Abstract

本发明公开一种玻璃仿古金属真空镀膜,包括玻璃基板,所述的玻璃基板上设有三层膜,由内向外依次为第一层金属铬膜、第二层非金属硅膜和第三层氧化铬膜。通过真空电镀膜方法,镀上三层膜,把所需的金属或非金属材料镀在玻璃表面,再经加热工序,使其最表层膜氧化成整片均匀而微观局部不均匀的透明光学膜,这些膜叠加起来形成非常逼真的古铁、古铜、古青铜等效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃表面镀膜技术,尤其是一种玻璃仿古金属真空镀膜及其工艺。
背景技术
目前,建筑装饰用的仿古金属板材或马赛克等产品,大多用金属铝板、铜板或不锈钢板材进行化学转化膜处理,该加工会产生六价铬污染,膜层的耐磨和耐腐蚀性能差,大量耗费金属材料,加工较困难,成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种玻璃仿古金属真空镀膜及其工艺,通过真空电镀膜方法,镀上三层膜,把所需的金属或非金属材料镀在玻璃表面,再经加热工序,使其最表层膜氧化成整片均匀而微观局部不均匀的透明光学膜,这些膜叠加起来形成非常逼真的古铁、古铜、古青铜等效果。
玻璃基板表面的第一层是通过真空镀膜的金属铬,其金属铬的厚度为50-100nm,作用是反射金属质感的底层。
第二层为非金属硅,厚度为50-150nm,该层非金属硅呈光学膜现象,即在金属铬上面镀上非金属硅,随着硅层厚度增加,颜色从银白、黄铜、棕红到灰紫色,作调节颜色用,该层硅膜被加热至580℃以下不变色,可稳定控制产品颜色。
第三层即最表面层为金属铬,厚度为30-100nm,该层膜当被加热至400-550℃时会被氧化,成为呈透明状的氧化铬膜,该膜反射光呈灰黄色,透光呈淡棕色,这层灰黄色的透明膜叠加上去后,可呈现很好的古金属效果。
本发明的有益效果是:通过本工艺制作的玻璃仿古金属膜产品,由于应用加热烧膜工艺,大量节省真空镀氧化膜的时间,降低生产成本,同时利用玻璃的热胀冷缩的表面移动过程以及光学膜的特性,使其仿古金属效果更逼真生动;用玻璃代替金属材料成本低,取代化学转化膜工艺无污染,使产品的耐磨和抗腐蚀性能比不锈钢产品高,适合户外实用,使产品成为高档仿古建材装饰品。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明所解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图与实施例,对本发明作进一步的说明。应当理解,此处所描述的实施例仅仅用于解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,本发明一种玻璃仿古金属真空镀膜,包括玻璃基板,玻璃基板上设有三层膜,由内向外依次为第一层金属铬膜、第二层非金属硅膜和第三层氧化铬膜。
本发明一种玻璃仿古金属真空镀膜工艺,其步骤为:
a.将玻璃基板表面用纯水擦干净,再用干布擦干待用;
b.将玻璃基板放入真空镀膜机镀膜,镀膜机可采用多弧离子机、中频镀膜机或直流镀膜机;第一层镀金属铬,厚度为50-100nm,第二层镀非金属硅,厚度为30-150nm,第三层镀金属铬膜,厚度为30-100nm,其中第二层非金属硅膜的厚度可根据所需的颜色而定,以上三层膜在玻璃基板进入真空膜机内一次进机完成;
c.将完成镀膜工艺的玻璃基板放入加热装置中,金属膜面朝上,以10℃/分钟的速度,将温度升至400-550℃,维持时间5-15分钟,再以10℃/分钟的速度降温出产品。

Claims (4)

1.一种玻璃仿古金属真空镀膜工艺,其步骤为:
a.将玻璃基板表面用纯水擦干净,再用干布擦干待用;
b.将玻璃基板放入真空镀膜机镀膜,由内向外第一层镀金属铬,第二层镀非金属硅,第三层镀金属铬膜;
c.将完成镀膜工艺的玻璃基板放入加热装置中,使金属膜面朝上,以10℃/分钟的速度,将温度升至400-550℃,维持时间5-15分钟,再以10℃/分钟的速度降温出产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃仿古金属真空镀膜工艺,其特征在于:所述的第一层金属铬膜的厚度为50-100nm,第二层非金属硅膜的厚度为50-150nm,第三层氧化铬膜的厚度为30-100nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃仿古金属真空镀膜工艺,其特征在于:所述的镀膜机为多弧离子机、中频镀膜机或直流镀膜机。
4.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃仿古金属真空镀膜工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤b中的三层镀膜在玻璃基板进入真空膜机内一次进机完成。
