本发明涉及一种部件固定底座,具体涉及高倍聚光太阳能电池基板单边取放固定底座,属于太阳能光伏发电技术领域。
背景技术
太阳能电池是用来将太阳能转换为电,随着全球能源的日渐枯竭、核辐射带来的严重后果、人类环保意识的增强,太阳能发电己成为世界获取能源的新途径,尤其以高倍聚光太阳能为代表的新技术,更是世界关注的焦点。
相对于低倍聚光***,高倍聚光太阳能能够得到更高的效率以及更高的性价比,高倍聚光接收器模块是发电***中的核心,也是发电***中价值最高的部分,高倍聚光接收器模块的质量和成本将直接影响整个***的质量和成本,但在生产时,需要将电池片固定在基板上,但现在大多数工厂的制程方式为,把基板放置在某一平台上,放置电池片时,基板受外力影响后,移动,或有可能跌落,也有可能员工放置时,把电池片放反,作业手法无法一致,造成产品良率下降与报废,以及产能低下,所以我们需要研发一款可以固定基板的夹具,以提高产品的良品与产量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供高倍聚光太阳能电池基板单边取放固定底座。
为了实现上述技术目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:高倍聚光太阳能电池基板单边取放固定底座,其特征是,它包括底座和单边取放位聚光太阳能电池基板槽阵列,底座的一面上雕刻有单边取放位聚光太阳能电池基板槽阵列。
所述底座的材质为电木、合成石,所述底座厚度为10mm 以上,所述底座的上下两面必须光滑平整。
所述底座上雕刻有单边取放位聚光太阳能电池基板槽阵列,所述阵列为M x N (M 和N 为自然数)阵列。
所述单边取放位聚光太阳能电池基板槽的长宽尺寸和聚光太阳能电池的长宽尺寸一致,所述单边取放位聚光太阳能电池基板槽的高度比聚光太阳能电池的高度略高lmm。
本发明的高倍聚光太阳能电池基板单边取放固定底座优点主要体现在:1.能够极大地提高生产效率和产品品质; 2. 聚光太阳能电池片的取放都很方便,产品在移动与放置过程中,不易受外力影响而造成产品不良或报废。

具体实施例
下面结合附图对本发明进一步的说明。
高倍聚光太阳能电池基板单边取放固定底座,如图1 所示, 它包括底座1 和单边取
放位聚光太阳能电池基板槽阵列2 ,底座1 放置在印刷平台上,且底座1 在印刷平台上必须保持平整,在基底1 上有排列整齐的单边取放位聚光太阳能电池基板槽阵列2 ,把聚光太阳能电池基板放置在单边取放位聚光太阳能电池基板槽阵列2 内,单边取放位聚光太阳能电池基板槽阵列2 的四边必须光滑平整,且不能有任何的毛边。
具体应用时,参见图1,首先把高倍聚光太阳能电池基板单边取放固定底座固定在印刷平台上,把聚光太阳能电池基板放置在单边取放位聚光太阳能电池基板槽阵列内,高倍聚光太阳能印刷钢网放置在底座上面,待锡膏印刷完成后,把电池片放置到基板的放置位置上,放置完成后,底座加热后,电池片固定在基板上,用取放工具从取放位置取出。
本发明中,作为变行实施例,底座材质可以为电木,合成石等耐高温材质,带取位聚光太阳能电池基板槽的形状可根据需要设计,本发明的权利保护范围以权利要求书限定的范围为准。

1.高倍聚光太阳能电池基板单边取放固定底座,其特征是,它包括底座和单边取放位聚光太阳能电池基板槽阵列,底座的一面上雕刻有单边取放位聚光太阳能电池基板槽阵列。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的高倍聚光太阳能电池基板单边取放固定底座,其特征是所述底座的材质为电木、合成石,所述底座厚度为10mm 以上,所述底座的上下两面必须光滑平整。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的高倍聚光太阳能电池基板单边取放固定底座,其特征是所述底座上雕刻有单边取放位聚光太阳能电池基板槽阵列,所述阵列为M x N (M和N 为自然数)阵列。
4. 根据权利要求1 和3 所述的高倍聚光太阳能电池基板单边取放固定底座,其特征是所述单边取放位聚光太阳能电池基板槽的长宽尺寸和聚光太阳能电池的长宽尺寸一致,所述单边取放位聚光太阳能电池基板槽的高度比聚光太阳能电池的高度略高1mm。
