嵌入式超级节能长寿带开关楼道嵌墙灯,用绝缘材料制作的灯盒外壳和灯盒盖,灯盒盖的上部外顶面为平面式透明灯罩,灯盒盖外侧面上部装置LED灯珠组,下部设置灯开关按钮,灯盒盖内侧面上部装置降压整流器,下部装置灯开关,灯盒底装2置电源接线座。本发明的楼道灯具将房顶上的灯与墙上的开关和节电器件一体化设计,装置于墙内和墙表面上,节省了安装材料费用,又节省90%以上用电费,使用寿命超过十年不用换灯泡,是超级节能环保长寿新灯具,方便了人们安装使用,必然会受到市场欢迎。

技术领域
本发明涉及照明装置类的电照明灯具。
背景技术
现有供人们使用的楼梯、走道灯均为吸顶灯或吊线灯,灯在屋顶,开关在下面墙上,灯泡寿命又短,检修换灯泡很不方便,安装此类灯费用高,并且这类灯用的是白炽灯或萤光灯,前都耗电很大,后者耗电较小,每盏灯每月耗电5-15 度,居民每年要付相当电费,还要经常更换灯泡,因此大部分居民不愿装用楼道灯,有的装了灯也不用,大部分楼的楼道都是黑暗的,人们上、下楼极不方便,极不安全,也给坏人干坏事提供了条件。
发明内容
本发明是为克服上述楼道灯技术的不足,提供一种灯与开关组合一体的使用寿命超长的嵌入式超级节能长寿带开关楼道嵌墙灯,使人们使用楼道灯非常方便,非常省钱,耗电量是萤光节能灯的十分之一,白炽灯的二十分之一,十年不用换灯泡,可谓超级节能长寿灯,可以让人们乐意使用,放心使用,舍得长时间通宵使用,也保障了楼道安全性,此灯在其它房室场地也适用。
本发明解决技术问题所采取的技术方案是:用绝缘材料制成长圆桶形盒式绝缘灯盒外壳(也可制方形、花形外壳),用绝缘材料制成长圆形平面式灯盒盖的上大半部位的外顶面设置为平面式透明灯罩,灯盒盖外侧面的上大半部位装置长半圆形布置的多组高亮度、低功耗LED 灯珠组,灯盒盖外侧面下小半部位中间设置一灯开关按钮,灯盒盖内侧面的上大半部位装置降压整流器,灯盒盖内侧面的下小半部位中部装置一灯开关,灯盒内底中部装置电源接线座,灯盒外壳中部-侧设置一个电源迸出线孔,灯盒底部外壳上下各设置一个将盒体固定于墙内的螺钉孔,在绝缘灯盒外壳中,电源接线座、灯开关、降压整流器、LED 灯珠组顺序电连接,构成一种新的一体式结构的节能长寿楼道灯具,灯具的长圆桶形灯盒安装固定于墙内,灯具的长圆形灯盒盖安装于墙的平面上,长圆形盒盖由螺钉或卡扣牢牢固定在灯盒口上。
与已有技术相比本发明的有益效果体现在:
1 、本发明使楼道灯的灯体与开关合为一体,装置于墙高中部的墙内,灯具也不易被盗,可节省一半安装费和材料费,使用寿命长达十年以上不用换灯泡,并且安装、使用、检修灯具更加方便。
2 、本发明采用LED 高发光管作为光源,耗电1W,亮度相当于20W 白炽灯,是白炽灯用电量的二十分之一,是萤光节能灯的十分之一,超级省电,超级节能,给用电户节省电费90%以上,给国家节省大量电能,有利于环保。
3 、本发明灯具超级长寿及安装又省费用和超级省电费, 1W 灯通宵使用每月电费0.2 元左右,所以人们乐意通宵使用,使人们上下楼方便,又增强了居民人身财产和楼道安全性。
4、本发明灯具不仅适用于楼道走廊,也适用于其它场合,结构简单,成本低,省电多,安全性高,节能环保,人们必然喜欢安装使用,也有利于企业发展产销工作。

具体实施方式
在图l 中长圆形平面式灯盒盖(2)外侧上大半部位装置半圆形布置装设的LED 灯珠组(3 ),灯珠组(3) 外侧装设平面式透明灯罩(1) ,灯盖(2) 的下小半部位中间装置灯开关按钮( 4),灯盒盖(2) 用螺栓与灯盒外壳(7) 牢固连装在一起,透明灯罩(1) 与灯盒盖(2) 紧密扣接在一起。
在图2 中灯盒外壳(7) 内部,降压整流器(5) 装置在灯盒盖(2) 内侧上半部,灯开关(6) 装置在灯盒盖(2) 内侧的下半部中间位置,灯盒外壳(7) 的一侧中部一设一个电源进出线孔(10) ,电源接线座(9) 装置在灯盒底(8) 的中部。电源接线座(9)、灯开关(6) 、降压整流器(5) 、LED 灯珠组(3) 顺序由电导线电连接在一起。具体实施中,电流由电源进线孔(10) 进入灯盒外壳(7) 内的电源进线( 14) ,接上电源接线座(9) 的进线桩头(12)上,再由电源接线座(9) 的出线桩头(13) 流入连接电线( 16) ,进入灯开关接线桩头(15),流入连接电线(17) 进入降压整流器(5) , LED 灯珠组(3) 与降压整流器(5) 由电导线内接在一起,电流进入LED 灯珠组(3) 后, LED 灯珠亮,即实施照明。灯具安装时,在墙高中部的既定位置上,开出与灯盒外亮(7) 大小长短形状相同,略大一点的墙洞,洞底要平,相对于灯盒底(8) 上下两个螺钉孔位置,在对应的洞底上下平面上打入两个固定螺钉桩,将灯盒底(8) 用螺钉固定于墙洞内螺钉桩上,使灯盒外口与墙面齐平,将长圆形灯盒盖(2) 用螺栓牢牢固定在灯盒口上,使灯盒盖(2) 略高于墙面而紧贴装于墙面上。电源线进线全暗装进入灯盒内,灯盒内部接线要牢固,绝缘强度要做到合格,保证导线间和对地绝缘电阻大于5 兆欧。

1.嵌入式超级节能长寿带开关楼道嵌墙灯,用绝缘材料制作的长圆形盒式绝缘灯盒外壳和灯盒盖,长圆形平面式灯盒盖的上大半部位的外顶面为平面式透明灯罩,灯盒盖外侧面的上大半部位装置LED 灯珠组,灯盒盖外侧面的下小半部位中间设置一灯开关按钮,灯盒盖的内侧面的上大半部位装置降压整流器,下小半部位中间装置一灯开关,灯盒底中部装置电源接线座,灯盒外壳中部一侧开设一个电源进出线孔,灯盒底部上下各设置一个将灯盒固定于墙内的螺钉孔,其特征是:在绝缘灯盒外壳中,电源接线座、灯开关、降压整流器、LED 灯珠组顺序电连接,构成一个新的一体式节能长寿楼道灯具,灯具的灯盒外亮装置于墙内,灯盒盖装置于墙的平面上。
