Abstract

本发明公开一种治疗更年期综合症的中药组合物，由下列重量份的原料制备而成：丹参10-15、党参10-15、天冬5-10、女贞子15-20、旱莲草10-15、百合15-20、黄连5-10、浮小麦10-15、枣仁10-15、郁金15-20、龙骨15-20、五味子10-15、茯苓10-15、白芍5-10、当归10-15、三棱10-15。本发明具有养心、安神、平肝、清心、补肾、滋肾、补气生血、柔肝、活血之功效，治疗更年期综合症具有疗效确切，见效快，治愈率高及无毒副作用，不复发等优点。

一种治疗更年期综合症的中药组合物
技术领域
 本发明涉及一种治疗更年期综合症的中药组合物。
背景技术
更年期综合症是妇女在绝经期前后由于性激素的减少所致的一系列身体及精神心理症状，引起植物神经功能紊乱，从而出现一系列不同程度的症状。如：面色潮红、多梦、食欲不振、***、失眠、乏力、抑郁、多虑、情绪不稳定、易激动、盗汗、记忆力减退、注意力难以集中等。都称为更年期综合症，大多数妇女由于卵巢功能减退比较缓慢，机体自身调节和代谢足以适应平稳的度过更年期，但也有少数妇女由于更年期生理变化较大，被上述一系列症状困扰，影响了身心健康。因此在治疗上我院以常用中草药为主，以养心、益阳、安神、平肝、清心、补肾和调整阴阳为主要方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗更年期综合症的中药组合物。
本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种治疗更年期综合症的中药组合物，由下列重量份的原料制备而成：
    丹参10-15、党参10-15、天冬5-10、女贞子15-20、旱莲草10-15、百合15-20、黄连5-10、浮小麦10-15、枣仁10-15、郁金15-20、龙骨15-20、五味子10-15、茯苓10-15、白芍5-10、当归10-15、三棱10-15。
一种治疗更年期综合症的中药组合物的最佳优选重量份为：
丹参12、党参12、天冬7、女贞子18、旱莲草13、百合18、黄连8、浮小麦12、枣仁12、郁金18、龙骨18、五味子12、茯苓12、白芍7、当归13、三棱13。
本发明由 丹参、党参、天冬、女贞子、旱莲草、百合、黄连、浮小麦、枣仁、郁金、龙骨、五味子、茯苓、白芍、当归、三棱共计16味常用中药组成，上述中草药按特定剂量的组合后，具有养心、安神、平肝、清心、补肾、滋肾、补气生血、柔肝、活血之功效，治疗更年期综合症具有疗效确切，见效快，治愈率高及无毒副作用等特点，本发明的优点还在于使用的中草药符合中华人民共和国药典规定，药物安全可靠。
具体实施方式
实施例1：
按重量组份称取丹参12克、党参12克、天冬7克、女贞子18克、旱莲草13克、百合18克、黄连8克、浮小麦12克、枣仁12克、郁金18克、龙骨18克、五味子12克、茯苓12克、白芍7克、当归13克、三棱13克，清洗，装入砂锅，加1000毫升水煎，煎成汁500毫升；其用法为：每日一剂，每天早晚饭后温热各服二分之一。
按实施例1制得的中药组合物分别在临床上对100例病人进行更年期综合症的治疗，另选择100例用常规西药治疗作为对照组，其疗效对比如下：
 疗效判断标准：
1、痊愈：临床症状消失。
2、显效：症状有明显好转。
3、有效：症状有所好转。
4、无效：症状、体征无好转。
两组临床疗效对比表：

经临床试验证明，使用本发明的一种治疗更年期综合症的中药组合物，能够有效缓解更年期期间患者面色潮红、多梦、食欲不振、***、失眠、乏力、抑郁、多虑、情绪不稳定、易激动、盗汗、记忆力减退、注意力难以集中的症状；能够有效的治疗更年期综合症，减轻患者及其家人的负担；是一种安全有效的治疗更年期的中药组合物。
在临床实验组中，有以几个典型的病例治疗，介绍如下：
病例1
患者于某，女，50岁，患病2年，***紊乱，断续无定期，形体消瘦，盗汗、五心烦热、食欲不振，近年来更是彻夜不眠或稍睡会则恶梦惊醒，经住院诊断为心肌劳损，更年期综合症，经服用本发明实施例1制得的中药组合物，服用15剂后，症状全部消失，精神焕发判如两人；随访至今，历年体检，身心健康。
病例2
患者张某，女，48岁，患病2年多，患者头晕胀痛、耳鸣失聪、心烦心悸、面部潮热、性燥易怒、四肢麻木无力、***，盗汗，多梦；经住院诊断为更年期综合症，服用本发明实施例1制得的中药组合物16剂后，症状全部消失，随访至今，历年体检，身体健康，无复发。

1.一种治疗更年期综合症的中药组合物，其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制备而成：
    丹参10-15、党参10-15、天冬5-10、女贞子15-20、旱莲草10-15、百合15-20、黄连5-10、浮小麦10-15、枣仁10-15、郁金15-20、龙骨15-20、五味子10-15、茯苓10-15、白芍5-10、当归10-15、三棱10-15。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗更年期综合症的中药组合物，其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制备而成：
丹参12、党参12、天冬7、女贞子18、旱莲草13、百合18、黄连8、浮小麦12、枣仁12、郁金18、龙骨18、五味子12、茯苓12、白芍7、当归13、三棱13。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种治疗更年期综合症的中药组合物，其特征在于其中药配备治疗更年期综合症病药物配制中的应用。
