Abstract
本发明公开了一种显示模组,包括液晶面板、光学膜片、导光板和LED模块,所述LED模块包括竖直板和水平板,所述水平板下表面紧贴所述导光板上表面,所述液晶面板固定于所述水平板上表面和所述光学膜片上表面。本发明通过将LED模块设计成相连的竖直板和水平板,水平板下表面紧贴导光板上表面,液晶面板固定于水平板上表面和光学膜片上表面;同时,本发明的显示模组省去了反射片结构,显示模组厚度降低的同时还能达到反射片同样的效果,且反射面不会发生翘曲或变形影响显示效果,使得显示模组的结构更加紧凑,且加工工艺简单,有效降低了生产成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示模组。
背景技术
在电视、移动通讯产品及平板电脑类产品的设计中,消费者对于大尺寸显示装置的热衷程度越来越高,迫使各显示装置制造商想出各种办法来实现显示模组的集成化设计。
但是,市面上比较常见的实现超窄边框的设计方案中,大多将背板的侧墙上制作出卡勾,同时在胶框的相应部位制作出配合该卡勾的卡孔,以此来固定胶框。此种方法虽然实现显示装置内部组件的固定,但是造成了制造工艺复杂化,增加了生产成本。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种工艺简单、生产成本低、集成度高的显示模组。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种显示模组,包括液晶面板、光学膜片、导光板和LED模块,所述LED模块包括竖直板和水平板,所述水平板下表面紧贴所述导光板上表面,所述液晶面板固定于所述水平板上表面和所述光学膜片上表面。
其中,显示模组还包括弯折的背板,所述导光板和所述竖直板的下表面紧贴于所述背板的水平部分,所述背板的竖直部分与所述LED模块的高度相同,所述液晶面板的一部分设于所述背板的竖直部分上表面。
其中,显示模组还包括胶框,所述胶框紧贴所述背板的竖直部分,且下端设于所述背板的水平部分。
其中,所述胶框与所述竖直板高度相同,且顶端抵接于所述水平板下表面。
其中,所述导光板包括主体部和延伸部,所述延伸部与所述主体部底面相同且高度小于所述主体部,所述竖直板的下表面紧贴所述延伸部。
或者,显示模组还包括胶框,所述胶框的下端固定于所述延伸部,所述胶框的顶端抵接于所述水平板下表面。
其中,显示模组还包括胶框,所述胶框的下端固定于所述延伸部,所述胶框的顶端抵接于所述液晶面板下表面。
其中,显示模组还包括粘贴层,所述粘贴层的一面粘贴于所述液晶面板下表面,所述粘贴层的另一面粘贴于所述水平板上表面,并粘贴于所述光学膜片的部分上表面。
其中,所述背板由原材料的其中一面进行抛光提高粗糙度后进行镜面处理形成上反射面,然后冲压成型。
或者,所述导光板的底面镀银形成下反射面。
本发明通过将LED模块设计成相连的竖直板和水平板,水平板下表面紧贴导光板上表面,液晶面板固定于水平板上表面和光学膜片上表面,使得显示模组的结构更加紧凑,且加工工艺简单,有效降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面将对结合附图用实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
如图1所述,为本发明实施例1的显示模组结构示意图。本实施例提供的显示模组包括液晶面板10、光学膜片20、导光板30和LED模块40,LED模块40包括竖直板41和水平板42,水平板42下表面的一部分紧贴导光板30上表面,液晶面板10固定于水平板42上表面和光学膜片20上表面。
本实施例中,显示模组还包括弯折的背板60,导光板30和竖直板41的下表面紧贴于背板60的水平部分,背板60的竖直部分与LED模块40的高度相同,液晶面板10的一部分设于背板60的竖直部分上表面。
粘贴层70的一面粘贴于液晶面板10下表面,粘贴层70的另一面粘贴于背板60的竖直部分和水平板42上表面,并粘贴于光学膜片20的部分上表面。
显示模组内还可以设置有胶框50,胶框50的下端设于背板60的水平部分,并且侧面紧贴背板60的竖直部分。具体地,胶框50被夹设于LED模块40的水平板42侧面和背板60的竖直部分之间。可以理解的是,本实施例中的胶框50可以省略,LED模块40与背板60的竖直部分直接接触即可。
为了提高显示模组的背光亮度,背板60的水平部分被加工成具有镜面反射效果的反射面。具体地,本实施方式中的背板60制造方法如下:现将原材料的其中一面进行抛光提高粗糙度,然后对抛光后的粗糙表面进行镜面处理形成上反射面60a,最后再通过冲压成型形成弯折的背板结构。其中,本实施例中的镜面处理为银镜反应等化学工艺或者电镀处理。
本实施例通过在背板60的表面集成一体成型的上反射面60a,相比单独设置镜面反射片的传统方式结构更紧凑,显示模组能做得更薄,且反射面不会发生翘曲或变形影响显示效果;同时,相比单独制造反射片,工艺更简单,成本也更低。
实施例2
