本发明涉及一种防滑皮带轮结构，特别是一种凹形防滑皮带轮结构，属于机电附件技术领域。
背景技术
众所周知：皮带轮是机械传动中的传动部件，现在的皮带轮，多是在皮带轮的外圆面上加工有皮带槽的结构，使用时，将皮带嵌入皮带轮上的皮带槽中，由主动皮带轮带动从动皮带轮旋转而实现机械转动工作，然而，在皮带轮旋转的过程中，由于皮带轮的皮带槽两侧的壁面多是平滑的光面，如是，皮带在皮带轮的皮带槽中时常出现打滑的问题，这样，容易带来机械工作上的被动。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于：提供一种结构简单、安装方便、防滑效果好、传动迅速的一种凹形防滑皮带轮结构，克服现有的皮带轮所存在的上述缺陷。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种凹形防滑皮带轮结构，它是由旋转轴、凹形防滑皮带轮、销钉、凸形防滑皮带组成，所述的凹形防滑皮带轮结构在旋转轴上安装有一凹形防滑皮带轮，凹形防滑皮带轮由销钉固定，在凹形防滑皮带轮上安装有凸形防滑皮带。
本发明的有益效果：由于本发明在皮带轮上增设了凹形结构，在皮带上设置了凸形结构，使用凹凸结合的结构方式使皮带与皮带轮在传动中相互齿合，达到永不打滑的目的，所以，本发明具有结构简单、安装方便、防滑效果好、传动迅速的优点，有效的克服了现有皮带在皮带轮的皮带槽中时常出现打滑的问题缺陷。
