本发明公开了一种铜包钢复合棒及其生产方法,包括钢棒芯材(1)和纯铜外层(2),所述钢棒芯材(1)由Q195~Q235材料热轧加工到所要求的规格尺寸,所述纯铜外层(2)由T2紫铜经冷拉制造成略大于所述钢棒芯材(1)外径2~5mm薄壁管状,根据物理冷挤压原理,在所述钢棒芯材(1)外表面同心地挤覆纯铜外层(2),使纯铜外层(2)和钢棒芯材(1)在界面形成原子间结合而成为一体化复合棒,本发明设计科学,生产工艺容易实现,生产设备成本较低,既能保持纯铜使用性能,又能大幅度降低成本,节约纯铜金属资源,而且还能显著提高力学性能尤其是抗弯强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及低成本、高性能金属复合材料技术领域,具体涉及一种铜包钢复合棒及其生产方法。
背景技术
近年来,由于全世界范围内的铜资源日益紧缺,铜价持续上扬,以铜为主要原料的制造业受到极大冲击,整个行业急需一种既能保持纯铜金属使用性能,又能降低生产成本的原材料代替纯铜。
传统使用的纯铜棒材,不仅耗费大量的纯铜金属资源,日益加大制造商的成本,而且由于纯铜可塑性较好,其力学性能尤其是抗弯轻度也存在较大缺陷。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种铜包钢复合棒及其生产方法,达到既节省铜金属资源、降低生产成本,又能保持铜金属使用性能,还能显著提高力学性能尤其是抗弯强度的重要目的。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种铜包钢复合棒及其生产方法,包括钢棒芯材和纯铜外层,利用物理冷挤压原理在所述钢棒芯材外表面同心地挤覆一层所述纯铜外层,使所述纯铜外层和所述钢棒芯材在界面形成原子间结合而成为一体化复合棒。
作为本发明的进一步优化,一种铜包钢复合棒及其生产方法,所述钢棒芯材由Q195~Q235材料热轧加工到所要求的规格尺寸;      作为本发明的进一步优化,一种铜包钢复合棒及其生产方法,所述纯铜外层由T2紫铜经冷拉制造成略大于所述钢棒芯材外径2~5mm薄壁管状。     本发明的优点是:一种铜包钢复合棒及其生产方法,设计科学,生产工艺容易实现,生产设备成本较低,产品结构合理,既能保持纯铜使用性能,又能大幅度降低成本,节约纯铜金属资源,而且还能显著提高力学性能尤其是抗弯强度。

具体实施方式
下面对照附图,通过对最优实施例的描述,对本发明具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示,一种铜包钢复合棒及其生产方法,包括钢棒基材1和纯铜外层2,其生产方法如下:     套覆:将所述钢棒基材1置于穿料台上,将略大于所述钢棒芯材2~5mm薄壁管状的所述纯铜外层2穿套覆盖在所述钢棒芯材1外表面;     轧头缩径:将已经套覆所述纯铜外层2的所述钢棒芯材1,同步进入轧头机,将其一头10~12cm部分同心辗压缩径,缩径比例为10%~15%;     冷挤压:将辗压缩径的已经套覆在一起的所述纯铜外层2的所述钢棒芯材1,穿进冷挤压机组模具,同步冷挤压至所述纯铜外层2紧紧覆盖在所述钢棒芯材1外表面,使纯铜外层2和钢棒芯材1在界面形成原子间结合而成为一体化复合棒。     根据使用要求,所述钢棒芯材1外径和所述纯铜外层2外径和壁厚均可精确设置。

1.一种铜包钢复合棒及其生产方法,其特征在于包括钢棒芯材(1)和纯铜外层(2),所述钢棒芯材(1)外表面同心地挤覆一层纯铜外层(2),使纯铜外层(2)和钢棒芯材(1)在界面形成原子间结合而成为一体化复合棒。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种铜包钢复合棒及其生产方法,其特征在于:所述钢棒芯材(1)由Q195~Q235材料热轧加工到所要求的规格尺寸。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种铜包钢复合棒及其生产方法,其特征在于:所述纯铜外层(2)由T2紫铜经冷拉制造成略大于所述钢棒芯材(1)外径2~5mm薄壁管状。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种铜包钢复合棒及其生产方法,其特征在于:所述钢棒芯材(1)外径和所述纯铜外层(2)外径和壁厚均可精确设置。
