Abstract

一种背光模组,其包括多个发光二极管、多个透镜及一扩散板,每个透镜具有一入光面及一出光面,该扩散板具有一入光面及一出光面,该透镜的出光面朝向该扩散板的入光面,该透镜的入光面朝向发光二极管,发光二极管与透镜一一对应地设置,发光二极管发出的光线从透镜的入光面入射,从透镜的出光面出射,从透镜的出光面出射的光线垂直进入扩散板的入光面而从扩散板的出光面出射,大大缩短了光线在扩散板内的行程,大大提高了光线穿过扩散板的穿透率,进而提升了背光模组的光利用效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示器的背光模组,尤其涉及一种具有多个发光二极管的背光模组。
背景技术
现有技术中的一种用于液晶显示器的直下式背光模组包括多个发光二极管、位于该发光二极管上方的一扩散板。通常,直下式背光模组使用较少的发光二极管,为了使发光二极管发出的光线能达到扩散板而获得面光源,发光二极管上还罩置扩散透镜使发光二极管发出的光线在进入扩散板前先被扩散透镜改变进入扩散板时的入射角度。然而,发光二极管发出的光线经过扩散透镜后在进入扩散板时的入射角度都非常大,而入射角度越大的光线经过扩散板的路径越长,使得光线穿过扩散板的穿透率下降,导致背光模组的光利用效率大大降低。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种光利用效率较高的背光模组。
一种背光模组,其包括多个发光二极管、多个透镜及一扩散板,每个透镜具有一入光面及一出光面,该扩散板具有一入光面及一出光面,该透镜的出光面朝向该扩散板的入光面,该透镜的入光面朝向发光二极管,发光二极管与透镜一一对应地设置,发光二极管发出的光线从透镜的入光面入射,从透镜的出光面出射,从透镜的出光面出射的光线垂直进入扩散板的入光面而从扩散板的出光面出射。
在本发明的背光模组中,发光二极管发出的光线在进入扩散板前被透镜转换成垂直于扩散板的入光面的光线,使得从透镜出射的光线垂直地进入扩散板,大大缩短了光线在扩散板内的行程,大大提高了光线穿过扩散板的穿透率,进而提升了背光模组的光利用效率。

具体实施方式
请参见图1,本发明一实施例提供的用作液晶显示器的背光源的直下式背光模组10,该背光模组10包括一光源11及设置在该光源11之上的一光学膜板组12。该光源11包括一基板112及设于该基板112上、呈矩阵排列的多个发光二极管114。该光学膜板组12包括多个透镜122、一扩散板124及二增亮膜126、128。
该扩散板124具有一入光面125及与该入光面125相对的一出光面127。该入光面125及该出光面127均为平面,且相互平行。根据需要,扩散板124的入光面125和出光面127之间填充有大量的散射粒子129用以散射光线。
所述增亮膜126、128设置在该扩散板124之上,用于将从扩散板124出射的均匀化光线集中为具有特定的角度的面光源再向液晶面板射出。
透镜122位于所述光源11与扩散板124之间。每个透镜122具有一入光面121及与该入光面121相对的一出光面123。该出光面123为一平面,其朝向该扩散板124的入光面125。在本实施例中,该出光面123与该扩散板124的入光面125正相对,每个透镜122的出光面123贴设在该扩散板124的入光面125上。该入光面121为一朝向发光二极管114凸出的曲面。
发光二极管114的数目与透镜122的数目一致。发光二极管114与透镜122均呈矩阵状排列,发光二极管114与透镜122一一对应地设置。每一个发光二极管114相对应地设置在一透镜122的焦点处。发光二极管114发出的光线从透镜122的入光面121入射,然后从透镜122的出光面123出射。从透镜122的出光面123出射的光线彼此相平行,并以垂直于扩散板124的入光面125的角度进入扩散板124,这样光线经过扩散板124的路径为最短。
本发明的背光模组10通过将发光二极管114阵列设置于相对应的每个透镜122的焦点位置处,使发光二极管114发出的光线在进入扩散板124前被透镜122转换成垂直于扩散板124的入光面125的光线,使得从透镜122出射的光线垂直地进入扩散板124,大大缩短了光线在扩散板124内的行程,从而大大提高了光线穿过扩散板124的穿透率,进而提升了背光模组10的光利用效率。
可以理解的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术构思做出其它各种相应的改变与变形,而所有这些改变与变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种背光模组,其包括多个发光二极管、多个透镜及一扩散板,其特征在于,每个透镜具有一入光面及一出光面,该扩散板具有一入光面及一出光面,该透镜的出光面朝向该扩散板的入光面,该透镜的入光面朝向发光二极管,发光二极管与透镜一一对应地设置,发光二极管发出的光线从透镜的入光面入射,从透镜的出光面出射,从透镜的出光面出射的光线垂直进入扩散板的入光面而从扩散板的出光面出射。
2.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,每一个发光二极管设置在对应的透镜的焦点处。
3.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,该扩散板的入光面及出光面均为平面,且相互平行。
4.如权利要求3所述的背光模组,其特征在于,该透镜的出光面为一平面,贴设在该扩散板的入光面上。
5.如权利要求4所述的背光模组,其特征在于,该透镜的入光面为一朝向该发光二极管凸出的曲面。
6.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,该发光二极管与该透镜均呈矩阵状排列。
7.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,还包括一基板,该发光二极管设于该基板上。
8.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,还包括设置在该扩散板之上的二增亮膜。
9.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,该扩散板的入光面和出光面之间填充有散射粒子。
10.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,该发光二极管的数目与该透镜的数目一致。
