Abstract

一种内置密封板的门板，由门板、密封板、加强磁铁、吸铁、普通磁铁、门框组成，其特征是：在门板底端内设有一个倒U型凹槽，凹槽内安装密封板，密封板左上方安装吸铁，门板凹槽内左角安装普通磁铁，门框侧面安装加强磁铁。当门板打开与门框脱离时，门板内普通磁铁把吸铁吸附，密封板上升复位离开地面，方便门板活动，当门板关闭，而门框上的加强磁铁的磁性大于普通磁铁的吸附力时，加强磁铁吸附吸铁，密封板下行5厘米，封闭门板最底部与地板之间所产生的间隙。

本发明涉及一种门板，具体的讲是一种内置密封板的门板。
背景技术
目前人们所使用的门都为标准型，门安装在门框上后，门下面与地板之间产生间隙，导致门板不具隔音和密封的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种内置密封板的门板，具有实现了根据门板开与关，自动密封及展开间隙的功能。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的：一种内置密封板的门板，由门板、密封板、加强磁铁、吸铁、普通磁铁、门框组成，其特征是：在门板底端内设有一个倒U型凹槽，凹槽内安装密封板，密封板左上方安装吸铁，门板凹槽内左角安装普通磁铁，门框侧面安装加强磁铁。当门板打开与门框脱离时，门板内普通磁铁把吸铁吸附，密封板上升复位离开地面，方便门板活动，当门板关闭，而门框上的加强磁铁的磁性大于普通磁铁的吸附力时，加强磁铁吸附吸铁，密封板下行5厘米，封闭门板最底部与地板之间所产生的间隙。
所述的普通磁铁与吸铁的安装位置相对应，普通磁铁与吸铁是正面吸附。
所述的门板内凹槽高20厘米。
所述的门框侧面安装的加强磁铁在密封板吸铁安装位置下5厘米处。
所述的加强磁铁的磁性比普通磁铁的磁性大5倍。
所述的密封板为塑料材质。
所述的密封板的厚度比凹槽的宽度略小。
有益效果：具有实现了根据门板开与关，自动密封及展开间隙的功能。

具体实施方式
本发明一种内置密封板的门板，构造包括：门板1、密封板2、加强磁铁3、吸铁4、普通磁铁5、门框6。
在图1中，在门板1底端内设有一个倒U型凹槽，凹槽内安装密封板2，密封板2左上方安装永磁一4，门板1凹槽内左角安装普通磁铁5，普通磁铁5与吸铁4相对吸附，门框6侧面安装加强磁铁3。
在图2中，零件的安装和位置与图1一致，但是门板1打开，密封板2复位。

Claims (6)

1.一种内置密封板的门板，在门板底端内设有一个倒U型凹槽，凹槽内安装密封板，其特征是，密封板左上方安装吸铁，门板凹槽内左角安装普通磁铁，门框侧面安装加强磁铁，所述的门框侧面安装的加强磁铁在密封板吸铁安装位置下5厘米处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种内置密封板的门板，其特征是，所述的门板内凹槽高20厘米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种内置密封板的门板，其特征是，所述的普通磁铁与吸铁的安装位置相对应。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种内置密封板的门板，其特征是，所述的加强磁铁的磁性比普通磁铁的磁性大5倍。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种内置密封板的门板，其特征是，所述的密封板为塑料材质。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种内置密封板的门板，其特征是，所述的密封板的厚度比凹槽的宽度略小。
