Abstract

采用液氧进行切割的射流割炬,它上面的切割射氧管,直到切割喷嘴出口都由一个低温冷却剂管,一个真空绝热层和一个冷却水套包围。

Description

本发明是一种射流割炬。
在采用高压液氧切割时,正如在德国专利DE-OS3543657中所知,来自储氧罐处于沸腾状态的氧通过一个高压泵达到500巴的压力,割炬出口压力将通过一个溢流阀调定。
为了将由于摩擦所产生的热量带走,需要采用冷却剂,例如液氮,对氧进行冷却。由上述德国专利完全可知,是在供给管道中对氧进行必需的冷却的。
本发明的任务是制造一种射流割炬,使得射流在尽可能靠近切割喷咀处也可得到冷却。
这项任务在一个按型号分类的射流割炬上采用权利要求1所述的典型特征予以完成。
本发明进一步有利的改进在后续权利要求中作了说明。
制造一种采用双重冷却(低沸点的液化冷却剂和冷却水),且在双重冷却之间有真空绝热层的割炬,使得射流在靠近工件加工部位也可以得到充分冷却,并可防止过热和熔渣飞溅。
附图是本发明的两个实施例,下面做较为详细的说明。
图1所示是装有内置切割喷咀的割炬;
图2所示是装有外置切割喷咀的割炬。
图1和2所示的射流割炬,在中间装有高压液管12,其上焊有喷咀座13,用来固定不同的切割喷咀14。高压液管12和喷咀座13外面套有一个同心管15,构成了低沸点液化冷却剂(最好是液氮)的通道。环形间隙17形成了输送冷却剂的管路16。
管子15外面又同心地套有管子18,以形成真空绝热层(最好是超真空绝热层19),防止高压液体受热辐射。
为防止过热和熔渣飞溅,在管子18外面套有一个由特殊钢管20,21,22构成的冷却水套和一个铸铜冷却端头23。铸铜冷却端头23的作用是封闭住宽的喷咀座13和引出冷却水。
为了避免回溅的熔渣损坏铸铜冷却端头23,用一个由特殊钢25和耐火材料26构成的防护罩24将冷却端头23保护起来。
在图1所示的割炬10上,切割喷咀14安装在割炬内部。
最好采用图2所示的割炬,切割喷咀27安装在割炬的外部。这种割炬上的耐火材料成锥形。喷出的氧气将防止回溅的熔渣损坏露在外面的切割喷咀14。喷咀26的冷却将通过液氧切割射流增强这种保护作用。
锥形耐火内衬的优点是:它的向外应力比图1所示结构要少得多,但仍保留对铜冷却端头的保护作用,从而获得一种具有极为良好的稳定性的割炬端头结构。

Claims (4)

1、射流割炬的特征是:
中间装有一个射流管(12),其上的喷咀座(13)上固定有切割喷咀(14);在管子(12)外面同心地套有管子(15),用以引进,引出低沸点的液化冷却剂;管(15)和与其同心的管子(18)之间形成真空绝热层(19),在真空绝热层(19)外面套有冷却水套(20、21、22)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的射流割炬,其特征是:
在冷却水套(20、21,22)上固定有一个冷却端头(23)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的射流割炬,其特征是:
冷却端头(23)装有防护罩(24),防护罩(24)具有最好是锥形的耐火材料(26)。
4、根据权利要求1至3中之一条所述的射流割炬,其特征是:
切割喷咀(14)位于具有耐火材料(26)的防护罩(24)的外面。
