Abstract
一种冷冻干燥装置,由膨胀阀、蒸发器、压缩机及冷凝器组成,制冷剂在制冷温度下是气态的,经压缩机压缩为液态,温度升高,进入冷凝器,在冷凝器与环境交换热量,温度降低,经膨胀阀后,压力急速下降进入蒸发器,在蒸发器内,由于压力下降,制冷剂迅速气化,吸收大量热量,将冷冻室内温度降低,然后进入压缩机。

本发明涉及一种机械装置,具体的讲涉及一种冷冻干燥装置。
背景技术:
冷冻干燥机系由制冷***、真空***、加热***、电器仪表控制***所组成。主要部件为干燥箱、凝结器、冷冻机组、真空泵、加热/冷却装置等。它的工作原理是将被干燥的物品先冻结到三相点温度以下,然后在真空条件下使物品中的固态水份(冰)直接升华成水蒸气,从物品中排除,使物品干燥。物料经前处理后,被送入速冻仓冻结,再送入干燥仓升华脱水,之后在后处理车间包装。真空***为升华干燥仓建立低气压条件,加热***向物料提供升华潜热,制冷***向冷阱和干燥室提供所需的冷量。 本设备采用高效辐射加热,物料受热均匀;采用高效捕水冷阱,并可实现快速化霜;采用高效真空机组,并可实现油水分离;采用并联集中制冷***,多路按需供冷,工况稳定,有利节能;采用人工智能控制,控制精度高,操作方便。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是为了克服现有技术的缺陷而提供一种冷冻干燥装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种冷冻干燥装置,由膨胀阀、蒸发器、压缩机及冷凝器组成,制冷剂在制冷温度下是气态的,经压缩机压缩为液态,温度升高,进入冷凝器,在冷凝器与环境交换热量,温度降低,经膨胀阀后,压力急速下降进入蒸发器,在蒸发器内,由于压力下降,制冷剂迅速气化,吸收大量热量,将冷冻室内温度降低,然后进入压缩机。

1.一种冷冻干燥装置,由膨胀阀1、蒸发器2、压缩机3及冷凝器4组成,其特征是:制冷剂在制冷温度下是气态的,经压缩机3压缩为液态,温度升高,进入冷凝器4,在冷凝器4与环境交换热量,温度降低,经膨胀阀1后,压力急速下降进入蒸发器2,在蒸发器2内,由于压力下降,制冷剂迅速气化,吸收大量热量,将冷冻室内温度降低,然后进入压缩机3。
