技术领域
本发明涉及中医药技术领域，尤其是一种治疗风湿、骨科病的中药组合物膏药。
背景技术
风湿性疾病是一类侵犯多种组织多种***和内脏器官的自身免疫性疾病。大多数风湿性疾病都有关节症状。目前西医对该病的起因尚无定论。中医将该病称为痹证。中医认为痹证是由于风、寒、湿、热等外邪侵袭人体，闭阻经络，气血运行不畅所导致的，以肌肉、筋骨、关节发生酸痛、麻木、着重、屈伸不利，甚或关节肿大灼热等为主要临床表现的病症。目前对风湿性疾病的治疗，西医主要是用西药缓解患者症状，提高他们的生活质量，但不能根治，其使用的药主要是解热、消炎和镇痛药，如阿司匹林、布洛芬、双氯芬酸、吲哚美辛，吡罗昔京九，萘普生等，还有肾上腺皮激素，雷公藤总甙等。中医的中药组方对该病有一些独特办法，有些组方可以有较好的治愈率，但其所用药物配制有待改进，疗程过长，见效慢。
颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出病、腰椎病、骨质增生等病是骨科常见病，多发病。尽管上述不同的骨科病诱发因素较多，各自症状不同，但究其根源都与风、寒、湿侵入机体导至经络受阻、气血瘀滞相关，由于经脉不通或不畅，气血瘀滞而至腰椎或颈椎椎间盘慢性萎缩、退化，椎间盘失去弹性而凸出，压迫一侧或两侧神经或脊髓的马尾，发生组织充血、水肿或粘连。椎间盘萎缩也易导至骨质增生，压迫神经根或至软组织损伤、肿痛。目前，西医对上述骨科病多釆用手术加服药治疗，手术治疗不但患者痛苦大、耗费资金多，手术康复后易复发，难以达到预期效果，手术后遗留的后遗症和并发症较多，而且服药治疗极易伤及脾胃和肝肾。中医对上述疾病多釆用正骨复位或牵引方法，辅以患部敷中药治疗，其乃然存在疗程长，见效慢，有时会短时增加患者苦。目前尚缺少既治风湿病、又治骨科病，且疗程短、见效快，有效率高的中药膏药。

本发明的制作方法如下：1、将上述各组分除植物油和黄丹外，干燥后准确称取，并混合粉碎成10－20目大颗粒，置于容器中；2、向容器中加入植物油，常温下浸泡3－7天；3、将上述浸泡物置于加热容器中用文武火煎熬1－2 小时，温度控制在 90℃－110 ℃之间；4、去渣后，加入黄丹，并继续熬成至滴水成珠，即可按常规方法制成膏贴。
本发明主要根据中医理论和病因而有针对性的配制药膏，通过科学配伍，达到行气活血、破淤散滞、软坚散结、祛风散寒除湿、疏通经络、消炎消肿止痛的功能，提高机体抗病和修复能力，从而达到康复目的。具体地讲各组分的功能如下：
防 风：祛风解表，胜湿，止痛，解痉。
荆 芥：祛风解表，与防风配伍冶风寒。
连翘与金银花：均是清热解毒。
赤 芍：清热凉血，祛瘀止痛。
归 尾：活血。红花：活血祛瘀，通经。
黄 芪：补气升阳，益卫固表，托毒生肌，利水退肿。
黄 柏：清热燥湿，泻火解毒，退虚热。
僵 蚕：息风止痉，祛风止痛，解毒散结。
甘 草：补脾益气，缓急止痛，缓和药性。
骨碎补：补肾，活血，止血，续伤。
虫 退：疏散风寒，祛风解痉。
大 黄：话血祛瘀，泻下攻积。
银花藤：清经络中风湿热邪而止痛。
蜈 蚣：息风止痉，解毒散结，通络止痛。
川乌和草乌：祛风湿，散寒止痛。
独 活：祛风湿，止痛。苍术燥温健脾，祛风湿。
细 辛：祛风，散寒止痛。
秦 艽：祛风湿，舒经络，清虚热。
乳 香：活血止痛，消肿生肌。
没 药：活血止痛，消肌生肌。
何首乌：补益精血，解毒。通络祛风。
