本发明涉及数控机床技术领域,尤其是一种可快速换刀的机床机头。一种可快速换刀的机床机头,包括机头罩、主轴电机和铣刀,所述机头罩内设有主轴电机,所述主轴电机上设有铣刀,所述机头罩上设有波纹管,所述波纹管连接防尘块一和防尘块二,所述防尘块一左侧设有转向块,所述转向块上设有锁紧螺栓,所述防尘块一和防尘块二后方设有弹簧夹。这种可快速换刀的机床机头在使用过程中,防尘块一和防尘块二可以快速分离,快速组合,再加上转向块的旋转功能和锁紧螺栓的锁紧功能,在不用拆卸电机情况下,即可完成铣刀的装卸,工作可靠性,大大的缩短拆装时间,提高了效率。

本发明涉及数控机床技术领域,尤其是一种可快速换刀的机床机头。
背景技术
目前在模板行业上为完成吸尘功能,多采用在铣刀周围安装吸尘的封闭装置,造成铣刀安装、更换困难,时间长,难以控制刀的深度,要把电机拆下后才能安装铣刀,操作麻烦。
发明内容
为了克服现有的数控机床的不足,本发明提供了一种可快速换刀的机床机头。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种可快速换刀的机床机头,包括机头罩、主轴电机和铣刀,所述机头罩内设有主轴电机,所述主轴电机上设有铣刀,所述机头罩上设有波纹管,所述波纹管连接防尘块一和防尘块二,所述防尘块一左侧设有转向块,所述转向块上设有锁紧螺栓。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括,所述防尘块一和防尘块二后方设有弹簧夹。
本发明的有益效果是,这种可快速换刀的机床机头在使用过程中,防尘块一和防尘块二可以快速分离,快速组合,再加上转向块的旋转功能和锁紧螺栓的锁紧功能,在不用拆卸电机情况下,即可完成铣刀的装卸,工作可靠性,大大的缩短拆装时间,提高了效率。

如图1是本发明的结构示意图,一种可快速换刀的机床机头,包括机头罩9、主轴电机6和铣刀4,所述机头罩9内设有主轴电机6,所述主轴电机6上设有铣刀4,所述机头罩9上设有波纹管8,所述波纹管8连接防尘块一3和防尘块二5,所述防尘块一3左侧设有转向块2,所述转向块2上设有锁紧螺栓1。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括,所述防尘块一3和防尘块二5后方设有弹簧夹7。
这种可快速换刀的机床机头在拆卸铣刀4的时候,先将机器停机,随后用手拔下下波纹管8和弹簧夹7、这就使防尘块一3和防尘块二5可以脱落,手动将防尘块一3和防尘块二5拆下,松开锁紧螺栓1,用手抓住转向块2向左旋转大约45°,这时电机主轴头完全暴露在外面,用两把常规的开口扳手就能松开铣刀4的锁紧螺栓,可以将铣刀4安装完毕,按上述步骤反序操作,把零件装配到位,完全不用拆卸电机即可完成铣刀4的装卸,使用效果良好。

1.一种可快速换刀的机床机头,包括机头罩(9)、主轴电机(6)和铣刀(4),所述机头罩(9)内设有主轴电机(6),所述主轴电机(6)上设有铣刀(4),其特征是,所述机头罩(9)上设有波纹管(8),所述波纹管(8)连接防尘块一(3)和防尘块二(5),所述防尘块一(3)左侧设有转向块(2),所述转向块(2)上设有锁紧螺栓(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可快速换刀的机床机头,其特征是,所述防尘块一(3)和防尘块二(5)后方设有弹簧夹(7)。
