Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及注射装置,且特别地但不排除地,涉及自动注射装置。
背景技术
多种自动注射装置是单次使用、一次性装置。随着对这种一次使用的装置的环境影响的意识的增长,希望使这种装置的一部分是可重新使用的,并降低该装置的是单次使用的且是一次性的比例。而且,希望设计该装置的一次性的、单次使用的部分,以便它容易适于重复利用。
发明内容
因此,在一个方面中,本发明提供了一种注射器组件,包括:
注射器,具有本体和注射针,和
屏蔽罩,可滑动地安装在所述注射器周围,用于在注射针在使用中露出的缩回位置和注射针至少部分地由所述屏蔽罩遮蔽的伸出位置之间进行伸缩运动,

常规的自动注射装置既可以是单次使用的一次性物件,又可以在多次使用时,要求用户打开该装置以拆除和***注射器或药筒。后者带来暴露至潜在的注射***的风险,并且还要求用户的手工技巧。发明人因此已经设计了一种自动注射装置,其中在完成注射时,该注射器组件自动从自动注射装置本体上释放。
因此,在另一个方面中,本发明提供了一种自动注射装置,包括:

因此,在另一个方面中,本发明提供了一种注射装置,包括:

如在图2中看到的那样,注射器组件包括模制塑料注射器18,该注射器18具有中空本体20,注射针22从中空本体20的前端延伸,并且在中空本体20的后端处设置有径向突出的屏蔽罩锁定尖头24。注射针屏蔽罩26具有开口端壳形式,联接榫舌14从其上向后延伸。联接榫舌14具有影响如下文将描述的快速配合联接的联接斜面28,并能够进行弹性变形运动。在注射针屏蔽罩26的后端(并且根据图3(a)中的放大比例是看得见的)是控制狭槽30,控制狭槽30设计为可滑动地容纳屏蔽罩锁定尖头24。在其后端处,控制狭槽30具有锁定凹槽32,屏蔽罩锁定尖头24可以可拆卸地锁定在锁定凹槽32中。锁定狭槽34在沿着注射针屏蔽罩26的长度延伸的键槽36中延伸,键槽36在其后端被切掉,以留下弹性指37,弹性指37限定狭槽30的一个边缘,并允许进行弹性弯曲以在锁定狭槽34为空时释放锁定凹槽32。
保护罩拆卸器38在其前端支承帽40,圆柱形保护罩拆卸部42从帽40的后端延伸,拆卸部42具有用于接合保护罩43的内部倒钩或其它适合的夹紧元件(未示出),在使用之前保护罩43覆盖注射针22。从帽40向后延伸的是设计为可滑动地装配在狭槽34中的保护罩拆卸器指46。当保护罩拆卸器38装配至屏蔽罩的前端时(例如,如在图1和3(a)中看到的那样),保护罩拆卸器指46在狭槽30旁边延伸,以从注射针屏蔽罩26的边缘向后突出,以锁定如下文将描述的安全制动配置。
现在参照图3(a)-(c),通过将榫舌14提供至锁定凹槽16并向后推动注射器组件以实现快速配合,将注射器组件联接至驱动组件。驱动组件10的主体部48具有齿50,齿50从每个锁定凹槽16向后并向内延伸,并被设计为使得当联接榫舌14穿过凹槽16时,斜面28快速配合在齿50的后面以锁定注射器组件12,避免注射器组件12向前运动。
现在参照图4,驱动组件10包括可滑动地围绕在主体48外侧安装的触发套管52。柱塞54可滑动地安装在主体48内,并由主驱动弹簧56向前推进。柱塞在其后端具有***箭头式锁紧装置57或类似物,在驱动弹簧被激励的情况下,***箭头式锁紧装置57或类似物将柱塞保持在主体中的后部位置。触发帽58可滑动地安装在主体48的后端上,并能够从静止位置向前移动,以将***箭头挤压在一起,以释放锁紧装置57并释放柱塞54,用于向前运动。在主体48的前端具有弹性安全制动装置60,当处于图4中示出的‘安全’位置时,弹性安全制动装置60防止触发套管52向前运动至起动位置。安全制动装置60由保护罩拆卸器指46的后端保持在图4中的‘安全’位置。一旦保护罩拆卸器46向前缩回,则移除这种限制,从而松开安全制动装置,使得在触发套管52移动至其中它移动触发帽58以释放柱塞的前部位置时,可以用凸轮向下带动它或手动向下推动。如从图4中明显看出的那样,一旦向前运动,则柱塞54将在其前端接合注射器塞子62。
