技术领域
本发明涉及一种电动车辆防盗警报***。
背景技术
现上市销售的电动车,只有简单的车身防盗器,没有形成完善的电动车防盗警报***。车辆被盗后,将车辆防盗模块剪掉拆除,即失去防盗功能,车辆被盗后很难追踪或找回。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种电动车辆防盗警报***。
本发明主要由电机控制器、GPS模块、车身控制器、组合仪表组成,电机控制器通过CAN通讯线,分别与GPS模块、车身控制器、组合仪表相连;组合仪表上设置有故障码显示屏;车身控制器配有无线遥控器。
电机控制器内部设置错误探测和管理模块,GPS模块被拆除时,电机控制器停止工作,车辆无法正常行驶。
GPS模块实时监控车辆的位置和移动轨迹,并将信息反馈到用户接收终端;车辆发生异常变化时,将信息反馈到用户接收终端并发出警报。
车身控制器通过对无线遥控器的操控,实现车辆开锁闭锁功能。
GPS模块出现故障或通讯线出现故障,组合仪表的故障码显示屏显示故障码;按动车身控制器的无线遥控器,车身控制器通过CAN通讯线向电机控制器传送修复信号,电机控制器启动故障模式运行。
车辆发生的异常变化包括车辆异常震动、车辆异常移动、车辆被非法打开、GPS模块被拆除等。
本发明适用于电动车辆,包括电动自行车、电动三轮车、电动四轮车等。
本发明的积极效果是当车辆各***连接好后,整车首次通电时,电机控制器向GPS模块发送唤醒信号;GPS模块开始工作,车辆进入实时监控状态。此后,当用户停车闭锁,车辆发生各种变化(车辆异常震动,车辆异常移动等)时,GPS模块会通过无线传输平台,及时将信息反馈到用户电脑或手机上,发出警报。这时用户可通过电脑或***控软件,对车辆位置及移动轨迹进行跟踪确认。如果车辆被他人非法打开,将GPS模块拆除;这时电机控制器锁定程序启动,电机控制器停止工作,车辆无法正常行驶。组合仪表显示屏显示故障码。GPS模块即刻将警报信息发送至用户接收终端。
如果GPS模块本身出现异常情况(模块出现故障或通讯线出现故障),仪表显示屏显示故障码(Err14);这时车主可通过车身控制器的无线遥控器,按动***修复键(B键),使车身控制器通过CAN通讯线向电机控制器传送修复信号,电机控制器启动故障模式运行,可使车主将车辆顺利行驶至维修站,排除故障。此模式为单次模式(即车主每次锁车再起时,均需通过车身控制器的无线遥控操作方可行车),直至GPS警报***修复后,再次恢复正常工作模式。

具体实施方式
电机控制器是现在市场成熟的产品,主要原理:电机驱动技术以电机技术为基础,从底层上来说可以提高驱动效率,减少驱动噪音,从上层来说这是实现各种高级算法的基础。其作用为:控制电机的速度和方向变换等。经过电子技术逆变为交流正玄波驱动,采用了矢量控制算法,通过改变正玄波的频率,实现控制器对电机转矩、转速的精确控制。采用了CAN-BUS总线通讯技术,内部集成了错误探测和管理模块,与仪表、车身控制器及GPS模块有效结合,完成整车的防盗警报功能。
如图所示:当用户打开车辆电源开关后,通过12V电源线6给整车各***模块供电;CAN通讯线5将各模块通讯***联通。这时,电机控制器1向GPS模块2发送唤醒信号;GPS模块2开始工作,车辆进入实时监控状态。此后,当用户停车闭锁,车辆发生各种变化(车辆异常震动,车辆异常移动等)时,GPS模块2会通过无线传输平台,及时将信息反馈到用户电脑或手机上,发出警报。这时用户可通过电脑或***控软件,对车辆位置及移动轨迹进行跟踪确认。如果车辆被他人非法打开,将CAN通讯线5剪断,将GPS模块2拆除;这时电机控制器1锁定程序启动,电机控制器1停止工作,车辆无法正常行驶。组合仪表4显示屏显示故障码。GPS模块2通过自身备用电源供电,即刻将警报信息发送至用户接收终端。
如果GPS模块2本身出现异常情况(模块硬件出现故障或通讯线出现故障),组合仪表4显示屏显示故障码(Err14);这时车主可通过车身控制器3的无线遥控器,按动***修复键,使车身控制器3向电机控制器1发送修复信号,电机控制器1启动故障模式运行,可使车主将车辆顺利行驶至维修站,排除故障。此模式为单次模式(即车主每次锁车再起时,均需通过无线遥控操作方可行车),直至整车警报***修复后,再次恢复正常工作模式。

1.一种电动车辆防盗警报***,其特征在于,主要由电机控制器、GPS模块、车身控制器、组合仪表组成,电机控制器通过CAN通讯线,分别与GPS模块、车身控制器、组合仪表相连;组合仪表上设置有故障码显示屏;车身控制器配有无线遥控器。
2.如权利要求1所述***,其特征在于,电机控制器内部设置错误探测和管理模块,GPS模块被拆除时,电机控制器停止工作,车辆无法正常行驶。
3.如权利要求1所述***,其特征在于,GPS模块实时监控车辆的位置和移动轨迹,并将信息反馈到用户接收终端;车辆发生异常变化时,将信息反馈到用户接收终端并发出警报。
4.如权利要求1所述***,其特征在于,车身控制器通过对无线遥控器的操控,实现车辆开锁闭锁功能。
