本发明公开了一种抗菌保暖纺织面料,包括:抗菌成分和保暖成分,所述抗菌成分包括:聚酯纤维和竹炭纤维,所述聚酯纤维包裹在所述竹炭纤维的表面形成包芯纱,所述保暖成分包括:聚丙烯腈纤维、聚丙烯纤维和聚酰胺纤维,所述聚丙烯腈纤维、聚丙烯纤维和聚酰胺纤维采用螺旋缠绕的方式盘旋成螺旋型组合线,所述包芯纱和所述螺旋型组合线采用经编方式纺织在一起,通过上述方式,本发明能够具备有保暖、抗菌、舒适、防皱、耐磨的性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料领域,特别涉及一种抗菌保暖纺织面料。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断进步,人们的生活水平得到大幅提高,而现在服装作为人们生活中必不可少的生活用品,导致人们对自身穿着服装的面料的要求也越来越高,同时现阶段各服装厂的崛起,导致面料领域的竞争力十分强烈,因此面料的进步是势在必行的,而现阶段的面料大多注重舒适和耐穿性能,主要不足为:缺乏抗菌的性能。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗菌保暖纺织面料,能够具备有保暖、抗菌、舒适、防皱、耐磨的性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种抗菌保暖纺织面料,包括:抗菌成分和保暖成分,所述抗菌成分包括:聚酯纤维和竹炭纤维,所述聚酯纤维包裹在所述竹炭纤维的表面形成包芯纱,所述保暖成分包括:聚丙烯腈纤维、聚丙烯纤维和聚酰胺纤维,所述聚丙烯腈纤维、聚丙烯纤维和聚酰胺纤维采用螺旋缠绕的方式盘旋成螺旋型组合线,所述包芯纱和所述螺旋型组合线采用经编方式纺织在一起。
在本发明的一较佳实施例中,所述包芯纱和所述螺旋型组合线的直径相等,使得面料内部整齐平整,提高面料的舒适性。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用竹炭纤维,能够具备有抗菌的效果,同时在外面包裹一层聚酯纤维,能够具备较强的耐皱性能,再采用聚丙烯腈纤维、聚丙烯纤维和聚酰胺纤维螺旋缠绕呈螺旋型组合线,具备有耐磨性能强、舒适性高、保暖效果佳的性能。

请参阅图1在本发明的实施例中,一种抗菌保暖纺织面料,包括:抗菌成分1和保暖成分2,所述抗菌成分1包括:聚酯纤维11和竹炭纤维12,所述聚酯纤维12包裹在所述竹炭纤维11的表面形成包芯纱,所述保暖成分2包括:聚丙烯腈纤维21、聚丙烯纤维22和聚酰胺纤维23,所述聚丙烯腈纤维21、聚丙烯纤维22和聚酰胺纤维23采用螺旋缠绕的方式盘旋成螺旋型组合线,所述包芯纱和所述螺旋型组合线采用经编方式纺织在一起。
其中,所述包芯纱和所述螺旋型组合线的直径相等,能够保证面料内部整齐平整,提高面料的舒适性。
区别于现有技术,本发明揭示了一种抗菌保暖纺织面料,由于竹炭纤维具备有较强的抗菌效果,但是其防皱性能较差,采用在竹炭纤维11表面包裹一层聚酯纤维12,保证了抗菌成分1在具备有较强抗菌效果的同时,还能具有防皱的效果;此外由于聚丙烯腈纤维21具备有良好的保暖性能,聚丙烯纤维22具备有贴身穿着舒适的效果,聚酰胺纤维23具备有超强的耐磨性能,将上述聚丙烯腈纤维、聚丙烯纤维和聚酰胺纤维采用螺旋式缠绕的方式盘旋成保暖成分2,具备有舒适、耐磨、保暖的效果,同时采用经编的方式使得面料纺织的更加牢固、美观。

1.一种抗菌保暖纺织面料,其特征在于:包括:抗菌成分和保暖成分,所述抗菌成分包括:聚酯纤维和竹炭纤维,所述聚酯纤维包裹在所述竹炭纤维的表面形成包芯纱,所述保暖成分包括:聚丙烯腈纤维、聚丙烯纤维和聚酰胺纤维,所述聚丙烯腈纤维、聚丙烯纤维和聚酰胺纤维采用螺旋缠绕的方式盘旋成螺旋型组合线,所述包芯纱和所述螺旋型组合线采用经编方式纺织在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌保暖纺织面料,其特征在于:所述包芯纱和所述螺旋型组合线的直径相等。