现在更特别地参照图5以及图6(a)和(b),释放套环64被可滑动地安装至柱塞的后端,并由弹射弹簧66向前偏压,弹射弹簧66在与柱塞一体的法兰68和释放套环64的后端之间起作用。释放套环64在其前端具有相对的部分锥形释放表面70,释放表面70设计为在注射结束时向内推动联接榫舌14以释放联接斜面28,从而将注射器组件12从驱动组件10上分开。如在图6(a)中看到的那样,当柱塞接近其最前面的位置时,释放套环64向内挤压联接榫舌14,并且随后相对于驱动组件向前推动屏蔽罩26,如在图6(b)中看到的那样。
在使用中,根据需要加载驱动组件,通过将柱塞54推回主体,使得由安全制动装置60将柱塞锁定在其后部位置,并且将触发套管锁定在后部位置。具有封闭前端的其保护罩拆卸器38并且具有相对于屏蔽罩26被锁定在其后部位置的注射器的新注射器组件12被提供至驱动组件10,并与锁定在锁定凹槽16中的榫舌快速配合到合适的位置。在该结构中,保护罩拆卸器38实现几种不同的功能。它封闭屏蔽罩的前端;锁定指46防止弹性指36的弹性弯曲运动,并且因此防止注射器的解锁和相对于屏蔽罩的前部运动;锁定指46还防止安全制动装置60的释放,如在图7(a)和(b)中看到的那样。
保护罩拆卸器的拆除将保护罩43从注射针22上拆除,并松开锁定装置22的弹性指37,以便注射器准备向前运动。最后,松开安全制动装置60。组装后的自动注射装置随后提供至注射部位,屏蔽罩的前端放置在皮肤上。安全制动装置60被释放,并且触发套管52向前移动以释放柱塞。在最初释放柱塞时,它经由活塞(piston bung)62和注射器中的最初用作固体的液体填料动作,以将注射器18全部向前移动,使得屏蔽罩锁定尖头24弹出锁定凹槽32,并沿着控制狭槽30移动至图10(a)和(b)中示出的位置,而注射针22伸出。随后通过到达该狭槽的前端的尖头防止注射器进一步运动,并且因此柱塞现在向前移动塞子(bung)62,以挤出药剂。
如图11所示,当柱塞54到达其前端时,释放套环64将联接榫舌14的端部挤压在一起,以将屏蔽罩26与驱动组件的主体分开。此时,屏蔽罩26不再相对于注射器向前移动,因为注射装置仍然压靠在皮肤上。在释放压力时,注射针屏蔽罩26在弹射弹簧66的作用下向前移动,直到屏蔽罩锁定尖头24向回扣入锁定凹槽33中。
在该运动期间,重要的是,注射器不与屏蔽罩一起向前运动。为此目的,如图12(a)和(b)所示,存在设置在柱塞和注射器本体20之间的单向离合器配置。柱塞具有容纳O形环74的环形槽70,环形槽70具有斜坡形或截头锥形基部(frustro-conical base)72。当柱塞移动至或进入注射器时,O形环74被推向槽70的较深部分,因此使运动的阻力小或不施加阻力,如图12(a)所示。然而,柱塞沿反向的运动驱动O形环与注射器本体20接合,因此倾向于抵抗向后的运动,如图12(b)所示。柱塞的向后运动的阻力设计为足以保持注射器避免向前运动,以确保注射针屏蔽罩的恰当伸出和锁定,但当要求将松开的注射器组件从延伸的柱塞上滑落时该阻力被克服。
保护罩拆卸器38重新施加至屏蔽罩,锁定指46沿着狭槽34滑动,以阻止弹性指36的弹性运动。现在丢弃注射器组件10是安全的。与通常将是金属材料的注射针不同,注射器组件的剩余部分主要或全部由诸如热塑性材料的可再生塑性材料制成。
Claims (19)
1.一种自动注射装置,包括:
注射器,具有在注射之前携带保护罩的注射针;
屏蔽罩,能够相对于所述注射器在注射针被至少部分地遮蔽的伸出位置和注射针露出的缩回位置之间移动;
驱动组件,用于将药剂从注射器中排出;
触发装置,用于致动所述驱动组件;
安全装置,用于防止所述驱动组件的意外致动,和
保护罩拆卸器,置于所述自动注射装置的前端并适于接合所述保护罩,所述保护罩拆卸器配置为防止所述注射器相对于所述屏蔽罩在至少一个方向的运动,并且防止释放所述安全装置,直到将所述保护罩拆卸器从所述自动注射装置的前端移除。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动注射装置,还包括:
注射器组件,驱动组件和注射器组件适于在使用中联接和分开,该注射器组件包括所述屏蔽罩和所述注射器,该驱动组件包括驱动装置,该触发装置用于致动所述驱动装置以向前驱动柱塞,从而相对于屏蔽罩向前移动注射器并将药剂从注射器中排出,
