Abstract

本发明公开了一种离心玻璃棉全电窑炉,该电窑炉包括玻璃棉窑炉炉体、投料口、钼电极加热棒、隔墙和放料口。本发明所述的玻璃棉电窑炉炉体为对称六边形,由于近似圆形,因而散热少,不需要蓄热室、换热器等辅助设施,解决了普通窑炉占地面积大的问题。本发明所述的钼电极为底插电极,从内部加热玻璃液,能够实现垂直深层熔化,解决了普通窑炉熔化率低的问题。本发明所述的电极供电方式为三相交叉供电,解决了普通窑炉中电流走向单一,玻璃液熔化不均匀的问题。本发明所述的离心玻璃棉全电窑炉可用于超细玻璃棉原料的熔化。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种离心玻璃棉生产设备,具体涉及一种离心玻璃棉全电窑炉。 
背景技术
离心玻璃棉,是玻璃棉中应用最为广泛的一种玻璃棉,它具有质轻、隔热和吸声性能好、导热系数低、不燃、耐腐蚀、无毒、不怕虫蛀、不刺皮肤、憎水率高等优点,并具有良好的化学稳定性等优点,是生产密封铅酸蓄电池玻璃纤维吸附性隔板、滤纸、真空绝热板芯材的首选材料。广泛用于家电保温、冷链运输保鲜、民用商用建筑、热力设备、管道等的隔热隔音等方面。 
传统的玻璃棉原料熔化用窑炉,多采用火焰加热的方法,火焰加热的方法具有能耗低、生产综合成本低的特点,但存在必须大规模生产,占地面积大,熔化率低,熔化不均匀,产品质量稳定性差等缺点。 
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种占地面积小,熔化率高,玻璃液熔化均匀程度高的离心玻璃棉全电窑炉。 
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种离心玻璃棉全电窑炉,其特征在于:该窑炉包括玻璃棉窑炉炉体、投料口、钼电极加热棒、隔墙和放料口。所述的玻璃棉电窑炉炉体为对称六边形,占地面积为20~30m2。所述的钼电极加热棒为底插电极,在窑炉炉体底部六边均匀分布。所述的钼电极加热棒供电方式为三相交叉供电。所述的隔墙用于分隔原料反应区和工作区。 
有益效果 
本发明与现有技术相比具有的有益效果是:(1)由于全电窑炉炉体为对称六边形,近似圆形,散热少,占地面积小,施工成本低;(2)电极加热棒为底插电极,从内部加热玻璃液,能够实现垂直深层熔化,玻璃液熔化率高;(3)三相交变供电,窑炉中电流走向变化,玻璃液熔化均匀。

实施例 
如图1所示,一种离心玻璃棉全电窑炉,包括玻璃棉窑炉炉体10、投料口20、钼电极加热棒30、隔墙40、放料口50。其中玻璃棉窑炉炉体10占地面积为25m2,钼电极加热棒30为底插电极,均匀分布在玻璃棉窑炉炉体10底部各边,隔墙40用于分隔成原料反应区和工作区,钼电极供电方式为三相交叉供电。

1.一种离心玻璃棉全电窑炉,其特征在于它包括玻璃棉窑炉炉体、投料口、钼电极加热棒、隔墙和放料口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的离心玻璃棉全电窑炉,其特征在于所述的玻璃棉电窑炉炉体为对称六边形,占地面积20~30m2
3.根据权利要求1所述的离心玻璃棉全电窑炉,其特征在于所述的钼电极为底插电极,均匀分布在玻璃棉窑炉炉体底部各边。
4.根据权利要求1所述的离心玻璃棉全电窑炉,其特征在于所述的铝电极加热棒供电方式为三相交变供电。
5.根据权利要求1所述的离心玻璃棉全电窑炉,其特征在于所述的隔墙用于分隔玻璃棉原料反应区和工作区。
