一种特殊膜系的金色双银LOW-E玻璃,包括玻璃基材,所述玻璃基材的上表面由下而上依次设有SSTOX底层介质层、第一AZO平整层、第一Si层、第一Ag层、第一CrNxOy膜层、SnO2中间介质层、第二AZO平整层、第二Si层、第二Ag层、第二CrNxOy膜层、以及Si3N4顶层介质层。本发明产生的金色,色泽更鲜艳、成本更低廉。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种特殊膜系的金色双银LOW-E玻璃。
背景技术:
LOW-E玻璃,是一种高端的低辐射玻璃,是在玻璃基材表面镀制包括银层在内的多层金属及其它化合物组成的膜系产品。具有节能减排及装饰幕墙的双重功效。
而金色玻璃作为镀膜玻璃的一个非常规品种,深受人们喜爱。但由于前期市场上的金色镀膜玻璃产品,色调暗淡且生产成本高,且大多数为阳光控制镀膜玻璃。
故有必要对现有产品作出改进,以提供一种色泽鲜艳、成本低廉的金色单银LOW-E玻璃。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种特殊膜系的金色双银LOW-E玻璃,其产生的金色,色泽更鲜艳、成本更低廉。
一种特殊膜系的金色双银LOW-E玻璃,包括玻璃基材,所述玻璃基材的上表面由下而上依次设有SSTOX底层介质层、第一AZO平整层、第一Si层、第一Ag层、第一CrNxOy膜层、SnO2中间介质层、第二AZO平整层、第二Si层、第二Ag层、第二CrNxOy膜层、以及Si3N4顶层介质层。
本发明可通过如下方案进行改进:
所述SSTOX底层介质层的厚度为30nm。
所述第一AZO平整层和第二AZO平整层的厚度为10nm。
所述第一Si层的厚度为3~5nm,所述第二Si层的厚度为5~8nm。
所述第一Ag层和第二Ag层的厚度为10~15nm。
所述第一CrNxOy膜层和第二CrNxOy膜层的厚度为3nm。
所述SnO2中间介质层的厚度为60nm。
所述Si3N4顶层介质层的厚度为50nm。
本发明具有如下优点:1、本发明的Si层,用来作为金色提供层,与用金作为功能层生产的金色相比较,本发明产生的金色,其色泽更鲜艳,Si作为功能层的成本不到用金的千分之一。2、具有比传统单银LOW-E玻璃更低的辐射率,辐射率仅0.02,节能效果显著。3、透过色及反射色更鲜艳,更金。

具体实施方式:
如图所示,一种特殊膜系的金色双银LOW-E玻璃,包括玻璃基材1,所述玻璃基材1的上表面由下而上依次设有SSTOX底层介质层2、第一AZO平整层3、第一Si层4、第一Ag层5、第一CrNxOy膜层6、SnO2中间介质层7、第二AZO平整层8、第二Si层9、第二Ag层10、第二CrNxOy膜层11、以及Si3N4顶层介质层12。
进一步地,所述SSTOX底层介质层2的厚度为30nm。其采用磁控溅射镀膜工艺,用交流中频电源、以氩气为溅射气体、氧气作反应气体溅射不锈钢靶,其中,氩氧比为(400SCCM~420SCCM):(450SCCM~500SCCM),最终在玻璃基材1上形成SSTOX底层介质层2,氩氧比是该膜层的核心,决定了成膜的质量。
再进一步地,所述第一AZO平整层3的厚度为10nm,用于平滑第一Si层4。其采用磁控溅射镀膜工艺,用中频交流电源溅射陶瓷Zn(AZO)靶,用氩气作为溅射气体,掺入少量氧气,其中,氩氧比为:(400SCCM~420SCCM):(20~40SCCM),最终形成第一AZO平整层3,为第一Si层4、第一Ag层5作铺垫,降低辐射率。
更进一步地,所述第一Si层4的厚度为3~5nm。其采用磁控溅射镀膜工艺,用交流电源溅射Si靶,用氩气作为溅射气体,气体流量500~550SCCM,最终形成第一Si层4,用来作为金色提供层。
