Abstract

本发明公开了一种数码打印机墨路分配控制器,涉及一种新型数码打印机,本发明的目的是提供一种具有多路独立开关功能的供墨***,这个***与打印机墨头连接,用于实现打印机连续供墨时,墨路不会出现断墨。在需要压墨时,可以对单个墨头单独进行压墨。具体实施是油墨通过进墨管从墨瓶进入本供墨***装置,其上面分设N个墨头,分别由各自的齿轮通过旋转90度各自控制其开关,使其独立工作,即当其中某个墨头出现情况需要压墨时,可关掉另外的墨路单独进行压墨动作。

技术领域:本发明涉及数码打印机。
背景技术:现有的传统数码打印机具有两个很重要的缺陷:1、在负压状态,保证空气不进入墨路的情况下,不能实现一个墨瓶给多个喷墨头供墨的同时开关控制多个墨路(即打印墨头没有分流控制开关),因此,当其中1个墨头需要压墨时,不能关掉另外的墨头,造成多个墨头同时压墨,大量浪费油墨。2、墨路开关普遍存在打印过程中空气进入墨路的现象,造成打印断墨现象。
发明内容:本发明旨在克服上述现有使用技术中存在的问题,目的是提供一种具有多路独立开关功能的供墨***,这个***与打印机墨头连接,用于实现打印机连续供墨时,墨路不会出现断墨。在需要压墨时,可以对单个墨头单独进行压墨。

具体实施方式
下面详细描述本发明的具体实施例,所述具体实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同的标号表示相同的元件。下面参考附图描述的具体实施例是示例性的,旨在解释本发明,而不能解释为对本发明的一种限制。
本发明提供了一种应用于数码打印机中的具有多路独立开关分流的供墨***装置(参见图1),在正常打印时,墨路***处于负压状态,由于本发明的开关***在墨液之下,则不会造成空气进入喷墨头墨路,也不会有漏墨的情况发生。具体实施是油墨通过进墨管(J)从墨瓶(A)进入本装置(B),而本装置(B)上面分设N个墨头、1个回流管(H)、1个压气管(Y),而N个墨头分别由各自的齿轮通过旋转90度各自控制其开关,使其可独立进行压墨工作,即当其中1个墨头出现情况需要压墨时,可关掉另外的墨路单独进行压墨动作,不会存在多个墨头同时压墨导致浪费油墨的情况。当某个墨头缺墨产生气泡时就需要在多个墨头同时压墨导致浪费油墨的情况。当某个墨头缺墨产生气泡时就需要通过压气管(Y)向所述本装置(B)内充气,进而使墨头充墨,即所谓的压墨。当油墨进入所述本装置(B)到达指定的液面以后开始回流到墨瓶(A)中,即所谓的回流。
上述本发明的具体实施例仅示例性的说明了本发明的原理及其功效,而非用于限制本发明,熟知本领域的技术人员应明白,在不偏离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,对本发明所作的任何改变和改进都在本发明的范围内。本发明的权利保护范围,应如本申请的申请专利范围所界定的为准。

Claims (4)

1.一种数码打印机墨路分配控制器,具有独立开关功能,适用于多个喷墨头供墨***装置,墨路连接在打印机墨头上,用于实现打印机独立压墨,墨通过进墨管(J)从墨瓶(A)进入本装置(B),而本装置(B)上面分设多个墨路、1个回流管(H)、1个压气管(Y),而多个墨路分别由各自的齿轮通过旋转90度控制其开关。即当其中1个墨路需要压墨时,可关掉另外的墨路单独对一个墨路进行压墨,从而避免多个墨头同时压墨导致浪费油墨的情况发生。
2.如权利要求1所述的连续供墨***装置,其特征在于:
油墨进入所述本装置内到达指定液面以后可回流到墨瓶内。
3.如权利要求1所述的连续供墨***装置,其特征在于:
针对其中的某个墨头进行单独压墨动作。
4.如权利要求1所述的连续供墨***装置,其特征在于:
在正常打印时,墨路***处于负压状态,由于本专利的开关***在墨液之下,不会造成空气进入喷墨头墨路。
