本发明公开了一种矿用声控降尘装置,包括金属主体,所述金属主体包覆有保护层,按重量份计,所述保护层由以下组分组成:3.5份氟树脂,0.4份磷酸一氢镁,1.3份磷酸三丁酯,0.8份羧甲基纤维素,1.5份酚醛环氧树脂,0.7份单硬脂酸甘油酯。本发明矿用声控降尘装置,具有优异的耐腐蚀、防静电性能,使用寿命长。

背景技术
矿用设备的使用环境比较恶劣,现有矿用设备的耐腐蚀、防静电性能有待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种矿用声控降尘装置,其具有优异的耐腐蚀、防静电性能,使用寿命长。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种矿用声控降尘装置,包括金属主体,所述金属主体包覆有保护层,按重量份计,所述保护层由以下组分组成:
3.5份氟树脂,
0.4份磷酸一氢镁,
1.3份磷酸三丁酯,
0.8份羧甲基纤维素,
1.5份酚醛环氧树脂,
0.7份单硬脂酸甘油酯。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种矿用声控降尘装置,其具有优异的耐腐蚀、防静电性能,使用寿命长。

0.7份单硬脂酸甘油酯。