又进一步地,所述第一Ag层5的厚度为10~15nm。其采用磁控溅射镀膜工艺,用直流电源溅射银靶,用氩气作为溅射气体,气体流量500~550SCCM,最终形成第一Ag层5。
再进一步地,所述第一CrNxOy膜层6的厚度为3nm。其采用磁控溅射镀膜工艺,用直流电源溅射铬靶,用氮气做反应气体,渗少量氧气,最终形成第一CrNxOy膜层6,提高膜层耐磨性、提高透光率、提高钢化时抗高温氧化性。
更进一步地,所述SnO2中间介质层7,作为保护层,其厚度为60nm。其采用磁控溅射镀膜工艺,用交流中频电源、用氩气作为溅射气体、氧气作反应气体溅射锡靶,其中,氩氧比为(400SCCM~420SCCM):(450SCCM~500SCCM),最终形成SnO2中间介质层7,氩氧比是该膜层的核心,决定了成膜的质量。
再进一步地,所述第二AZO平整层8,的厚度为10nm,用于平滑第二Si层9。其采用磁控溅射镀膜工艺,用中频交流电源溅射陶瓷Zn(AZO)靶,用氩气作为溅射气体,掺入少量氧气,其中,氩氧比为:(400SCCM~420SCCM):(20~40SCCM),最终形成第二AZO平整层8,为第二Si层9、第二Ag层10作铺垫,降低辐射率。
又进一步地,所述第二Si层9,的厚度为5~8nm。其采用磁控溅射镀膜工艺,用交流电源溅射Si靶,用氩气作为溅射气体,气体流量500~550SCCM,最终形成第二Si层9,用来作为金色提供层。
再进一步地,所述第二Ag层10的厚度为10~15nm。其采用磁控溅射镀膜工艺,用直流电源溅射银靶,用氩气作为溅射气体,气体流量500~550SCCM,最终形成第二Ag层10。
更进一步地,所述第二CrNxOy膜层11的厚度为3nm。其采用磁控溅射镀膜工艺,用直流电源溅射铬靶,用氮气做反应气体,渗少量氧气,最终形成第二CrNxOy膜层11,提高膜层耐磨性、提高透光率、提高钢化时抗高温氧化性。
再进一步地,所述Si3N4顶层介质层12的厚度为50nm。其采用磁控溅射镀膜工艺,用交流中频电源、氩气作为溅射气体、氮气作反应气体溅射硅铝靶(硅铝质量百分比92:8),其中,氩氮比为(400SCCM~420SCCM):(450SCCM~500SCCM),氩氮比是该膜层的核心,决定了成膜的质量,最终形成Si3N4顶层介质层12。
本发明的第一Si层和第二Si层,用来作为金色提供层,与用金作为功能层生产的金色相比较,本发明产生的金色,其色泽更鲜艳,Si作为功能层的成本不到用金的千分之一。另外,本发明具有比传统单银LOW-E玻璃更低的辐射率,辐射率仅0.02,节能效果显著。同时,本发明的透过色及反射色更鲜艳,更金。

1.一种特殊膜系的金色双银LOW-E玻璃,包括玻璃基材,其特征在于:所述玻璃基材的上表面由下而上依次设有SSTOX底层介质层、第一AZO平整层、第一Si层、第一Ag层、第一CrNxOy膜层、SnO2中间介质层、第二AZO平整层、第二Si层、第二Ag层、第二CrNxOy膜层、以及Si3N4顶层介质层;所述SSTOX底层介质层的厚度为30nm;所述第一AZO平整层和第二AZO平整层的厚度为10nm;所述第一Si层的厚度为3~5nm,所述第二Si层的厚度为5~8nm;所述第一Ag层和第二Ag层的厚度为15nm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种特殊膜系的金色双银LOW-E玻璃,其特征在于:所述第一CrNxOy膜层和第二CrNxOy膜层的厚度为3nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种特殊膜系的金色双银LOW-E玻璃,其特征在于:所述SnO2中间介质层的厚度为60nm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种特殊膜系的金色双银LOW-E玻璃,其特征在于:所述Si3N4顶层介质层的厚度为50nm。
