技术领域
本发明涉及建材用高温材料领域,具体涉及一种5000T水泥窑窑口专用浇注料。
背景技术
目前我国新型干法水泥生产线发展迅速,水泥产能已严重过剩。因此,水泥生产企业提高单位生产效率,降低生产成本,是实现利润最大化的必由之路。而提高水泥生产线的运转率是提高水泥窑生产效率的重要条件。然而水泥窑窑口的寿命对整条生产线的运转周期有着重要的影响。水泥窑的窑口使用条件恶劣,除承受高达1400℃高温外,还承受水泥窑熟料连续出料压力,篦冷机来的二次风造成的热应力,回转窑回转机械应力,氯碱侵蚀对其带来的影响,因而对水泥窑窑口使用的浇注料的综合性能提出了更高的要求。当前常见的水泥窑窑口的使用寿命3到8个月不等,这样的寿命仍不能满足客户的需求。影响其使用寿命的主要原因是当前的耐火浇注料材料的力学性能,热性能差,各项性能不稳定,同时水泥窑窑口也不抗水泥窑内气氛的化学侵蚀,制约了水泥窑生产线运转率的提高,影响了水泥厂家的经济效益。
此外,当前的水泥窑窑口浇注料存在施工性能差的缺陷,容易导致浇注料偏析,气孔多,气孔分布不均匀等缺点,从而也降低了水泥窑窑口的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种5000T水泥窑窑口浇注料,解决了施工性差以及由施工性差带来的浇注料偏析,气孔多,气孔分布不均匀的缺陷。本发明技术可以有效改善水泥窑窑口的不耐磨,掉块,不抗侵蚀等现象,可大幅延长水泥窑的窑口使用寿命。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种水泥窑窑口专用浇注料,其特征在于:所述组分包括白刚玉、合成碳硅石、棕刚玉、钛酸锶粉、碳酸锆粉、红柱石粉、硅酸锌粉、氧化铝微粉、纯铝酸钙水泥、氧化铽。
作为优先,所述的组分还包括C5H10N6O2、耐热钢纤维、聚醚性聚羧酸。
进一步的,所述组分还包含磺化苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物和 Tc2O7的一种或两种。

 与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:浇注料由白刚玉、合成碳硅石、棕刚玉、钛酸锶粉、碳酸锆粉、红柱石、硅酸锌、氧化铽、氧化铝微粉等材料及外加部分组成,本发明改善了水泥窑窑口的抗热震性,抗侵蚀性能,耐高温性能,耐磨性能,获得了较好的施工性能,提高了浇注料自身的抗侵蚀性能,获得了一种性能良好的浇注料,使得浇注料制备的窑口的使用寿命延长至2倍以上。

上述实施例中所用的各组分是本领域技术人员公知的产品,在市场上均可购买到,其中合成碳硅石、钛酸锶、棕刚玉、钢纤维的添加,有利于浇注料的耐磨性,热震性;红柱石具有微膨胀性;碳酸锆的引入使得浇注料在使用过程中获得良好的性能,碳酸锆分解形成具有良好性能的高活性氧化锆,以及分解过程中形成的微孔,都有利于提高材料的抗热震性,提高抗侵蚀性,避免浇注料发生开裂、掉落等现象;同时硅酸锌、氧化铝微粉,氧化铽,在使用中会逐步发生反应,生成性能较好的原位铝锌尖晶石,提高浇注料的组织均匀性,提高浇注料的抗酸碱性能,抗化学侵蚀性能。加入的Tc2O7,磺化苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物,聚醚性聚羧酸可以改善浇注料的可工作时间,改善浇注料施工时的气孔的分布,流动性能,根据温度不同,可以适当调节加入量;加入的C5H10N6O2产生连通的微气孔,使得烘烤时产生的蒸汽容易排出。采用上述的方案后,可获得一种性能良好的浇注料,使得浇注料制备的窑口的使用寿命延长至2倍以上。
 上述实施例1-3的水泥窑窑口专用浇注料 按以下方法制备:将各组分混合搅拌均匀,再加入适量的水混合强力搅拌均匀,再然后成型经常规养护和烘烤后使用。
