本发明属于建筑材料领域,提供一种高细度、高柔韧性、高抗裂性的外墙涂料。
背景技术
外墙涂料属于建筑材料,对其通常要考虑力学性能、耐久性能、防火- 耐火性能、健康性能、柔韧性能、抗碱性能、防水性能、外观性能、生产、施工性能及环保性能等。针对高性能外墙涂料的研制,不少发明者提出了解决方案。
如中国专利《CN1407038 一种砂浆型外墙涂料》提供一种外墙涂料,可用泥板直接压抹。具有节省大量水泥、一次完成涂饰、生产工艺简单等特点。中国专利《CN1431266 多功能纳米建筑外墙涂料及其制备方法》提供一种多功能纳米建筑外墙涂料,主要组分为:水、六偏磷酸钠、纳米TiO2、纳米ZnO、纳米SiO2、钛白粉等。经特定工艺制成,具有较强的耐洗刷性和抗菌自洁性。中国专利《CN1453318 一种高强防污内外墙涂料》提供一种高强防污内
外墙涂料,主要组分为聚乙烯醇、高强纤维素、水、滑石粉、轻钙等,具有硬度高、耐水洗、不开裂等特点。
已有技术在节省材料、提高自洁性、提高耐洗刷性等方面均取得了一定进展,但也存在不足。主要表现为:1、环保性差,在生产过程中产生对环境有害的废料废气等;2、柔韧性差,易产生开裂或剥落,严重影响外观及其它性能;3、粒径较大,细度和表面光亮度差。
发明内容
基于以上认识,本发明的目的是提供一种外墙涂料,该外墙涂料具有环保、高柔韧性、高光亮度的特点。
为达到上述目的,本发明基于如下技术方案:1、所选原料在生产过程中发生的反应不产生气体物质,且反应在低温下进行,避免了原料气化;2、采用木质素、羟乙基纤维素;提高涂料的柔韧性;3、采用高岭土、氧化钛、聚乙烯蜡乳液,减小粒径、大幅提高细度和表面光亮度。
本发明中各组分的质量份数为: 钛白粉 25%,丙烯酸共聚乳液 30%,聚乙烯蜡乳液7%,二甘醇丁醚 3%,增稠剂 0.30%,分散剂 2.5%,消泡剂 0.28%,去离子水25%,丙二醇 3.3%,羟乙基纤维素0.7%,木质素25%,防腐剂0.4%,高岭土30%,云母粉  6%,聚结溶剂 0.9%。