蛇床子：温肾壮阳散寒祛风。
木鳖子：通络散结，消肿定痛。
大枫子：祛风燥湿，坟毒杀虫。
樟 脑：除湿杀虫，温散止痛。冰片：清热止痛。
黄 丹：解毒止痒，收敛生肌。
本发明的使用方法：外贴患处，三日更換一次，六至九日为一个疗程。
本发明经临床试用，治愈率达 72 ％以上，总有效率达96％以上。详见效果表。
注：后四种病前三个疗程、效果尚不理想，但4－5个疗程后治愈率均超过72%，有效率达85%以上。
疗效说明：风湿关节炎痊愈：关节肿胀、活动障碍、疼痛等临床症状全部消失，关节活动正常，无任何影晌。有效：疼痛、胀肿消失，关节活动轻度受限。无效：症状无明显改善。
伤筋冶愈：疼痛消失，肿胀清除，肢体功能恢复正常。有效：疼痛明显减轻，肿胀消退，肢体功能受限明显改善。无效症状改善不明显。
肩周炎，腱鞘炎：疼痛、肿胀症状消失，关节活动正常。有效：疼痛、肿胀症状消失，关节活动轻度受限。无效：症状无明显改善。
所说的对颈椎病有效是指；颈部疼痛、发紧、血压升高或降低、上肢麻木、视力下降、间隙性模糊、喉部有异物感或吞咽困难、一侧***或胸大肌出现隐痛或阵发性刺痛等症状明显减轻或多数症状消失。痊愈是指上述症状全部消失，且一年内未复发。无效是指上述症状无明显改善。
所说腰椎间盘突出病的有效是指腰部涨痛或疼痛、麻木、下肢放射性痛、或麻木感、跛行、马尾神经症状明显改善或基本消失。痊愈是指上述症状全部消失，且一年内未复发。无效是指上述症状基本没有改善。
骨质增生病有效是指僵痛、麻痹等症状有明显改善或基本消失。痊愈是指上述症状全部消失，且一年内未复发。无效则指上述症状无明显改善。
具体实施方式
实施例1：本发明由下列组分和重量比配制而成：防风12g，荆芥16 g，连翘15 g，赤芍14 g，归尾15 g，红花15 g，黄芪14 g，黄柏16 g，僵蚕16 g ，甘草14 g ，骨碎补15 g ，虫退16 g，大黄14 g，银花13 g，蜈蚣12 g，川乌16 g，草乌14 g，独活12 g，苍术12 g，细辛14g，秦艽16 g，乳香12 g，没药14 g，首乌16 g，蛇床子14 g，木鳖子14 g，大枫子16 g，樟脑6g，冰片3 g，黄丹 31 g 。

1.一种治疗风湿、骨科病的中药组合物膏药，其特征在于：由下列组分和重量比配制而成：防风12－16，荆芥12－16，连翘12－16，赤芍14－16，归尾14－16，红花12－15，黄芪13－15，黄柏14－16，僵蚕12－18，甘草12－16，骨碎补14－16，虫退12－16，大黄12－15，银花12－15，蜈蚣10－12，川乌12－16，草乌12－16，独活12－16，苍术12－16，细辛12－16，秦艽12－16，乳香12－16，没药12－16，首乌12－16，蛇床子12－16，木鳖子12－16，大枫子12－16，樟脑4－6，冰片3－5，黄丹 30－35 。
2.权利要求1所述的一种治疗风湿、骨科病的中药组合物膏药的生产方法，其特征在于：按下列步骤进行
（1）将上述各组分除黄丹外，干燥后准确称取，并混合粉碎成10－20目大颗粒，置于容器中；
（2）向容器中加入植物油，常温下浸泡3－7天；
（3）将上述浸泡物置于加热容器中用文武火煎熬1－2 小时，温度控制在 90℃－110℃之间；
（4）去渣后，加入黄丹，并继续熬成至滴水成珠，即可按常规方法制成膏贴。
