本发明属于医疗器械技术领域，具体提供了一种注射器针头回收器，包括回收器箱体，箱体分为上下两个腔体，上腔体包含有：可上下移动的顶板、和下腔体共用的可开合的隔板、放置于上腔体的海绵体，下腔体包含有：和上腔体共用的可开合的隔板、位于箱体底板中心位置的三片旋转刀片。先将废弃针头侵泡于海绵体用以消毒，再将已消毒的针头用旋转刀片进行粉碎，避免了其在回收时，刺伤操作者，造成疾病交叉感染的可能性，同时，也防止了一次性注射器的二次利用。

本发明的目的是解决注射器针头回收时容易刺伤操作者,造成疾病的交叉感染问题。
为此，本发明提供了一种注射器针头回收器，包括回收器箱体，箱体分为上下两个腔体，上腔体包含有：可上下移动的顶板、和下腔体共用的可开合的隔板、放置于上腔体的海绵体，下腔体包含有：和上腔体共用的可开合的隔板、位于箱体底板中心位置的三片旋转刀片。
上述上腔体内壁安装有四个直角夹，用于支撑上腔体的海绵体。
本发明的有益效果：本发明提供的这种注射器针头回收器，包括回收器箱体，箱体分为上下两个腔体，上腔体包含有：可上下移动的顶板、和下腔体共用的可开合的隔板、放置于上腔体的海绵体，下腔体包含有：和上腔体共用的可开合的隔板、位于箱体底板中心位置的三片旋转刀片。通过将海绵体侵泡到盛有消毒液的上腔体中，把用过的一次性注射器针头***海绵体内，保证针头消毒彻底，然后将海绵体中的针头压出，下方到带有旋转刀片的下腔体中，通过刀片旋转，对针头进行粉碎。因此，该注射器针头回收器避免了使用过的一次性注射器针头容易刺伤操作者,造成疾病的交叉感染的问题。

实施例一：
本实施例提供了一种图1所示的注射器针头回收器，包括箱体1，箱体1分为上下两个腔体，上腔体包含有：可上下移动的顶板2、和下腔体5共用的可开合的隔板4、放置于上腔体的海绵体3，下腔体5包含有：和上腔体共用的可开合的隔板4、位于箱体底板中心位置的三片旋转刀片6。
在使用本发明时，在可开合的隔板4为闭合状态的情况下，打开可上下移动的顶板2，将消毒液倒入上腔体，使其侵泡海绵体3，将废弃的注射器针头***海绵体3中，海绵体3中的消毒液对***其中的废弃注射器针头消毒，消毒完成之后，可上下移动的顶板2向下挤压海绵体3，将***其中的已消毒过的废弃注射器针头压出，此时，打开可开合的隔板4，将注射器针头下放至下下腔体5，旋转刀片6开启旋转，将下腔体5内部的注射器针头粉碎。由此，避免了人工收取废弃注射器针头时，可能被刺伤，甚至造成疾病的交叉感染的情况。
实施例二：
在实施例一的基础上，本实施例中上腔体内壁安装有四个直角夹，用于支撑上腔体的海绵体3。用于支撑海绵体或可上下移动的顶板2在挤压海绵体是起到支撑的作用。
综上所述：在使用本发明时，在可开合的隔板4为闭合状态的情况下，打开可上下移动的顶板2，将消毒液倒入上腔体，使其侵泡海绵体3，将废弃的注射器针头***海绵体3中，海绵体3中的消毒液对***其中的废弃注射器针头消毒，消毒完成之后，可上下移动的顶板2向下挤压海绵体3，将***其中的已消毒过的废弃注射器针头压出，此时，打开可开合的隔板4，将注射器针头下放至下下腔体5，旋转刀片6开启旋转，将下腔体5内部的注射器针头粉碎。由此，避免了人工收取废弃注射器针头时，可能被刺伤，甚至造成疾病的交叉感染的情况。
