本发明公开了一种建筑型材表面处理磷化剂,按重量份计,由以下各原料组成:10-12份磷酸钙、15-18份硝酸锰、4-6份植酸、8-10份氟硼酸钠、2-5醋酸丁酯、2.8-3.5苯甲酸,1.2-1.8份活性单体,0.8-1.2份硝酸镍、0.5-0.8份亚硝酸钡、1.2-2.5份酒石酸,0.4-0.8份三乙醇胺、1.4-2.5份硫酸铬、2.5-3.5引发剂、0.5-1.2份表面活性剂、45-50份工业水;本发明能在常温下使用、磷化前无表面调整工序、磷化后无水洗工序、操作简便、寿命长且效果佳、附着力强的锰钙系环保型磷化液,以克服传统磷化的工艺复杂、磷化温度较高、水和磷酸盐等消耗大、有害废水多等问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种磷化液的技术领域,尤其涉及一种建筑型材表面处理磷化剂。
 
背景技术
钢铁零部件都要做防锈处理,通常的做法是喷漆,而喷漆前为了增加涂层与钢板的粘合强度,都要对钢铁零部件进行喷漆前的磷化处理,使钢铁零部件外部形成一种类似蜂窝样的组织,增加粘结强度。但在现有的磷化液中存在着浑浊、磷化过程中产生的残渣比较多,零花面积小,且需要温度高,浪费人工等缺点。
目前,现有的对金属表面进行处理的方法,不但工序复杂、劳动强度大(尤其是处理已生锈的金属构件)、效率低,而且污染环境。特别是除锈后,金属构件又面临着生锈的问题,需要再进行防锈处理或防腐处理。
 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种建筑型材表面处理磷化剂,提供了一种能在常温下使用、磷化前无表面调整工序、磷化后无水洗工序、操作简便、寿命长且效果佳、附着力强的锰钙系环保型磷化液,以克服传统磷化的工艺复杂、磷化温度较高、水和磷酸盐等消耗大、有害废水多等问题。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种建筑型材表面处理磷化剂,按重量份计,由以下各原料组成:10-12份磷酸钙、15-18份硝酸锰、4-6份植酸、8-10份氟硼酸钠、2-5醋酸丁酯、2.8-3.5苯甲酸,1.2 -1.8份活性单体,0.8-1.2份硝酸镍、0.5-0.8份亚硝酸钡、1.2-2.5份酒石酸,0.4-0.8份三乙醇胺、1.4-2.5份硫酸铬、2.5-3.5引发剂、0.5-1.2份表面活性剂、45-50份工业水;其具体制备方法如下:将上述原料组分混合,搅拌均匀加热至90-120℃,保温2-2.5小时,冷至30-60℃,保温1-2小时,再加热至100-120℃,保温1-2小时,以20-30℃/小时冷却至常温,即制得成品磷化剂。
将上述原料组分混合,搅拌均匀加热至110℃,保温2.2小时,冷至45℃,保温1.5小时,再加热至110℃,保温1.5小时,以25℃/小时冷却至常温,即制得成品磷化剂。
本发明配方简单实用,将金属工件侵入磷化液,能在常温下使用、磷化前无表面调整工序、磷化后无水洗工序、操作简便、寿命长且效果佳、附着力强的锰钙系环保型磷化液,以克服传统磷化的工艺复杂、磷化温度较高、水和磷酸盐等消耗大、有害废水多等问题。
 
具体实施方式
一种建筑型材表面处理磷化剂,按重量份计,由以下各原料组成:10-12份磷酸钙、15-18份硝酸锰、4-6份植酸、8-10份氟硼酸钠、2-5醋酸丁酯、2.8-3.5苯甲酸,1.2 -1.8份活性单体,0.8-1.2份硝酸镍、0.5-0.8份亚硝酸钡、1.2-2.5份酒石酸,0.4-0.8份三乙醇胺、1.4-2.5份硫酸铬、2.5-3.5引发剂、0.5-1.2份表面活性剂、45-50份工业水;其具体制备方法如下:将上述原料组分混合,搅拌均匀加热至110℃,保温2.2小时,冷至45℃,保温1.5小时,再加热至110℃,保温1.5小时,以25℃/小时冷却至常温,即制得成品磷化剂。

1.一种建筑型材表面处理磷化剂,按重量份计,其特征在于,由以下各原料组成:10-12份磷酸钙、15-18份硝酸锰、4-6份植酸、8-10份氟硼酸钠、2-5醋酸丁酯、2.8-3.5苯甲酸,1.2 -1.8份活性单体,0.8-1.2份硝酸镍、0.5-0.8份亚硝酸钡、1.2-2.5份酒石酸,0.4-0.8份三乙醇胺、1.4-2.5份硫酸铬、2.5-3.5引发剂、0.5-1.2份表面活性剂、45-50份工业水;其具体制备方法如下:将上述原料组分混合,搅拌均匀加热至90-120℃,保温2-2.5小时,冷至30-60℃,保温1-2小时,再加热至100-120℃,保温1-2小时,以20-30℃/小时冷却至常温,即制得成品磷化剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑型材表面处理磷化剂,其特征在于,将上述原料组分混合,搅拌均匀加热至110℃,保温2.2小时,冷至45℃,保温1.5小时,再加热至110℃,保温1.5小时,以25℃/小时冷却至常温,即制得成品磷化剂。