通过所述屏蔽罩上的一个或多个接合元件与所述驱动组件上的一个或多个协作元件的接合,注射器组件联接至所述驱动组件,并且,所述柱塞在其接近或到达其前部位置时脱离所述接合元件,以释放注射器组件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的自动注射装置,其中所述柱塞包括可滑动地安装在其上并被向前偏压的挤压构件,并且当在注射之后将自动注射装置从皮肤上移除时,所述挤压构件脱离所述接合元件,并向所述屏蔽罩施加向前偏压以使它相对于注射器向前移动,以至少部分地遮蔽注射针。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的自动注射装置,其中所述注射器和所述屏蔽罩包括互补的锁定部件,互补的所述锁定部件适于在使用前和使用后将所述注射器相对于所述屏蔽罩可释放地锁定在后部遮蔽位置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的自动注射装置,其中在致动所述驱动装置时,所述柱塞作用在注射器中的塞子上,以向前驱动注射器,从而将它从屏蔽罩上松开。
6.根据权利要求5所述的自动注射装置,其中在注射之后在将所述自动注射装置从皮肤上移除时,已经将屏蔽罩从驱动组件上脱离的被向前偏压的挤压构件相对于注射器向前移动屏蔽罩,直到注射器和屏蔽罩之间的互补的所述锁定部件重新接合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的自动注射装置,包括用于在完成注射时当挤压构件向前移动屏蔽罩时抵抗注射器相对于柱塞的向前运动的装置。
8.根据权利要求7所述的自动注射装置,其中所述用于抵抗向前运动的装置包括柱塞和注射器之间的单向离合器装置,该单向离合器装置对柱塞相对于注射器的作为闭合运动的向前运动施加小的阻力或不施加阻力,但对柱塞相对于注射器的作为分离运动的向后运动施加较大的阻力。
9.根据权利要求8所述的自动注射装置,其中所述单向离合器装置包括夹紧元件,所述柱塞延伸到注射器的孔的内部并携带该夹紧元件,该夹紧元件能够与注射器孔的内壁接合,并设置为使得在所述柱塞进行作为分离运动的向后运动时该夹紧元件被迫使与所述内壁接合或与所述内壁更紧密地接合。
10.根据权利要求9所述的自动注射装置,其中所述柱塞具有凹槽,凹槽具有促进夹紧元件与注射器的内壁面接合的斜面。
11.根据权利要求10所述的自动注射装置,其中所述凹槽是环形槽,该环形槽具有提供所述斜面的截头锥形基部,并且所述夹紧元件包括O形环。
12.根据权利要求1所述的自动注射装置,还包括:
柱塞,注射器具有本体,柱塞具有延伸到所述注射器的本体内并适于排出药剂的部分,所述自动注射装置包括用于对柱塞和注射器的分离运动施加比对沿相反方向的运动明显大的阻力的运动抵抗装置。
13.根据权利要求12所述的自动注射装置,其中所述运动抵抗装置包括柱塞和注射器之间的单向离合器装置,该单向离合器装置对柱塞相对于注射器的作为闭合运动的向前运动施加小的阻力或不施加阻力,但对柱塞相对于注射器的作为分离运动的向后运动施加较大的阻力。
14.根据权利要求13所述的自动注射装置,其中所述单向离合器装置包括夹紧元件,所述柱塞延伸到注射器的孔的内部并携带该夹紧元件,该夹紧元件能够与注射器的内壁接合,并配置为使得在所述柱塞进行作为分离运动的向后运动时该夹紧元件被迫使与所述内壁接合或与所述内壁更紧密地接合。
15.根据权利要求14所述的自动注射装置,其中所述柱塞具有凹槽,凹槽具有促进夹紧元件与所述内壁的面接合的斜面。
16.根据权利要求15所述的自动注射装置,其中所述凹槽是环形槽,该环形槽具有提供所述斜面的截头锥形基部,并且所述夹紧元件是O形环。
17.根据权利要求12-16中任一项所述的自动注射装置,其中柱塞与可滑动地安装在所述注射器中的塞子协作。
18.根据权利要求1所述的自动注射装置,其中:
驱动组件是可重复使用的驱动组件,该驱动组件可拆卸地联接至一次性注射器组件,该注射器组件包括所述屏蔽罩和所述注射器,该注射器能够在所述屏蔽罩内进行伸缩运动,
通过屏蔽罩上的联接部与驱动组件中的联接部的接合,注射器组件可拆卸地联接至驱动组件。
19.根据权利要求18所述的自动注射装置,其中驱动组件包括柱塞,在所述触发装置致动时,柱塞向前移动以伸出所述注射器并排出药剂,所述柱塞适于在接近或到达前部位置时释放屏蔽罩上的所述联接部和驱动组件中的所述联接部。
