Abstract
一种背光模组,包括导光板和多个点光源。所述导光板包括与所述点光源相对的第一表面和设置于所述第一表面上的多个凸出部。所述凸出部与所述点光源相对设置。所述凸出部包括与所述点光源相对的第二表面。所述第二表面上设置有多个微结构,以使所述点光源发出的光线通过所述第二表面进入所述导光板的发散角度增大。另外,本发明还提供一种具有该背光模组的显示装置。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种背光模组及具有该背光模组的显示装置。
背景技术
液晶显示器中的背光模组通常包括导光板和若干点光源。若干点光源与导光板的入光面对应设置。通常,点光源与入光面之间具有一定的距离,以提高背光模组的出光均匀性。然而,随着液晶显示器的体积薄型化以及边框窄边化的发展,点光源与入光面之间的距离被进一步减小,使得背光模组的出光均匀性降低。
发明内容
鉴于此,有必要提供一种能够提高出光均匀性的背光模组。
另外,还有必要提供一种具有该背光模组的显示装置。
一种背光模组,包括导光板和多个点光源。所述导光板包括与所述点光源相对的第一表面和设置于所述第一表面上的多个凸出部。所述凸出部与所述点光源相对设置。所述凸出部包括与所述点光源相对的第二表面。所述第二表面上设置有多个微结构,以使所述点光源发出的光线通过所述第二表面进入所述导光板的发散角度增大。
一种显示装置,包括显示面板和为所述显示面板提供光源的背光模组。所述背光模组包括导光板和多个点光源。所述导光板包括与所述点光源相对的第一表面和设置于所述第一表面上的多个凸出部。所述凸出部与所述点光源相对设置。所述凸出部包括与所述点光源相对的第二表面。所述第二表面上设置有多个微结构,以使所述点光源发出的光线通过所述第二表面进入所述导光板的发散角度增大。
上述背光模组及显示装置中,微结构能够使点光源发出的光线进入导光板的发散角度增大,凸出部能够使相邻的点光源发出的光线的交汇位置更靠近点光源,从而提高背光模组的出光均匀性。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1和图2,本发明第一实施方式的背光模组100应用于一显示装置(图未示)中,以为显示装置提供背光源。背光模组100包括导光板10和若干点光源20。在第一实施方式中,点光源20为发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,LED)。
导光板10大致为长方体板状,其包括与点光源20相对的第一表面11和由第一表面11向外凸出的若干凸出部12。若干凸出部12等间隔地设置,且每一凸出部12与一个点光源20相对设置。凸出部12包括与点光源20相对的第二表面121。第二表面121的宽度大于点光源20的宽度。凸出部12的厚度可以根据背光模组100的尺寸、点光源20与导光板10的第一表面11的间距等因素设置。第二表面121上连续设置有多个微结构13,用于增加点光源20的发出的光线进入导光板10的发散角度。在第一实施方式中,微结构13为横截面呈圆弧形的柱状凹槽。微结构13通过镭射或蚀刻等方式加工而成。在其他实施方式中,第二表面121上的微结构13可以为喷砂、柱状凸起、球面凹槽等。
由于点光源20与导光板10的第一表面11之间设置有凸出部12,点光源20发出的光线到达凸出部12的第二表面121时即发生折射。由于微结构13,点光源20的发出的光线进入导光板10的发散角度增大。凸出部12能够使相邻的点光源20发出的光线的交汇位置更靠近点光源20,从而提高背光模组100的出光均匀性。
请参阅图3和图4,本发明第二实施方式的背光模组500包括导光板50和若干点光源60。导光板50包括与点光源60相对的第一表面511和由第一表面51向外凸出的若干凸出部52。每一凸出部52与一个点光源60相对设置。凸出部52包括与点光源60相对的第二表面521。第二实施方式与第一实施方式的不同之处在于:第二表面521进一步向导光板50内部凹陷形成凹陷部53。凹陷部53的形状可根据点光源60的形状设置,从而使点光源60可以部分或全部收容于凹陷部53内,以减小背光模组500的尺寸。凹陷部53的表面上设置有微结构54,用于增大点光源60发出的光线进入导光板50的发散角度。凸出部52能够使相邻的点光源60发出的光线的交汇位置更靠近点光源60,从而提高背光模组500的出光均匀性。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围之内,对以上实施例所作的适当改变和变化都落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种背光模组,包括导光板和多个点光源,其特征在于:所述导光板包括所述点光源相对的第一表面和设置于所述第一表面上的多个凸出部,所述凸出部与所述点光源相对设置,所述凸出部包括与所述点光源相对的第二表面,所述第二表面上设置有多个微结构,以使所述点光源发出的光线通过所述第二表面进入所述导光板的发散角度增大。
2.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述多个微结构连续设置于所述第二表面上。
3.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述微结构为横截面为圆弧形的柱状凹槽。
4.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述第二表面向所述导光板内部凹陷形成凹陷部,所述微结构设置于所述凹陷部内。
5.如权利要求4所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述凹陷部部分或全部***述点光源。
6.一种显示装置,包括显示面板和为所述显示面板提供光源的背光模组,所述背光模组包括导光板和多个点光源,其特征在于:所述导光板包括所述点光源相对的第一表面和设置于所述第一表面上的多个凸出部,所述凸出部与所述点光源相对设置,所述凸出部包括与所述点光源相对的第二表面,所述第二表面上设置有多个微结构,以使所述点光源发出的光线通过所述第二表面进入所述导光板的发散角度增大。
7.如权利要求6所述的显示装置,其特征在于:所述多个微结构连续设置于所述第二表面上。
8.如权利要求6所述的显示装置,其特征在于:所述微结构为横截面为圆弧形的柱状凹槽。
9.如权利要求6所述的显示装置,其特征在于:所述第二表面向所述导光板内部凹陷形成凹陷部,所述微结构设置于所述凹陷部内。
10.如权利要求9所述的显示装置,其特征在于:所述凹陷部部分或全部***述点光源。
