Abstract

本发明提供一种气相防锈自粘拉伸膜生产工艺,生产出气相防锈自粘拉伸膜,以便对金属制品在储存、运输过程中起到防锈作用。本发明可分别采用单层挤出结构、A/B双层共挤结构、A/B/C三层共挤结构。本发明的单层挤出结构,按重量百分比,由0.2~8%防锈母粒、37~99.6%LLDPE、0~50%MLLDPE和0.2~5%聚异丁烯混合而成。本发明不论是单层挤出结构、双层共挤结构还是三层共挤结构,只要在内层膜(粘性层)增加防锈母粒,利用防锈母粒防止金属锈蚀。

技术领域
    本发明涉及一种气相防锈自粘拉伸膜生产工艺。
背景技术
拉伸膜是一种托盘货物打包捆扎用,并带有自粘性的薄膜,随着工业发展其用量日益增大,其对货物的集合包装起到良好的固定作用,其包装成本低,被广泛应用于各行业货物的储存、运输包装用。金属制品在储存、运输过程需要一个较长的时间段,容易生锈影响外观。因此,研发一种气相防锈自粘拉伸膜,以对金属制品在储存、运输过程中能够起到防锈作用,非常有必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是要提供一种气相防锈自粘拉伸膜生产工艺,生产出气相防锈自粘拉伸膜,以便对金属制品在储存、运输过程中起到防锈作用。
本发明是这样实现的,所述气相防锈自粘拉伸膜生产工艺,可分别采用单层挤出结构、A/B双层共挤结构、A/B/C三层共挤结构。
气相防锈自粘拉伸膜生产工艺,为单层挤出结构,按重量百分比,由0.2~8%防锈母粒、37~99.6%LLDPE、0~50%MLLDPE和0.2~5%聚异丁烯混合而成。
气相防锈自粘拉伸膜生产工艺,为A/B双层共挤结构,按重量百分比,由20%A层和80%B层组成;其中,A层由1~5%防锈母粒、0~18.8%LLDPE、0~12% MLLDPE和0.2~3%聚异丁烯混合而成;B层由27~79%LLDPE、1~50%MLLDPE和0~3%聚异丁烯混合而成;
或者,为A/B双层共挤结构,按重量百分比,由30%A层和70%B层组成;其中,A层由1~5%防锈母粒、0~28.8%LLDPE、0~22% MLLDPE和0.2~3%聚异丁烯混合而成;B层由25~69%LLDPE、1~40%MLLDPE和0~5%聚异丁烯混合而成。

本发明的有益效果是,采用上述方案后,本发明不论是单层挤出结构、双层共挤结构还是三层共挤结构,只要在内层膜(粘性层)增加防锈母粒,利用防锈母粒防止金属锈蚀。
具体实施方式
实施例一:气相防锈自粘拉伸膜生产工艺,为单层挤出结构,单层挤出工艺配方(每100公斤配比比例):由0.2~8公斤防锈母粒、37~99.6公斤LLDPE(线性低密度聚乙烯)、0~50公斤MLLDPE(茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯)和0.2~5公斤聚异丁烯混合而成。
实施例二:气相防锈自粘拉伸膜生产工艺,为A/B双层共挤结构,双层共挤工艺配方(每100公斤配比比例):由20公斤A层和80公斤B层组成;其中,A层由1~5公斤防锈母粒、0~18.8公斤LLDPE(线性低密度聚乙烯)、0~12公斤 MLLDPE(茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯)和0.2~3公斤聚异丁烯混合而成;B层由27~79公斤LLDPE(线性低密度聚乙烯)、1~50公斤MLLDPE(茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯)和0~3公斤聚异丁烯混合而成。
实施例三:气相防锈自粘拉伸膜生产工艺,为A/B双层共挤结构,双层共挤工艺配方(每100公斤配比比例):由30公斤A层和70公斤B层组成;其中,A层由1~5公斤防锈母粒、0~28.8公斤LLDPE(线性低密度聚乙烯)、0~22公斤 MLLDPE(茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯)和0.2~3公斤聚异丁烯混合而成;B层由25~69公斤LLDPE(线性低密度聚乙烯)、1~40公斤MLLDPE(茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯)和0~5公斤聚异丁烯混合而成。
实施例四:气相防锈自粘拉伸膜生产工艺,为A/B/C三层共挤结构,三层共挤工艺配方(每100公斤配比比例):由20公斤A层、60公斤B层和20公斤C层组成;其中,A层由1~5公斤防锈母粒、5~18公斤LLDPE(线性低密度聚乙烯)、0~7公斤 MLLDPE(茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯)和1~3公斤聚异丁烯混合而成;B层由40~60公斤LLDPE(线性低密度聚乙烯)、0~20公斤MLLDPE(茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯)混合而成;C层由7~17公斤LLDPE(线性低密度聚乙烯)、0~10公斤 MLLDPE(茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯)和0~3公斤聚异丁烯混合而成。
实施例五:气相防锈自粘拉伸膜生产工艺,为A/B/C三层共挤结构,三层共挤工艺配方(每100公斤配比比例):由30公斤A层、40公斤B层和30公斤C层组成;其中,A层由1~5公斤防锈母粒、15~28公斤LLDPE(线性低密度聚乙烯)、0~7公斤MLLDPE(茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯)和1~3公斤聚异丁烯混合而成;B层由25~40公斤LLDPE(线性低密度聚乙烯)、0~15公斤MLLDPE(茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯)混合而成;C层由15~30公斤LLDPE(线性低密度聚乙烯)、0~12公斤MLLDPE(茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯)和0~3公斤聚异丁烯混合而成。
总结,本发明只要在内层膜(粘性层)增加防锈母粒,利用防锈母粒防止金属锈蚀。

Claims (3)

1. 气相防锈自粘拉伸膜生产工艺,为单层挤出结构,按重量百分比,由0.2~8%防锈母粒、37~99.6%LLDPE、0~50%MLLDPE和0.2~5%聚异丁烯混合而成。
2.气相防锈自粘拉伸膜生产工艺,为A/B双层共挤结构,按重量百分比,由20%A层和80%B层组成;其中,A层由1~5%防锈母粒、0~18.8%LLDPE、0~12% MLLDPE和0.2~3%聚异丁烯混合而成;B层由27~79%LLDPE、1~50%MLLDPE和0~3%聚异丁烯混合而成;
或者,为A/B双层共挤结构,按重量百分比,由30%A层和70%B层组成;其中,A层由1~5%防锈母粒、0~28.8%LLDPE、0~22% MLLDPE和0.2~3%聚异丁烯混合而成;B层由25~69%LLDPE、1~40%MLLDPE和0~5%聚异丁烯混合而成。