与实施例1不同的是,本实施例的胶框50的尺寸和设置方式。如图2所示,本实施例中,胶框50与竖直板41高度相同,其下端设于背板60的水平部分,顶端抵接于水平板42下表面。这里,胶框50还起到辅助支撑作用。
实施例3
与实施例1不同的是,本实施例的胶框50的尺寸和设置方式。如图3所示,本实施例中,胶框50与背板60的竖直部分高度相同,其下端设于背板60的水平部分,顶端通过粘贴层70粘贴于液晶面板10下表面。这里,胶框50起到辅助支撑作用。相应地,粘贴层70的一面粘贴于液晶面板10下表面;粘贴层70的另一面粘贴于背板60的竖直部分和水平板42上表面,并粘贴于光学膜片20的部分上表面,同时还粘贴在胶框50的上端端面。
实施例4
与实施例1不同的是,本实施例的显示模组中没有背板,且导光板30底面的光反射结构不同。
如图4所示,本实施例的导光板30包括主体部30a和延伸部30b,延伸部30b与主体部30a底面相同且高度小于主体部30a,竖直板41的下表面紧贴延伸部30b。
胶框50的下端固定于延伸部30b,胶框50的顶端抵接于水平板42下表面,胶框50起到辅助支撑作用。
相应地,粘贴层70的一面粘贴于液晶面板10下表面;粘贴层70的另一面粘贴于水平板42上表面,并粘贴于光学膜片20的部分上表面。
为了提高显示模组的背光亮度,导光板30的底面镀银形成下反射面30c。通过在导光板30的底面集成一体成型的下反射面30c,省去了背板结构,降低了生产成本。相比单独设置镜面反射片的传统方式结构更紧凑,显示模组能做得更薄,且反射面不会发生翘曲或变形影响显示效果;同时,相比单独制造反射片,工艺更简单,成本也更低。
实施例5
与实施例4不同的是,本实施例的胶框50的尺寸和设置方式。如图5所示,胶框50的下端固定于延伸部30b,胶框50的顶端抵接于液晶面板10下表面,胶框50起到辅助支撑作用。相应地,粘贴层70的一面粘贴于液晶面板10下表面;粘贴层70的另一面粘贴于水平板42上表面,并粘贴于光学膜片20的部分上表面,同时还粘贴在胶框50的上端端面。

1.一种显示模组,其特征在于,包括液晶面板(10)、光学膜片(20)、导光板(30)和LED模块(40),所述LED模块(40)包括竖直板(41)和水平板(42),所述水平板(42)下表面紧贴所述导光板(30)上表面,所述液晶面板(10)固定于所述水平板(42)上表面和所述光学膜片(20)上表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示模组,其特征在于,还包括弯折的背板(60),所述导光板(30)和所述竖直板(41)的下表面紧贴于所述背板(60)的水平部分,所述背板(60)的竖直部分与所述LED模块(40)的高度相同,所述液晶面板(10)的一部分设于所述背板(60)的竖直部分上表面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的显示模组,其特征在于,还包括胶框(50),所述胶框(50)紧贴所述背板(60)的竖直部分,且下端设于所述背板(60)的水平部分。
4.根据权利要求3所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述胶框(50)与所述竖直板(41)高度相同,且顶端抵接于所述水平板(42)下表面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述导光板(30)包括主体部(30a)和延伸部(30b),所述延伸部(30b)与所述主体部(30a)底面相同且高度小于所述主体部(30a),所述竖直板(41)的下表面紧贴所述延伸部(30b)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的显示模组,其特征在于,还包括胶框(50),所述胶框(50)的下端固定于所述延伸部(30b),所述胶框(50)的顶端抵接于所述水平板(42)下表面。
7.根据权利要求5所述的显示模组,其特征在于,还包括胶框(50),所述胶框(50)的下端固定于所述延伸部(30b),所述胶框(50)的顶端抵接于所述液晶面板(10)下表面。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一所述的显示模组,其特征在于,还包括粘贴层(70),所述粘贴层(70)的一面粘贴于所述液晶面板(10)下表面,所述粘贴层(70)的另一面粘贴于所述水平板(42)上表面,并粘贴于所述光学膜片(20)的部分上表面。
9.根据权利要求2-4任一所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述背板(60)由原材料的其中一面进行抛光提高粗糙度后进行镜面处理形成上反射面(60a),然后冲压成型。
10.根据权利要求5-7任一所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述导光板(30)的底面镀银形成下反射面(30c)。
