1‑1.5,Pb 0.1‑0.3,Co 0.2‑0.5,Mn 0.7‑1,V 0.2‑0.3,C 0.25‑0.35,Si≤0.1,余量为Fe。本发明的汽轮机转子用合金与现有合金钢相比,能明显提高现有汽轮机转子用材料的冲击功,改善材料的韧性,特别适合于作为高温汽轮机转子的材料。

技术领域
本发明属于合金材料领域,具体涉及一种汽轮机转子用合金。
背景技术
汽轮机转子是汽轮机的重要核心部件,因其工作环境的苛刻要求,需要转子用合金材料具有良好的高温强度,一般选用合金钢,如30Cr1Mo1V,但这种合金钢的韧性相对较差,使得其应用范围受到限定,不能满足高温汽轮机转子的需求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供了一种汽轮机转子用合金。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种汽轮机转子用合金,合金元素及百分含量如下:Ni 5-8,Mo 1-1.5,Pb 0.1-0.3,Co 0.2-0.5,Mn 0.7-1,V 0.2-0.3,C 0.25-0.35,Si≤0.1,余量为Fe。
合金中含有不可避免的P、S等杂质,但杂质含量越少越好。
本发明的汽轮机转子用合金与现有合金钢相比,能明显提高现有汽轮机转子用材料的冲击功,改善材料的韧性,特别适合于作为高温汽轮机转子的材料。
具体实施方式
以下结合优选实施例对本发明进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
汽轮机转子用合金各元素的重量百分比为:Ni 8,Mo 1,Pb 0.3,Co 0.3,Mn 1,V 0.3,C 0.30,Si0.07,余量为Fe,按常规方法冶炼得到。合金的屈服强度:720MPa,延伸率:17%,断面收缩率:65.0%,冲击功Akv:180J。
实施例2
汽轮机转子用合金各元素的重量百分比为:Ni 5,Mo 1.5,Pb 0.1,Co 0.2,Mn 1,V 0.2,C 0.25,Si0.07,余量为Fe,按常规方法冶炼得到。合金的屈服强度:680MPa,延伸率:23%,断面收缩率:72.0%,冲击功Akv:175J。
实施例3
汽轮机转子用合金各元素的重量百分比为:Ni 6,Mo 1.1,Pb 0.3,Co 0.5,Mn 0.7,V 0.3,C 0.35,Si0.06,余量为Fe,按常规方法冶炼得到。合金的屈服强度:710MPa,延伸率:19%,断面收缩率:68.2%,冲击功Akv:167J。

2.根据权利要求1所述的汽轮机转子用合金,其特征在于,所述合金元素及重量百分含量如下:Ni 8,Mo 1-1.5,Pb 0.3,Co 0.2-0.5,Mn 0.7-1,V 0.2-0.3,C 0.25-0.35,Si≤0.1,余量为Fe。
