技术领域
本发明属于音响制造技术领域,特别是钛音膜制备方法。
背景技术
传统钛音膜将钛箔采用机械冲压成音膜,这种传统工艺生产的钛音膜成品,硬度较低,不能有效降低声音的失真度,质感不饱满,对于提高声音的细节辨析力上效果欠佳,同时金属感强烈,容易刺耳。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种高硬度钛音膜制备方法,以提高钛音膜硬度,进一步有效降低音响的声音的失真度,使得质更加饱满。
 高硬度钛音膜制备方法,其是将成品钛音膜片分组,每组叠置后用夹具固定,然后用700℃--750℃的温度真空退火,保温2小时后常温出炉。
  分组时每组小于30片叠置用夹具固定。
采用本发明方法硬度增高的钛音膜,具有良好的机械性能和热稳定性,在音响效果上保真度高,并且高音柔和,整体声音更加圆滑、饱满、有金属质感。 
具体实施方式
将成品钛音膜片分组,一组小于30片,叠置后用夹具固定,然后用700℃--750℃的温度真空退火,保温2小时后常温出炉。

1.高硬度钛音膜制备方法,其特征是将成品钛音膜片分组,每组叠置后用夹具固定,然后用700℃--750℃的温度真空退火,保温2小时后常温出炉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高硬度钛音膜制备方法,其特征是分组时每组小于30片叠置用夹具固定。
