Abstract
本发明公开了一种高温脉冲换向阀,包括驱动缸、连接体、阀杆、阀板、阀体、阀杆上轴承、阀杆下轴承、下端盖和阀杆上端轴封结构;阀杆上端轴封结构设置在阀体上端与阀杆之间、向上张开的锥形空腔内,包括密封件、弹簧;密封件为由膨胀石墨制成、安装在阀体上端与阀杆之间锥形空腔内的圆锥形件;弹簧设置在密封件上端面和连接体下端面之间,抵压密封件,构成弹性自密封结构;阀杆上轴承、阀杆下轴承为石墨轴承,由高强度浸焙石墨制成;进一步改进在于:阀杆下端设有环槽,环槽内设有耐磨材料制成的对开环;对开环下端面支承在下端盖上。本发明耐高温、自润滑性很强、密封可靠性好、换向速度快、使用寿命长。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种蝶阀,具体涉及蓄热式燃烧器上使用的换向阀。
背景技术
目前,蓄热式燃烧器上使用的换向阀为蝶阀,阀杆通过阀杆上轴承、阀杆下轴承支承在阀体上;现有蓄热式燃烧器换向阀的阀杆上轴承、阀杆下轴承为金属材料制成,不耐磨,且耐热性较差,当轴承长期处于高温环境时,金属材料制成的轴承易发生膨胀变形,其配合使用的油脂润滑剂不可避免会引起污染,在高温、重负荷的条件下,一般的钙、钠基脂失去了润滑作用,可能会发生非正常磨损,甚至发生咬死现象,影响换向阀的使用寿命。另一方面,现有蓄热式燃烧器换向阀的阀杆上端轴封结构中的密封件一般由橡胶制成,橡胶材料在使用一段时间后密封处间隙增大,无法保证正常密封,密封可靠性差,也有可能在高温下烧损结焦或者脱落,影响换向阀的密封性能及换向速度,换向阀的使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种耐高温、自润滑性很强、密封可靠性好、换向速度快、使用寿命长的高温脉冲换向阀。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
高温脉冲换向阀,包括驱动缸、连接体、阀杆、阀板、阀体、阀杆上轴承、阀杆下轴承、下端盖和阀杆上端轴封结构;所述驱动缸通过连接体固定连接在阀体的上端;所述阀杆通过阀杆上轴承、阀杆下轴承支承在阀体上;其改进之处在于:所述阀杆上端轴封结构设置在阀体上端与阀杆之间、向上张开的锥形空腔内,包括密封件、弹簧;所述密封件为由膨胀石墨制成、安装在阀体上端与阀杆之间锥形空腔内的圆锥形件;所述弹簧设置在密封件上端面和连接体下端面之间,抵压密封件,构成弹性自密封结构;所述阀杆上轴承、阀杆下轴承为石墨轴承,由高强度浸焙石墨制成。
上述结构中,所述阀杆下端设有环槽,环槽内设有耐磨材料制成的对开环;所述对开环下端面支承在下端盖上。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1. 阀杆上端轴封结构为弹性自密封结构,可始终将密封件与阀杆的配合保持在紧密的状态,保证其密封性,从而始终保证蝶阀的密封效果,延长本发明的使用寿命。
2. 阀杆上轴承、阀杆下轴承采用高强度浸焙石墨制成的轴承,石墨轴承有不同于金属轴承的特性,主要表现在:耐高温、自润滑、耐腐蚀等,避免使用油脂润滑剂引起的污染,同时显著提高换向速度。
3. 阀杆上端轴封结构中的密封件由膨胀石墨制成,有较好的耐高温、自润滑性能。
4. 阀杆下端对开环,阀杆支承在对开环上,对开环由耐磨材料制成,一方面减少换向阻力,进一步提高换向速度,另一方面减少磨损,进一步延长本发明的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
附图所示的高温脉冲换向阀,包括驱动缸1、连接体2、阀杆7、阀板8、阀体5、阀杆上轴承6、阀杆下轴承9、下端盖10和阀杆上端轴封结构;驱动缸1通过连接体2固定连接在阀体5的上端;阀杆7通过阀杆上轴承6、阀杆下轴承9支承在阀体5上;阀杆上端轴封结构设置在阀体5上端与阀杆7之间、向上张开的锥形空腔内,包括密封件4、弹簧3;密封件4为由膨胀石墨制成、安装在阀体5上端与阀杆7之间锥形空腔内的圆锥形件;弹簧3设置在密封件4上端面和连接体2下端面之间,抵压密封件4,构成弹性自密封结构;阀杆上轴承6、阀杆下轴承9为石墨轴承,由高强度浸焙石墨制成。
阀杆7下端设有环槽,环槽内设有耐磨材料制成的对开环11,本实施例中,对开环11由球墨铸铁制成;对开环11下端面支承在下端盖10上。

1.一种高温脉冲换向阀,包括驱动缸(1)、连接体(2)、阀杆(7)、阀板(8)、阀体(5)、阀杆上轴承(6)、阀杆下轴承(9)、下端盖(10)和阀杆上端轴封结构;所述驱动缸(1)通过连接体(2)固定连接在阀体(5)的上端;所述阀杆(7)通过阀杆上轴承(6)、阀杆下轴承(9)支承在阀体(5)上;其特征在于:所述阀杆上端轴封结构设置在阀体(5)上端与阀杆(7)之间、向上张开的锥形空腔内,包括密封件(4)、弹簧(3);所述密封件(4)为由膨胀石墨制成、安装在阀体(5)上端与阀杆(7)之间锥形空腔内的圆锥形件;所述弹簧(3)设置在密封件(4)上端面和连接体(2)下端面之间,抵压密封件(4),构成弹性自密封结构;所述阀杆上轴承(6)、阀杆下轴承(9)为石墨轴承,由高强度浸焙石墨制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高温脉冲换向阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆(7)下端设有环槽,环槽内设有耐磨材料制成的对开环(11);所述对开环(11)下端面支承在下端盖(10)上。
