本发明公开了一种冷压烙印变色PU革,包括基布层,所述基布层上复合设置有聚氨酯粘接层,所述聚氨酯粘接层上合设置有拒水层,所述拒水层上复合设置有变色层,所述变色层上复合设置有聚氨酯面层,所述变色层和拒水层之间设有若干个空腔,所述空腔内设有受挤压自动破溃的微囊,所述微囊内填充有变色油墨。本发明能缓解变色油墨的流失,提高变色PU革的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种PU革。
技术背景
变色PU也称为普拉普革,它是一种叫普拉普油注入皮革内制成,因为普拉普油的扩散与扩散回复性使得皮革在受力时颜色会产生一个渐变的效果,因此而得名为变色PU。变色PU的表层有一定的透明性,在收到外力拉伸作用后,其中注入的普拉普油受力转迁,使用受力皮革表现失去油性,颜色逐渐变浅,而附近因为作用力的大小不同,失去油性的程度不同,形成一种色差。然而,变色PU革在反复受外力拉伸后,其中的变色油墨容易流失,从而影响变色PU的效果和使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种冷压烙印变色PU革,能缓解变色油墨的流失,提高变色PU革的使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种冷压烙印变色PU革,包括基布层,所述基布层上复合设置有聚氨酯粘接层,所述聚氨酯粘接层上合设置有拒水层,所述拒水层上复合设置有变色层,所述变色层上复合设置有聚氨酯面层,所述变色层和拒水层之间设有若干个空腔,所述空腔内设有受挤压自动破溃的微囊,所述微囊内填充有变色油墨。
优选的,所述微囊包括具有球形内腔的本体,所述变色油墨填充于本体内的球形内腔中,所述本体的外表面上设有具有弹性的弹片,所述弹片的两端分别设有刺头,所述刺头的刺尖朝向本体表面设置。
优选的,所述空腔设置于变色层的下表面或拒水层的上表面。
优选的,所述空腔为变色层和拒水层之间构成的半球形腔体。
优选的,所述基布层由纤度为5~7旦的海岛型尼龙超细纤维经聚氨酯浆料含浸制成。
本发明的有益效果为:
在变色PU革受外力拉伸时,拒水层和变色层之间的空腔会受到挤压,从而使空腔内的微囊受挤压而破溃,微囊中的变色油墨自动流出浸润变色层,从而为变色层持续补充变色油墨,变色PU革不会因变色油墨的流失而快速的失去变色效果,从而延长了变色PU革的使用寿命。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明包括基布层1,所述基布层上复合设置有聚氨酯粘接层2,所述聚氨酯粘接层上合设置有拒水层3,所述拒水层上复合设置有变色层4,所述变色层上复合设置有聚氨酯面层5,所述变色层和拒水层之间设有若干个空腔401,所述空腔内设有受挤压自动破溃的微囊402,所述微囊内填充有变色油墨4022。所述空腔401设置于变色层4的下表面或拒水层的上表面。所述空腔401为变色层和拒水层之间构成的半球形腔体。所述基布层1由纤度为5~7旦的海岛型尼龙超细纤维经聚氨酯浆料含浸制成。
如图2所示,所述微囊402包括具有球形内腔的本体4021,所述变色油墨4022填充于本体内的球形内腔中,所述本体的外表面上设有具有弹性的弹片4023,所述弹片的两端分别设有刺头4024,所述刺头的刺尖朝向本体表面设置。
本发明的原理为:
在变色PU革受外力拉伸时,拒水层和变色层之间的空腔会受到挤压,空腔的内壁运动接触弹片,弹片两端移动使得刺头刺向微囊的本体表面,微囊被刺头刺入而破溃,微囊本体中的变色油墨自动流出浸润变色层,从而为变色层持续补充变色油墨,而微囊本体的内腔为球形,变色油墨液面至微囊本体表面受刺头穿刺的破溃口下方时,变色油墨将不再流出,变色PU革受下次拉伸时,微囊受到挤压冲击,变色油墨将会少量溅出,从而长期浸润变色层,变色PU革不会因变色油墨的流失而快速的失去变色效果,从而延长了变色PU革的使用寿命。

1.一种冷压烙印变色PU革,包括基布层(1),所述基布层上复合设置有聚氨酯粘接层(2),其特征在于:所述聚氨酯粘接层上设置有拒水层(3),所述拒水层上复合设置有变色层(4),所述变色层上复合设置有聚氨酯面层(5),所述变色层和拒水层之间设有若干个空腔(401),所述空腔内设有受挤压自动破溃的微囊(402),所述微囊内填充有变色油墨(4022),所述微囊(402)包括具有球形内腔的本体(4021),所述变色油墨(4022)填充于本体内的球形内腔中,所述本体的外表面上设有具有弹性的弹片(4023),所述弹片的两端分别设有刺头(4024),所述刺头的刺尖朝向本体表面设置,所述基布层(1)由纤度为5~7旦的海岛型尼龙超细纤维经聚氨酯浆料含浸制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种冷压烙印变色PU革,其特征在于:所述空腔(401)设置于变色层(4)的下表面或拒水层的上表面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种冷压烙印变色PU革,其特征在于:所述空腔(401)为变色层和拒水层之间构成的半球形腔体。
